Description of Work: Replaced water pressure regulator valve which was leaking. I called approximately 10:30 am, and Warren, the owner of the business, arrived at around 2:30 pm the same day. He is personable, professional and efficient. The experience was positive and the price was right. I will definitely contact Dawson's for any future plumbing service I may need. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: This guy is the best. He went out of his way to reuse perfectly good parts instead of replacing every single thing with new (and costly) replacements in order to save me money. Description of Work: When I tried to remove a leaking shower cartridge, only the stem came out. Warren Dawson was the only plumber to reply to my calls that evening and made me his first job the next morning. He was finished in 30 minutes and spent the remainder of the minimum hour correcting mistakes made by the builder 38 years ago. He also gave a senior discount. Warren is now my plumber.

Description of Work: Replaced valves and cartridges in several faucets and showers. Due to the age of the fixtures, unexpected problems were encountered. Using his experience and ingenuity, Warren quickly resolved the issues and brought the fixtures back to operating condition. Surprisingly, he also made a follow up call to me the next evening to see how things were going. No repair technician I have ever used before has ever done this! He is truly concerned for his customers' needs and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied!
Description of Work: Mr. Dawson, who is a certified master plumber, arrived right on time as scheduled, was professional and courteous, worked quickly and did an A+++++ job! His prices are very reasonable and his work is extremely high quality! I would definitely recommend him and will use him again!

+ -1 moreWe've been relying on Warren for the last several years for our plumbing needs and highly recommend him. On this particular instance, the kitchen sink backed up. As a Home Depot contractor had cut corners when remodeling the kitchen, some "interesting" piping under the sink had to be reworked to code before the power snake could be used. Warren also constructed a PVC extension that he left with us that can be attached to the under sink plumbing, which keeps the snake about 3 ft away from all of the cabinetry and prevents any possibility of damage. That is the kind of detail Warren pays attention to. The clog turned out to be about 60 feet deep; it took every section of the power snake before the water flowed through. Warren's fees are very reasonable compared to other plumbers we used to use. When something did not work quite right that turned out to be his fault, he did not charge us for the time it took to correct the error. He does like someone to be available while he works to be a "gopher" to hand him tools, etc, but this greatly speeds his work and lowers the bill.
Description of Work: Rebuilt under sink plumbing in kitchen and snaked out kitchen drain.
