Description of Work: I use them for all of my plumbing and electrical needs and have done so for many years. Replaced valve in shower. Once problem identified, employee went to hardware store and purchased the part needed. He discussed the problem with me and I concurred in his recommendation. Did it well and did not destroy any tile in the surrounding area.

Description of Work: They were to do an estimate for installing a new heating and air system for me. They were going to send it to me, but they never did. Consequently, I don't know if they would have been priced better or not.
