Description of Work: Scott responded within minutes of my Angie’s List inquiry. He was polite and assertive. He asked me a series of targeted questions over the phone, I shared the product model number, and Scott was out the next day to repair. We had a water inlet sensor issue, which meant the water just kept running and borderline overflowing.The work took an hour and we were back in business. We have a large family so are grateful for the quick response!
