Exceptional! This company does a great job at a good price (and once when I had a problem with a charge, they immediately refunded some of the cost of the cleaning). I recommend them highly.

I called Chris Murray, the owner, and scheduled an appointment to clean a carpeted basement. He gave me an estimate over the phone and I scheduled a date. I later had to reschedule: he was easy to work with. He and aanother worker showed up on the agreed date on time, 9am, did careful and thorough work, and were finished by 11am. I was very pleased with the entire transaction. Highly recommended.

Overall, I was impressed. They did work as promised but more quickly, aso gave me a discount because I found them on Angie's List.

It was really expensive. It was shockingly expensive. I have used carpet cleaners many, many times and it was an unbelievable amount of money. They did retack where my carpet had come loose and it was $150-$175 by itself. It was a pretty pricey ordeal. I wouldn't go with them again just based on price but they were very professional and very good. They came out and did a nice job on everything. I would probably go with somebody else in the future based on price. He was getting my approval on things but I told him not to fix this one section of carpeting because we were probably going to get new flooring anyway. He fixed it anyway and charged me for it. That was surprising because I said it a couple of times. They did a good job but they didn't do what I told them to do. They didn't listen to me and I said it several times. He tried to clarify it with me but he still did it. They were prompt and came right on time. They definitely cleaned the place and spent a lot of time here.

The carpets looked great when Exceptional was finished. The carpets in our home are 8 or more years old in different areas, and get alot of wear and tear from pets and kids. So we were very pleased with how clean they came out when the cleaning was done. Certain areas, like the main staircase, was looking pretty bad, and Exceptional made it look almost new! We have used franchises of large chains to clean our carpets in the past, but Mr. Murray provides much more personalized service. The chains do not spend nearly the amount of time cleaning as this company. It is a very thorough job. We felt it was a good value as well.

This company was recommended by the company who had installed our carpet in the basement. Chris and his team were prompt and made our carpet look BRAND NEw again. Thanks Chris!
