He contacted me before he was ready to drop by, arrived promptly, did the work, and cleaned the area up afterward. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Dawson's Plumbing.

Mr Dawson was outstanding. He returned my call promptly, fit us into his schedule right away, arrived as he said he would and was completely prepared to handle the problems we had discussed on the phone. The broken pop up drain turned into a little more than he had hoped, requiring replacement rather than repair, he showed me what was wrong and how it had rusted, and replaced it in short order. I have to add it was a very small & awkward space under a very small cabinet, I was concerned if it could even be done the space is so small, but he was not deterred and just focused on fixing the problem. He had it done in no time and went on to replace the tub diverter which he also had done in no time. He was efficient, respectful of our property, and from all I could tell very thorough in every way. The cost included parts and labor & I thought it was very reasonable. He left me feeling confident the problems were resolved and that I had made an excellent choice in calling him . I absolutely, positively would call him again.

This is the third time I have used Mr. Dawson and, as before, he was punctual, professional and honest. He is a master plumber who really knows his craft and I will certainly call on him again when I need plumbing work.

Dawson's was great. Came immediately==diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.The job was done well and quickly, with a fair price.The plumber was friendly and professional. I will definately use his services again.

In trying to replace flushing mechanism in a Toto toilet. I found that I did not have the right tools for the job. The replacement parts I had ordered online came only partially assembled and it was not obvious how to finish the assembly, even with an instruction sheet. Rather than break the toilet or the replacement parts, I called Mr. Dawson. Mr. Dawson appeared within a day of my call at the time negotiated, fixed the toilet (which involved assembly of the pieces I had purchased online) and cleaned up, all within an hour.

Warren Dawson is an excellent master plumber. I have used him several times. His work is positively professional. He doesn't waste time in fixing or working on any plumbing project. His work is top notch, and provides competitive prices on his labor and on parts. His prices are very reasonable. When I had purchased a cheaper faucet on my own he recommended a better alternative that was within the price range I wanted to pay and was a better quality faucet. He is responsive in returning calls and shows up within the scheduled time. He works around your schedule.

Water heater went out over weekend. Called a number of companies Monday morning, including some larger firms. Most said it would be 3-4 days before they could come out. Then found Warren Dawson on Angies. We talked and I explained water heater was approximately eight years old. He suggested replacement vice repair, noting that water heaters have life of 9-11 years. He provided me a quote on phone of $925.00, installed, adding that if he had to replace an intake valve he would charge me only for the part. Said he could be out at 3:00 p.m. Warrren was there when I arrived at my home at 3:00. He installed the water heater promptly and efficiently, at the price quoted. He did not charge extra for having to remove a utility tub so as to access the water heater. Nor for doing a little bit of duct work on the furnace. Warren was thorough, cleaned up after completing the work, and was gone by 6:00 p.m. My wife and I were both more than pleased with his work. Not only that, we have found a reliable, very competent plumber who we will be able to employ in future. Caveat: Warren comes equipped with a virtual stream of jokes ranging from the corny to the risque.

Warren Dawson for Dawson's Plumbing did not return my calls initially but when I finally spoke with him he was unprofessional and did not seem to care or seem interested in doing the work for me. I contacted him to unclog drains. After discussing pricing with him he did not seem to want my business. I was offended by the way he acted and he officially quoted me for the price it would cost to unclog the drains. He was more concerned with getting across his hourly rate. I have reached out to him a couple times and he has not responded. I will not use this service provider.

He communicated well, arrived on time and did an excellent job. He is a master plumber and gas fitter. Earlier last year he did a major leak repair at a very reasonable price. He obviously takes great pride in doing a great job. I hope he never retires.

Mr. Dawson arrived punctually, snaked the kitchen drain effectively, and all for a very moderate charge, which was completely in line with what he had told me on the phone after I explained the problem. He was very polite in demeanor, and did not attempt to suggest that any other services, other than what I asked him to do, needed to be done. I would recommend him for the quality of his work, but he rather irresponsibly just dumped a subsequent appointment to replace our hot water heater, without even accepting our offer to wait until he could give us another date to do the work. He basically just said, "forget it altogether." I considered this rather unprofessional, and so in future, we will probably not turn to him again.

He's extremely competent. He's very timely. I have confidence in his work. The pricing is good. The work is done promptly and correctly the first time.

My wife and I awoke at 4am to the sound of gushing water. Our initial relief upon ascertaining that neither of us was the source turned to dismay when we found that the shower panel in the master bedroom was spewing water. After turning off the water, we turned to Angie's List, and found Mr. Dawson. We called at 8am, and he took the call while under a sink on another job. Mr. Dawson listened carefully, said he could be at our house within the hour, and handed the phone to the homeowner, asking that we give her our address. True to his word, he showed up at 8:52 and went right to work.. A hose connecting the shower panel had blown out, requiring removal of the panel. This was a two person job, for the panel is quite large, so I served as Mr. Dawson's apprentice. I learned he likes to fish, and likes sports, and has been to every major league baseball stadium and every nfl stadium, and now is working his way through nba arenas. I also learned that Mr. Dawson is a quick and exacting plumber who holds his work to a high standard. When he was finished the new panel (we had a backup, don't ask) was installed perfectly and the work area was spotless. I can safely say I can, and likely will hire Mr. Dawson again. Not sure he'd say the same for me.

It went well...we'd use him again.

The price was exactly as promised; he reminded us of the Anglie's List discournt, and the quality of his work was outstanding. We would anticipate using Dawson's for all our future plumbing needs -- he will certainly be the first person we call; and we have already recommended him to several friends.

He knocked out some drywall, he had to crawl under the sink, and basically put a new pipe in from the sink to the mainline that exit’s the house. I was very impressed with his competence. He did an excellent job and was relatively cheap; anyone else probably would have charged me double if I had gone with one of these plumbing companies you find in the yellow pages with full-page ads. I thought his rate was reasonable and he is extremely conscientious in doing a very good job. I would never use anyone else. I have been in this house for over 30 years, I have had a long string of plumbers come in here, and they were either incompetent or extremely over priced.

Fast and efficient. Mr Dawson was on time.

He was prompt and the service ws completed quickly. Very neat job.

Mr. Dawson returned my telephone call promptly. He showed up on time. I was embarrassed that I had to call him for such a simple task, but he was very professional about it. It was also disappointing to have to pay an hourly rate of $110 but that was his minimum charge. And, in fairness, I knew what I was getting into: paying for an hour when it would be a 15-minute job. Other plumbers that I researched had half-hour minimums, but then they didn't return my calls.

I searched for a plumber near to my home and tend to lean more toward the little guy vs. the big companies who send someone different each time and are expensive. I found Dawson's Plumbing and called Mr. Dawson around 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. I explained to him what our problem was and where we lived and he said he was in the middle of another project but would plan on stopping by in the afternoon. He called again to say it would probably be later in the afternoon (which was fine as I was home all day) and then called when he was 20 minutes away. Upon arriving I showed Mr. Dawson the toilet and he explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. First, he need to shut off the main water valve but I didn't know where it was so after sending him on a wild goose chase all over the house (he even went into our crawl space under the house and explored it completely!) he found it and got to work. I was curious as to how he was going to fix it so I stayed in the bathroom with him and he showed me what he was doing. He is a friendly guy who has a lot of interesting stories. Once he replaced the parts in the stop valve, he checked out the fill valve and replaced it along with a few other parts. When he was done, our toilet worked perfectly and no more leaking. Although we went over an hour - he only charged me labor for an hour and the parts were totally reasonable. Mr Dawson cleaned up his mess and was out the door. He was professional and knowledgeable. We've finally found a plumber we'll use from now on and will recommend to anyone. Oh, and he even called that evening to remind me to put the door back on the crawl space because a storm was coming. It couldn't have been a better experience.

I called him because I had flood in my laundry room. I called him at 6:30 on a Saturday morning and he was here by 7. He is excellent

Exceeded expectations in every way. Arrived before the appointment time. Efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why it is important. Fair price. Would recommend 100%.

He was on time .He works alone and likes to know before hand what needs to be done. He is very efficient , clean and meticulous.His recommendations are reasonable. As far as his hourly rate is concerned he is one of the most reasonable.
