Description of Work: I had two rings on sewer vents on roof repaired. It took him 1 1/2 hour to do the job with a trip to Lowes. I told him, I thought that was pricy for an a 1 1/2 hours worth of work and called back to boss and got same response .

Description of Work: I purchased a deal of $49.00 for $100 worth of plumbing services. I had a leak under my bathroom vanity, and since this is a rarely used guest bathroom, everything was dry. (Moldy loo paper, wetness under the liner were my only clues.) The technician searched thoroughly and finally found discoloration and scale around the top of a water supply line. He replaced the hose at no additional charge. |I am very satisfied with the service received, and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They installed a dishwasher in the kitchen. A cabinet under the counter had to be |removed. They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their carpentry, electrical, |and plumbing skills. Very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: It was very hard to set up a date even for them to come over and address what services I wish to have done. Their excuse was always that they were very busy and had many request. Bottom line, in this area that we live in we are ALL busy and trying to accommodate our responsibilities. Their lack of communication and setting up appointment left a lot to be desired.

Description of Work: We had a clogged drain that was more than 30 feet down the line. The owner asked us many questions and figured out what was wrong with our drain over the phone. He dispatched his plumber the second day who came with an assistant and quickly fixed the problem. It was messy but they took care not to damage the floors or leave any stains from the repair. It was pricey, but in line with what we had heard from others. The owner advised us ahead of time that the service we needed was more expensive because of the equipment involved. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for My Hunny Do regarding plumbing repairs at my house. (Coupon # 783123-1) A person came on Thursday, however, he only inspected (did not do any work) and said that he will get a plumber to look at it. I did not hear back from him and tried contacting him repeatedly on Friday, but he did not respond on the phone. Finally I spoke with him on Monday, and I learnt that the minimum charge for the plumber to come out will be $175. This charge had not been disclosed earlier, and was not pointed out when I purchased the big deal either. Therefore, I wanted to request a refund.

Description of Work: I called them and we have spoken 2 times since. He was professional, but we didn't get very far because I was needing some small jobs done and they have a flat rate of 2 hours for $375.00
