It went as best as it could. Bought the AList coupon for replacement of a faucet. I thought it couldn't be that hard but wanted it done quickly rather than attempting to do it myself. Plumber arrived on time; replaced the kitchen faucet which was not at all as easy as I thought it would be to do. Plumber used drop cloth once he got in the house and was careful with what he did and how he did the work. I was very impressed with this company and the plumber. As mentioned, it took much longer than I ever thought it would take partly due to the location of the faucet behind the disposal but, I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this company and would be happy to use them again in the future.

Good - smooth. Had to replace shut-off values that were worn. No problems. I have used these guys before. They have always been professional.

We had a bathroom sink faucet that had to be left in a particular off position or it leaked. The faucet had been installed as part of a renovation in 1992 and had never been serviced for any reason. We bought a new faucet and I initially tried to install it myself, but encountered a problem when trying to shut off the water under the sink (rather than shut off, water spewed out). Gentleman's plumber had an Angie's List special, so I signed up on-line for them to come and do the work. They were able to make an appt. within a week. The plumber arrived well within the two hour window and I explained the issue. When he called to let me know he would be arriving soon, I shut off the water to the house because of the under the sink problem. I provided the new faucet, forgetting to mention that I did not want the new stopper system installed (it was plastic and the metal one that was part of the original install worked fine - plus the sink is Corian and the fit may not have been the same as the stainless steel one in place). The work went smoothly. The leaking from the shut-offs turned out to just be a loose connection (I had not wanted to risk making it worse as my plumbing experience is limited) and he immediately recognized the potential problem trying to exchanged the stopper system and so left the existing in place, checking with me before he left to make sure that was the right judgement. The new faucet is working wonderfully. The plumber did show me the corrosion inside the old faucet base, so I learned a little from that. Perhaps it is better to replace faucets more often that once every 23 years. I now plan on changing the last faucet of that vintage in our house and when I am ready, will call Gentleman's Plumber to do the work.

Service was provided in a very timely manner. Gentleman Plumber scheduled an appointment the same day. Plumber Leo arrived on time. Faucet replacement was 100 based on the deal. During replacement of the faucet we determined to replace the shut off values including one that included the water filter line. Parts and labor to replace the shut off values was 160. Leo worked quickly within a cramped space. He took the time to discuss whether or not to replace the shut off values. I would definitely use the Gentleman Plumber the next time I have a plumbing issue.

There was a $29 upcharge for a hose that the plumber said was required. No complaints at all about quality, punctuality and courtesy.

The plumber arrived when they said he would. He was courteous and professional. In addition to using the Angie's List deal for the faucet installation, I also asked to have a new disposal installed. It was hinted when I called that they would be able to reduce the labor fee, but I don't know that that occurred. So, in addition to the $100 cost of the deal, I paid $130 the day the work was done for the disposal installation. The plumber worked quickly - I think he was done with both in about an hour - and he left the area tidy.

Awesome. I contacted them via email asking if I could get a plumber recommendation on what toilet to buy and was put in contact with an amazingly helpful gentleman. Very impressive customer service in my opinion.

Cesar was great. He was pleasant and polite, and attentive to the special needs of the job. I had prepaid for a faucet replacement - however, the faucet I had bought had a touch-less sensor, and had to be hooked up to the battery pack. After checking with his office, Cesar did this for no extra cost. All in all, this was a job well done.

I purchased an Angie's List deal to install a kitchen faucet I'd bought. Two plumbers arrived right on time and were very professional. After installing the new faucet, they checked out the hot and cold water and gave me the opportunity to do the same. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went.

It went well. The new toilet works very well. Only thing was they charged $10 for a wax ring. I had asked if there would be any additional charges beforehand, and the person I spoke to said no. However, even $110 was a very fair price for the work done. I am happy with the final result.

I purchased an Angie's list "deal" to have the plumber install a new sink faucet in the hall bathroom for $100. When the plumber arrived he said because the sink is a pedestal sink and he would have to removed the bowl to install the faucet (2 nuts) the cost would be an additional $130, more than doubling the cost of the service. The terms of the deal excluded rough in alterations and repairs. The "additional" work didn't seem to fit either of those categories and the cost was excessive. I did not agree to the new terms and will have a different plumber do the installation.

I do most of my own "handyman" work. While trying to install a bathroom faucet system I broke a valve handle, If I described the ensuing problems I encountered, you would probably consider it funny. When it was clear that the job was beyond my skill level contacted "the gentleman plumber" through Angie's List. That proved a wise decision as their representative did things that would never have occurred to me. Their service was excellent and affordable.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and appointments were available right away. The plumber arrived on time, came in, assessed the requirements for the job, got his tools and supplies, and went right to work. The faucet was the original faucet so it was over 24 years old, was very rusted and very difficult to remove. The plumber was, after much effort, able to remove the old faucet with no damage to the sink. He quickly installed the new faucet and a new garbage disposal. He was vey helpful in answering all of my question and provided useful recommendations for future preventive maintenance. Excellent work and I would definitely use them again.

He even pointed out a few items to consider for future troubleshooting--all areas that had nothing connected with a sale or service he could provide.
