It was fine but there was a defect in the part. They installed the toilet but there was a problem with it. They were want me to purchase everything from them and I do not like that.

This is the second time I had purchased deals with the service provider and I was not disappointed by the their high quality technicians. Marcos was initially scheduled to just the toilet replacement and after seeing his clean and professional work, I asked for estimates to get a lavatory faucet replacement and sink repair. Marcos said he was available to the second job the same and I called Andy at GP to confirm estimates and his availability. Per Andy's recommendation, I purchased another deal and had Marcos scheduled the same day. I was not disappointed by Marcos' excellent work in replacing the faucet and raising the sink height so it was more ergonomic.

The plumber did a great job replacing an old leaky kitchen faucet with one I had purchased. We had a slight leak in a drain that he was able to fix for an additional charge and did a great job at that too.

It was a very pleasant experience. I have no complaints. There was one worker. The work took a reasonable amount of time approximately two hours to complete. They did good work for a good price.

Great! Leo was right on time, My faucet threads were a little rusted underneath but he was able to remove and install the new one and it looks and works great. He was a good worker and very professional. I will be using them again as I need some other plumbing work done in the near future.

purchased a big deal. never heard from the company. won't 'F' a company for this, but is disappointing. just don't offer if you are not going to follow up on. pretty simple for running a business.

Cesar M. came to my home promptly and on time and was here for less than an hour to install a new toilet. He did an excellent job, was most pleasant, answered any and all questions, exhibited both expertise and professionalism and removed my old toilet after the installation job was complete. Everything was left clean and tidy and he did a SUPER job. I will hire this company again.

Gentleman Plumber replaced a toilet late last year. I thought they'd done an excellent job--and rated them highly at the time. But recently, we looked up at the ceiling in the kitchen pantry (directly under the toilet) and saw a big circle of wetness and mold. To their credit, Gentleman Plumber came out the next day. They found that, yes, the seal between toilet and pipe indeed was bad, causing the leak. In their defense, the installation was a bit tricky, since the flange was lower than normal and required a spacer. But hey, that's why I hired a professional instead trying to do it myself. Now, we're hoping they got it right this time, but we're stuck with an extra $200 (+) bill for the re-installation, plus the cost of fixing the pantry ceiling.
