I've used Partick several times over the last few years. His team just completed a major indoor paint job. Once again, they were terrific. Aside from doing a great job at a reasonable price, they took care of moving and replacing everything, including small stuff. They were polite, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. In the past, they painted the exterior of the house and repaired and refinished a wood front porch. Highly recommend.

Patrick’s Painting & Home Improvement did a wonderful job painting our double deck and house trim. Their painting skills were superb. They were also very professional and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Company communication was excellent. They were quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend their services.

Patrick is such a great, professional person to work with. Prices are very fair, contract is clear, and his team's work is quality. I'm a fairly demanding customer and no matter what he really thinks of me (LOL I hope), he is always really responsive and goes the extra mile to make things right, even it wasn't exactly something he should have had to do.

Everything went smoothly, and I am pleased with the results. Patrick was responsive and easy to work with. CJ and his crew were punctual, neat, and responsive to my notes and requests, and I was very comfortable with having them in my house. Painting is their main business, instead of something else they can do. You pay for that focus on painting, but it is worth it. I would recommend them and anticipate using them again.

They did an excellent job, ensured that they painted only when the weather/ temperature / moisture was appropriate. They pressure washed the shakes with a water and weather discoloration "solvent" bringing back the original life of the shakes and then stained them. Patrick's crew taped all surfaces to ensure that stain would not go where it was not wanted. Patrick's Painting was timely and efficient.

This was a large job that included moving the furniture off the deck and porch and replacing it when done. The team was on time and responsive in spite of the failure of the weather to cooperate. Everything looks great.

Recently I hired Patrick?s Painting and Home Improvement to refurbish a large neglected backyard deck. Patrick?s crew worked hard and long to clean and repair the deck for its final finish. The before and after differences were significant and I was very pleased and satisfied by every aspect of the transformation. Patrick was on hand everyday to check with the crew and me to see that all was going well. He finished on time and it was a good experience working with him. Patrick?s company has been maintaining my house and decks since he first began his power washing service. He has now extended his company and I look forward to having him paint the interior of my house. They left the site neat and clean.

Patrick came out to give us an estimate on our project. We talked about all the options for paint, etc. Once our contract was signed, dates were discussed for work to begin weather permitting. The crew members arrived on time, were polite, and the deck looks wonderful! Painting started once the rails had dried. They were meticulous in painting every angle of our Chippendale railing with two coats of paint. Drop cloths were laid during the project. We could not be happier!

The team did an excellent job. They came when advertised, were meticulous, and cleaned up after themselves. They paid particular attention top the preparation of walls and ceilings, repairing cracks from settling and nail pops and smoothing all surfaces. They matched the colors and replaced the nails and hangers from existing pictures. They moved and protected all the furniture as the worked room by room. Their schedule allowed us to remain in the home and sleep in our bed. The crew was courteous and polite and got our input on restoring things to their original position. This was a superb crew.

He managed to schedule the work before a big party we were having. Work was scheduled for 2 days and that's how long they took. They showed up on time, did their best to keep the dust out of the rest of the house and were polite. They were employees of Patrick not subcontractors and I had no problems with communication (this has been an issue with others before). They ended up doing a finer prep than we had agreed upon and Patrick did not charge me extra. I did however talk him into taking an extra $150 to cover labor costs from that extra work. It was worth it. The walls are beautiful and our guests were impressed with the new look. I cannot recommend them enough. I would have trusted these men alone in the house if I'd had to leave them. I feel the job quality would have been the same and my home would have been treated with respect even if I had not been there. I have no higher praise. They did an excellent job with making sure each room was properly protected when doing prep work and painting. They were courteous and arrived each day on time. The quality of their work was exceptional! I highly recommend them!

Patrick and his team were great! The entire process was professional and expert from the estimate to prepping and painting interior rooms plus pressure washing and sealing a large exterior wood deck. We chose the best prep package and it was worth the extra cost for the quality of the final product. Ivan and his painters were always on-time, worked hard, cleaned up and were a pleasure to have in the home. Truly a quality job from start to finish. We had used Patrick three years ago and happy we went back to him again! Would recommend to all.

I used the schedule now/contact us page and have not heard word one. Evidently they do not care about growing their business and I'll be sure to tells others to stay clear!

I have used Patrick's Painting and Home improvement for several jobs. The owner, Patrick, is most professional and easy to deal with. He is responsive to emails and really listens to what you want to have accomplished in your house. His estimates are clear and as has been previously stated he provides you with 3 levels of prep and finishing work from which to choose from. The finished work is excellent and it is due to the amount of time that is taken in careful prep before the painting even begins. Patrick takes pride in his work and he is most willing to stick with the job until it is completed to your satisfaction. He even returned to my home to install a heating duct cover that came after the painting was completed. His crew is very good and I was comfortable with leaving them in my house while I was at work. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends.

All job was done to our satisfaction, Patrick addressed all of the concerns we had. They were punctual, accurate, provided extra care to our property, covered/sealed work areas to protect furniture and flooring; Can recommend them with no hesitation to any paint project.

The job was quite extensive including exterior and interior work. Interior painting included a foyer, hallways, stairwells, living room, dining room, bathrooms, an office and bedrooms. Patrick was helpful with paint selection and I am very pleased with the results. The house looks fresh and updated, and the paint job is perfect in every room. Because of the size of my home and poor condition of the walls in some rooms, the interior work took many days. The concrete block wall around the swimming pool, and the pressure washed deck look great, and unlike previous pressure washings, the deck remains clean and free of mold stains. The crew was very polite and professional, and they took care of many details/small repairs that needed additional attention. I appreciated their eye for detail. It was a pleasure to do business with Patrick and his crew.

I highly recommend Patrick Coye for those odds and ends around the house that are must-do items, but require a lot of time or special tools to complete! Our rear deck was looking pretty bad after the long, hard winter and I knew we needed to get it cleaned and stained before the summer ended. After hours of research on Angie's List and other review aggregators, I selected Patrick's Painting as the company I wanted to invite over for a consult & quote. After exchanging e-mails with Patrick's admin assistant, we settled on a date for Patrick to visit to give the quote. On the day of the visit, he arrived promptly and we found him to be very approachable and easy to talk to about home improvement projects. Most importantly, by a stroke of luck, we learned he had done work on the house in the past--the previous owner had hired him, too--I knew then he was the man to do the project--it was fate! After taking a look at the project, and much to discussion revolving around me adding additional tasks, such as gutter cleaning and exterior window washing, Patrick said he would get back to us with a quote. A few days later, a very professional and detailed quote arrived via e-mail. We were asked to submit a small deposit and that the company would be in touch to arrange a specific date for the service. The day before the work was to be performed, Patrick contacted us and told us he and his crew would start the project the next day. We left for work in the morning and were pleased to come home to a beautiful new-looking deck! Moreover, all of our windows were washed (they needed it!), and we were pleased to learn that Patrick diagnosed that the gutter wasn't clogged after all. More importantly, rather than just take out money (how would I have known--I don't have a ladder that will reach my rooftop), he instead adjusted the overall price of the project. Also, he purchased and installed a leaf guard and removed some debris from the roof of our home. Overall, we were very pleased with the project and will certainly use Patrick again! He's easy to work with, very patient with idiots (like me), and exceeded our expectations. I am fortunate I have the opportunity to appreciate his work every time I am on the deck or look out one of our now clean windows!

Patrick was very nice when my sister-in-law spoke with him and his people did excellent work. He told me he probably needed about 30 days of lead time, which I was fine with, just so long as the deck was usable, stained or unstained, for my wedding, then two weeks away. Several days before my wedding, his team was there, staining the deck. He went above and beyond in making sure that I was happy and got the work done well ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Patrick's Painting!

Patrick's did a great job recently painting the interior of our home. He and his crew were professional, efficient and gave a lot of attention to detail. There were 'no accidents or spills'. They took every precaution to protect rugs and furniture. I had many estimates for the job and while Patrick's was not the lowest, he was very thorough in explaining what services I would get and how he would do a better job that the others. I trusted him and decided to award the job to him. I would urge others to use Patrick's Painting.
