When I talked to them to schedule and they asked for my credit card information in case there was going to be extra charges. They said that they could come in February. I didn't want to give them my credit card information since they was not coming out for a couple months.

Office call and request $50 extra for screens on gutter (as specified on voucher). Since I did not see the screens from ground view, I request a picture of gutter's screen before I pay. After several refusal from office worker, she finally talked with manager and agreed that I can have my picture with an additional $25 charge for before and after pictures. I reminded her that I only request picture to prove that my gutter has screen in order to pay the additional $50. After I told her that I would not pay the additional $50 without a picture, they decided not to do the work. I wonder why since it only takes a couple of seconds for the technician to snap a picture from his cell phone. I never had any problem with any other contractors regarding pictures. None of them ever ask for additional fee just for pictures.

It was okay on balance. He said my gutters needed to be cleaned out of course I can't tell how much it needed to be cleaned out cause I'm not up two stories but it cost me $125 for that which I thought was excessive. So I argued a little bit with him but you know he was here and I just decided to go ahead with him.

Services performed as promised. Techs were polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

Not good. I got a call from the office to set up inspection and work and was told I would have to pay more than afdvertized because they could see on google maps that my roof was steep??

came within 4 days of estimate a week earlier then scheduled have use them in the past and are reliable and professional and timely.

It went great. They were able to schedule me the next day and completed the work. They even sent me pictures of the skylight that was cracked and provided an estimate to replace them.

Very satisfied with the work. The company owner came out and inspected the roof. Repaired multiple nail pops and other minor issues. The owner patiently worked with me to locate the small leak which I had found previously in the attic as a very small beam of light coming in between plywood. Very courteous and a pleasure to work with.

They did a good job. They did an excellent job. They came out and did everything. They didn't try to oversell me. I had them come out a month later. I would definitely use them.

I had to call them and they didn't have a record of it. I finally scheduled stuff and the guy showed up. He climbed up on the roof and he said, "You got a problem. I'm leaving now." My question is "Are you at least going to try do some of the things that I paid for?" He said there's nothing he can do. It was leaking. It was obvious that it had a problem. I said, "Well, since I have paid for a service where you seal up holes, can you please seal that?" He actually climbed and his comment was "I will seal the hell out of it." I was supposed to get a call from the supervisor. They were supposed to give us a quote to do some repairs. When I reached out to them and asked them when they would do it, they never responded. I wouldn't do business with them again.

It was excellent. Professional, pleasant to work with, punctual, and efficient. I would recommend them!

From booking the service, to the performance and payment - it couldn't have been better. Very professional, communicated thoroughly and followed up to ensure all went well. Would definitely recommend them to others and use them again ourselves.

They recommended some extra work but they didn't charge me extra.

It was fine. The quality of work was okay. I wasn't really super impressed. He just went up on the ladder, walked around and came down. He said he calked a few places but he really didn't. He was here for a very short period of time.

Professional service with no attempt to up sell.

The cost was an average of $500/hour for 2 workers who completed the work in 2 hours. I asked for a breakdown of materials and labor and was unable to get this. "We don't provide material cost as a separate line item" was the response.

I bought a deal on Angies List. And it was only up to 3,000 square feet. But I have a townhouse surrounded on two sides, so only gutters on front and back and that includes my basement and my house is 3 stories, so I figured, that the square footage of the actual gutters was less than a 3000 square foot property. But they go by Zillow, ZiLLOW! square footage, which is oh so accurate. So I had to call the office because I couldn't set the appointment over email and the woman who said I had to call had left for the day at 330pm. And now I have to cancel and find someone else. Which is all a big waste of my time. And they didn't even ask me what I needed done to see if I could apply the $149 that I paid for the deal. It was not great.

Work was scheduled for week of Sept 19th. Was called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Emmanuel was very thorough and professional. He took before and after pictures of three pipes that needed resealed. Was pleased with work and would call on again.
