After getting a few estimates, these guys come in the middle of the pack. The BIG difference is that out of the 4 companies that came out - they were the ONLY one that got up on the roof and looked at everything close up. All the others looked up and just said, "yeah, replace them." They were prompt, professional and just good. We had off white/ivory gutters and they matched them perfectly. Overall, just a good company and had a great experience ... quality work.

I've used MG for over 15 years for gutter cleaning and related repairs. They did not disappoint with this new job. Their bid was competitive, James and his men called ahead with questions about job scope, arrived on time and worked diligently until dark. They realized I needed the work completed, so they worked on Sunday to finish job. They are very professional and hard working.

My rationale was that even though you get 250 feet of gutter cleaned on the Big Deal the problem is I've only got 12 feet. And who's going to come out for anything less than $99. Nobody around here. So I figured let me get that done that way. The guy had a little difficulty on what he was doing. But I'm not sure it's his fault. It's not a regular gutter on anything. It's a strange built in roof that's got the gutter built into it. He did the best he could. In fact he went and bought some shields for it. Since I can't get up there and see what they look like. So I don't know how that ended up up there but he had done that for me also. I think they were as professional as they could be because they found the covers and that wasn't part of what I asked for. They just did it so I give them an A for that also. I would use them again if I had gutters to clean. I would use them again if I had to have it.

We had some communication problems. They only did the basic cleaning. There were stuff in the gutter. It was dirt from the rain and grass, and we wanted them to flush it out so it can run clear. We got up there, it was a mess and horrible. We figured a way to flush it ourselves. I called them because of the mud and stuff, to flush it out. Everything else was a 10. They did what I thought, the roofing was excellent. I couldn't even find a nail in the yard. It's like nothing was there. They came on time, it was a lot of noise, but that was okay. They did a good job, and they were courteous. They did everything plus. I'm really happy with them. I will be using them for my siding next year, this time.

They did a really good job. They were timely. I would recommend them to friends and family members. I really liked the service that they gave. They was a little confusion about the appointment time- that's why I giving them B.

The workmen were punctual, professional, thorough and complete. When we had questions the next week on window flashing, they came right back out and took a look.

The deal was not well detailed in order for you to know its for you. They were not able to provide service to my roof.

They cleaned the gutters along the roofline, but the workers said the company doesn't deal with buried gutters at all, and at my house the lines run underground from my house to the street. Previously I've had handemen flush out the gutters with our hose to check that water was flowing freely through them after a cleaning. These workers said they couldn't do that. So they cleaned what they could see, but at the end of the work I had no way of knowing whether the lines were free of debris and would function properly. That's now what I'm looking for in a gutter service.

We had a disagreement about the work performed and some damage, BBB got involved, owner decided to provide refund. It's been 6 months, no refund provided.

It's not worth for the money you paid to spend 5 Min in roof. I won't recommend to anyone

They were reliable. The man who came out did a good job and was courteous.

They recommended I replace my roof, but I didn't. They did not do any repairs. It was supposed to be an inspection and they would do minor repairs and I was hoping to get some minor repairs done but they recommended not doing them. To me, it was kind of like getting a roof inspection that I paid for. I had boots that were deteriorated on my vents. That was what I was hoping to get repaired, but they said that was beyond what they would do. So I ended up getting my entire roof repaired. So I got several bids and had that done. They were responsive when they came out.

It went really well. They were professional. They explained a few things about my roof that I did not know. They were really good. Two people came out to complete the service and it took about half a hour. They took a few photo's because I was not going to go up on the roof. They were my eyes for this service. They showed me the photo's and they explained where the problems were and what needed to be done. They also explained why a few things were done. This is roughly a 30 year old neighborhood. So, they were able to explain why certain materials were used way back then and what improvements were needed. They left the area very clean. I think probably the explanation of what was being done currently with roofing material stood out the most to me.

The work was completed on time and I was provided a very detailed report to provide to the land lord with recommendations. This is the 2nd time I've used Metro Gutter Svcs and both times they were excellent.

They do not schedule appointments, but rather enter you into a queue. I called to book my service a full month before they actually came out to perform it, and I didn't hear a word from them in the meantime. I started to wonder what was going on and called them--after a month--and then "coincidentally" a technician showed up at our house 10 minutes later, only to tell us he couldn't perform the service because we have a slate roof. I reached out multiple times to the company to understand how to proceed but got short, one-sentence answers basically pushing me off onto AL to resolve the issue. So I will now be seeking a refund through AL. In my experience, they were unprofessional and uninterested in my business. Would definitely not recommend.

Ordered groupon for their gutter cleaning services. Called 5 minutes later to arrange an appointment. They refused to honor it. Requested and received refund from groupon. They may or may not be a good company, but their refusal to honor a special offer leads me to question their integrity

I asked them to do a follow up on replace the roof, and they never followed up I guess, or set that up. They let me know that there were part that I needed to be there for and parts that I didn't need to be there for, but you would have to make sure that you follow up on scheduling with their office staff.
