Dirty Deeds Junk Removal

It went extremely well. They were on time, courteous, professional and efficient, and were very careful when removing the items from the house not to nick/ding other furnishings.

The owner was pleasant and professional when discussing the cost and date of service to be provided. He was very accommodating to meet my schedule and provided a window of time to expect them to show up. On the day of the furniture removal I received a call ahead of time and they arrived about 30 minutes later. He and his assistant were careful not to hit any walls as they carried the furniture down the steps, were efficient, and professional.

Pleasant call to schedule for pickup. Flexible time for appointment. I asked for a window and a call 30 minutes in advance. I received a call as scheduled from polite professional crew. I met them at a client's house to remove a broken fridge from the garage, and a pile of items to be taken to charity (anything the charity could take), and the rest to the dump. I didn't have to figure out what went where, or the order of the removal, it all just disappeared. The driveway was very long and the crew backed the trailer in with expertise. The were friendly and fun to work with. They then followed me to my house to remove the tree, again, excellent driving skills, items were quickly and efficiently removed with pleasantries and the job was done in no time. It's a pleasure to deal with Dirty Deeds, I would not hesitate to call them for my next job, big or small

This project went very well. I would recommend Dirty Deeds for junk removal. Nick and his staff worked very h****** one of the hottest days of the year. We thought the concrete pad was only 4” thick, however we found part of the pad was twice as thick. The crew found ways to break the pad and finish on time.

First of all, I appreciate the fact that Nick came out on the Sunday of a holiday weekend to do the walk through. He gave me an estimate of $1,600.00 and told me he'd waive the cost of the bags and we scheduled the clean up for the coming Thursday. His crew was prompt and professional and bless them, worked in 90 degree heat with just a couple of fans (the A/C wasn't working) without any complaint. They were quick and efficient and did a great job. And my final cost was $100 less than what I was quoted. As horrible as it was to come home and find my house in the condition it was, I was grateful to find such wonderful service to help me start to get my house back in shape. Thanks guys!

A+ service all around, from first contact through to our good-byes. Excellent communication skills on the part of the owner and the two gentlemen who performed the work. Thorough and considerate, friendly without jeopardizing professionalism or time allotted for the removal. I plan to use Dirty Deeds for closet install and fixture work immediately. In the longer run (by end of year?) I'm looking forward to a kitchen makeover and new sliding glass doors. These people rock. One. Big. Wow.

They removed an old chain-link fence along the back of our property. About 60 linear feet, with 7 posts to pull out. We chose Dirty Deeds bec they gave us a firm price quote (another company was going to charge by the hour), and they would completely pull out the posts (another company was going to merely cut off the metal at the ground). Dirty Deeds was fast, did a good job, and hauled away all debris.

Showed up for the estimate and removal on time. The Dirty Deeds crew worked quickly removing the shed and foundation as well as some stray debris afterwards. Cleaned up the driveway area were they were loading truck. Guys were polite and did a good job.

I called Salvation Army to get rid of some furniture however, I would have had to wait a few days and I did not have that kind of time. I needed a service that would not cost and arm and a leg and could work with my schedule. I thought of Angie's list since I did not know where to begin and I wanted a reputable organization. Dirty Deeds fill the bill. They were friendly, professional and willing to work with my schedule. The best part was that even though they quoted what I consider a resonable price. They charged me $25 less that the orginal price. o

Had approximately 3/4 of a large truck worth of junk accumulated in the main level, basement level and backyard after sorting the house for moving. Dirty Deeds arrived right at the scheduled time, worked quickly and efficiently to remove everything, and provided a great price once they were finished. Highly recommend!

We needed help getting belongings moved out of our late parents' home into pods. We dealt with issues such as one employee doing what he wanted, rather than what we wanted, packing the pods inefficiently, etc. They were happy to have our business in the summer, when work was slow, but as richer clients, or businesses wanted their work done ASAP, we were put off, not given adequate time, and finally, just ignored, no show, no call, even though the senior partner was in, and taking calls other than ours. We finally received a call the night of the day we were expecting them, from another employee, who was put in the position of letting us know that AGAIN, another client took precedence, and they would not be helping us anymore. We had liked the majority of the employees who had been there, but this callous disregard for a client who was too unimportant to continue to help, although we were counting on them, would lead me to never recommend them.

We had a particularly unlovely flowered sleep sofa which we kept for years because our dog loved it. The stuffing poking through the flowers finally got to me, so I called Dirty Deeds to haul it away. After calling and leaving a message, I decided to check the Dirty Deeds website. I found that I could schedule a pickup online right away and get a discount for it. The sofa was really getting to me and I wanted it gone before I felt guilty about depriving the dog of his favorite resting place. I requested the pickup on a Saturday and two young men came and hauled the sofa away on the following Wednesday. They were prompt, courteous, and polite. I would recommend Dirty Deeds and plan on using their hauling services in the future.

I spoke to Nick (co-owner) by telephone to get an estimate and possible dates for pick-up. Nick was very professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns I had regarding the size of the sofa and how it would be safely removed from the house. He also gave me a good price which was further discounted using the coupon on the Angie's website. He was able to schedule a pick-up within days. Nick and his crew were also very accommodating when I called the day before to change the pick-up time due to an unforeseen conflict. The crew arrived on time. The were very courteous and professionsal. The sofa had to be cut apart before removing it from the house. The leader of the crew was able to quickly cut the sofa and he and his partner safely removed the pieces with no mess (but offered to clean any mess that was made). They also were very carefulto to not damage anything when carrying the pieces out of my house. Dirty Deeds did a great job from start to finish! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Went very well. They came out early and removed the shed while they waited to get the equipment to remove the slab. When they came and removed the slab they cleaned up and took some other junk around the yard that we had. Excellent job.

Couldn't have gone any better. The final price was actually somewhat less than the estimate that Nick gave me over the phone. Can't imagine ever using anybody else.

I was very impressed with this company. I would definitely use them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.

They were punctual, prepared and courteous. They honored the Angie's List coupon and waived the fee for hauling construction debris (a small amount of concrete). Price was less than other services and the service was top-notch.

Setting up the appointment was straight forward and the guys arrived on time. Based on my description of the stuff to be removed they told me they expected 2 trucks. But also gave me the dimensions of the dumpster area which in my estimation we needed 1. Two guys arrived with a large dumpster on a truck and another in tow. It had rain the night before so the truck sunk into the lawn when they tried to back it into the yard, they fixed it as much as they could before they left. It took about 2 weeks for the grass to grow back. Not really a problem. The guys worked hard for a good 3 hours and cleared the yard of the old logs, brush, and concrete. It turns out that hauling stuff is not actually based on geometric area (as I had assumed), but rather that they couldn't pile the logs on top of each other because they didn't have any mechanical equipment, just a dolly, wheelbarrow and their own strength. No complaints on the guys who did the work, they did a good job with what they had to work with. But since they could only pile one high, it was 2 trucks and more $$ then I had hoped... though exactly what they had estimated. I guess my only take away other then I'm glad the stuff is gone and thankful for the 2 guy's muscle power, is that when you do this sort of work, you can't estimate based on geometric area of stuff to be removed, but also on the constraints of the equipment used to move it.

They showed up on time and were in and out removing the junk I needed removed so fast I was right back to the office before anyone knew I was gone.

They were excellent. They answered the phone when I called unlike others, they called twice on their way here, they were prompt, neat, they were very careful with everything. They were very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them.

They were on time and worked quickly without a break. They emptied the whole house in less then 3 hours. There was more than one truck load so one man went to empty the truck while the other continued working.They left no trash/mess out front where they loaded the truck.

He was really nice and helpful. He had some great ideas. He was on time and very professional. We just decided to go with somebody else.
