Patrick and his crew were fantastic. They did an amazing job on a difficult task. The painting is beyond expectations and they finished early. I can't say enough about what a good experience it was.

It went very well in all respects. The work was done on schedule, the cost was what we agreed to and most important, our home has never looked better. In fact Patrick's team was able to recondition one of our plaster living room walls that had been treated with sand based texturing paint some years ago. I was afraid we would have to consider a very costly replacement or reconditioning project to return the wall's craggy surface to its original smooth surface. But Patrick has had experience with these fashion disasters before and gave us a few proven options to consider. With his help we selected the approach that gave us back the wall we previously had, within the time and expense we had planned. His estimates were fair and very detailed. I had a clear understanding of what Patrick's team would do in the way of prep work and the amount of pant he expected to use to provide the finish we selected. One nice thing about Patrick's company is that they have an organized proposal process that provided me with 3 clearly defined levels of service and customer expectations from a standard paint project with multiple coats of average house paint and 2 additional options with increasingly better paint qualities, more coats and increasingly greater attention to finer details and the corrections minor imperfections. Patrick's Painting Service is one that any family can use with confidence and know that their most precious possession will be in good hands and the results will more than justify the cost.

Patrick came out and surveyed our deck without disturbing anyone in the house and offered us two estimates within 72-hours to stain our deck. The price differences came with the type of stain to be used and we went with the lower of the two estimates. One of Patrick's crews came out and started our job on May 26th by power-washing the deck. They moved the table and chairs off the deck and gently placed them in the yard as part of their preparation. Unfortunately, it rained/stormed the next 7-10 days straight, and they weren't able to actually stain the deck until June 10th. That being said, they were able to finish the job in one day, we were able to begin walking on it that evening and move furniture back 2-days later. Patrick did a good job keeping us up-to-date on the various weather delays, and responding to our other inquiries about colors and dry-times. Very good experience and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We were extremely pleased with Patrick and his team. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and did a terrific job. The price was reasonable for the work performed, and Patrick even took care of a few odds and ends that were not in the original estimate. The team cleaned up the work area after the work was completed, and we were extremely happy with the results. We will definitely hire Patrick's Painting again for additional interior painting.

Everything went great. This particular residence was built in the 1930's and had a lot of prep work required to have it ready for a new coat of paint. I mentioned to Patrick that I was very particular about the paint lines (between walls and trim) and asked that he know know that was a priority for me. Patrick and his team did fantastic work and completed all work on schedule as discussed. The price was very competitive for the work being done and would certainly use Patrick and his team again.

Patrick is very professional and he and his crew did an amazing job restoring our deck. The crew was very punctual, hard working, and friendly. They cleaned up the deck and surrounding area after working. We will definitely use them again for painting inside our home. We received several estimates for he deck and Patrick's quote was the most reasonable. This was the only company that said they would stain the outside of the deck (beams, railing and even the lattice work) so the deck would look great from the outside, as well.

The team did a great job; they were prompt, thoughtful and courteous. Patrick provided me an estimate very quickly after coming out, and was very professional and communicative throughout the process. He explained in the detail the process and materials they were going to use, which I appreciated.

We could not be more pleased with the paint job we received from Patrick and his crew. Patrick viewed our property and provided an estimate within two days of contacting his service. The cost was slightly more than the other competitors we interviewed. However, his customer service was far superior making it totally worth it. The paint job was completed on time and looks gorgeous! It is very clear that he and his crew took the time to prep the walls and ceiling and properly protect floors, windows and doors from paint splatters. Other than the beautiful paint job, they left no other evidence that they were there. We will definitely be using the service again for future paint jobs.

Patrick himself was on the job the full time, team-leading the crew who were amazing in their prep work and painting. Everything was covered to avoid damage and at the end of each day we reviewed the quality of the work and suggestions, if any, as to what might be improved upon. Paint (included in the price) was of the highest quality - requiring only a single coat - and the house looks brand new again. It had been 7 years since we had had the living space repainted and this "refresh" turned out far better than we imagined possible. I would recommend Patrick's Painting without qualification. We had several estimates - and as Patrick predicted, he wasn't the lowest or the highest -- but he was the best we've ever used. We are already asking for an estimate for the exterior of the house for next summer.

Communication with this company was good. They were punctual and did a great job. They were also very helpful in recommendations for what more I needed to have done.

Second time using Patrick's painting (see review for power washing of house) same great service. Patrick Coye was responsive to my emails, set a realistic timeline for when he could power wash and stain our deck. His price was in line with the other estimates I received. He and his crew gently trimmed some bushes that were near the deck for better access and removed the debris with them. Very pleased with the work performed and will be calling him back for other work when needed!

Reached out to Patrick as a result of the positive reviews here on Angie's List and a mailing we received that advertised his services. He promptly returned my call and set up a weekend appointment to provide an estimate. Showed up ontime and answered all my questions. His quote was a little higher than the others, but he provided a better feeling that he would do a good job while taking care of some concerns I had. I was not dissapointed when I returned home yesterday to find a clean house and no damage to the ornamental trees around the house. The house looks great - I would recommend him and I will not hesitate call upon Patrick in the future!

I received more than 3 estimates for this painting job. Patrick's proposal was well placed with the majority and half of one proposal. He described the work during an on-site visit. Once I accepted his proposal, a date was set for the work. Two painters arrived on time and immediately started lengthy prep work. They completed all the painting in one long day. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work. Payment was half up front and the remainder upon conclusion.

Patrick and his team were on-time each day and were always professional, courteous and efficient in their work. Even though the project proved to require more effort than had been estimated, due to the difficulty in removing old layers of deck stain, Patrick's team took the extra day and considerable effort necessary to complete the work in an outstanding manner at no additional cost. They kept the job site clean, protected the many plants around the deck and ensured all was done according to my requirements.

Everything was perfect. They came every day on time, friendly and very through. The entire job started and ended exactly on the dates we discussed. All furniture and floors were covered with plastic and drop cloths and they left the house in great condition. One of the guys actually moved back some furniture for us! This is the second time we've used Patrick's Painting and we will use them again for painting and other work as it arises. Highly recommend this company for quality yet very fair prices too.
