Great company to work with. They were punctual and the work was done very well and they totally clean up after the work is done. Would't know they were here - except I saw them. I didn't have to be here for the work to be done. The office was great and when I mailed a check for something that was also paid by credit card - they returned the check without me asking. Highly recommend.

Really easy.. Bought the Angies list deal. They called me to schedule and confirm. Work was performed - I did not need to be home and my credit card was billed & I was emailed a receipt. They left the inspection report on suggested repairs. Very easy process. I will use them again.

Confirming a scheduled time was a bit difficult. I called a week in advance and scheduled a cleaning for a Tuesday. There were no weather issues and when no one came by Wednesday evening, I sent an e-mail to confirm services since I had provided a credit card number. When I didn't hear back by Friday morning, I called another company to schedule service. However, the cleaning crew showed up that afternoon and called as they were pulling up to the driveway. The cleaning crew seemed to do a decent job, but they left the debris in plastic bag. Prince George's County does not accept yard waste in plastic bags. So I had to call to confirm that the company's policy is to use paper bags, and the receptionist ensured me the cleaners are supposed to use paper bags and that second appointment would have to be made to re-bag the debris. All in all, the price was not worth the effort I had to put in just to get my gutters cleaned. The company can do better with better responsiveness.

Everything turned out well. They arrived on time, did the work as promised, and cleaned up after themselves.

Not much to say, they showed up on time, cleaned all the gutters, bagged the leafy muck and set it by the curb. They did it all for the Angies list special price of $99 and did not try to upsell.

The Lady on the phone was not friendly at all, not helpful. I called them to do an estimate, but she told me that they have no one to give me an estimate at this time. she didn't even try to set something up for me, she just told me if there is anything else! I say no thanks and she hangup. I guess they are so booked that they don't need anymore customers. lucky them.

After researching providers on Angie's List for a gutter replacement, I contacted a couple of providers to obtain estimates. I left two messages for Metro Gutter and Home but never received a call back. I used another provider to complete the project.

It went well. The estimate was done on the day and time agreed upon. The installation was delayed because of the weather (rain). Received a call the day before and the work was rescheduled for the following week. I was told that I did not have to be present for the work to be done. I received a call when the workers were on their way. The workers worked quickly and were professional. The reason I gave the b's and c above is because: 1. Price- although I did not get another estimate for the work, I just think that it was a bit expensive 2. Quality- I guess I will have to wait to find out if the materials installed are of good quality (too soon to tell) 3. Professionalism- the workers were professionals but the person I talked with over the phone was not very professional. On two ocassions I spoke to the same person about the money I owed for the service. I don't know if she was making all the calculations in her head (without a calculator) or if she was purposely being deceitful. It took a while to agree upon the price. In any event I sent a letter to the office to memorialize our conversation. When I was given the final invoice by the workers, it showed $100 more than the correct amount. I sent the final payment with a copy of the letter mentioned earlier. I have not heard anything else from them. Therefore, I would use this company again if they had a good special but not otherwise.

I was looking to have my gutters cleaned but they informed me but that it was outside of the deal's terms (said it was for repair or replacement only). I have no complaints about the company but was not able to take advantage of this deal.

I originally thought the Groupon deal of $69 for a gutter cleaning was a good one. We had just bought a house, and were doing some renovations and clean up before we moved in. I called and scheduled an appointment for the following week, and they informed me I didn't have to be at the house when they came, but they would call and give me notice when a technician was on the way. I received a call as I said I would, and I let the technician know that I wouldn't be at the house. In reading the other reviews, I knew that they would leave the debris in a bag to be put out with the trash. So when I got back to the house, I was surprised to see that there weren't any bags of debris left out. I called the company the next day to verify that someone did indeed come and clean the gutters, and the woman on the phone promised to look into it and get back to me. I did not receive a return phone call. A couple of days later I went back to the house to do a more thorough inspection, and discovered that the gutter to our patio was completely backed up with leaves and debris. At the end of the spout I pulled out clump after clump of blockage that clearly had been there for awhile. I called the company again and spoke with Patricia, who promised to look into it and get back to me. That was last week and I still haven't received a response. In short, I question whether the work was done at all, and if it was they clearly did not do a thorough job. The fact that they did not bother to return either of my phone calls brings into question the professionalism of the company.

I ordered the coupon on 7/25/13 and the coupon expired on 10/23/13. I was charged $99 for gutter cleaning and inspection services, and the funds were transferred from my PayPal account on 7/26/13. I requested services in the late fall, and was told my coupon had expired and wanted my money back because services had not been provided, and was told I needed to contact Angie's List for the refund.

The estimater came and was totally honest on what we needed done and what we didn't need. The guys came and fixed it the next week and haven't had problems since. Was really glad they could do it since it was on a really tall townhouse.

crew arrived at the appointed time, cleaned the gutters, noted minor repairs needed and scheduled an appointment to do the repairs and followed through.

Overall the service went well. Steve, our technician, went over the estimate with me before completing the work to ensure he was completing the work as expected. Upon reviewing the estimate, we realized that there had been a miscommuncation and that the section of gutter that I thought needed the most work (the area where we were having water come into the windows during heavy rains) was not included in the estimate for a total replacement and that the estimate was for a replacement on the opposite side of the home. I expressed my concern and Steve was flexible and said he would inspect the area we were having the most trouble with first to make sure he could take care of our immediate problem within the original estimate. He did just that. Upon his further inspection, he discovered that the real issue causing water to come in our windows on that side of the house was a damaged section of the roof. He installed some flashing and caulking as a temporary fix for the roof and then showed me that the gutter was damaged as well and indeed neeeded repair. He went ahead and completed the gutter repair and then the replacement on the opposite side of the house. Although I was not having issues on that side of the house with water, Steve demonstrated that the gutter was severely damaged and clogged. He also discovered that the downspout was connected to a clogged drain which I subsequently had cleaned out. Overall Steve was thorough, responsive and did not charge me for the temporary roof fix. However, I was a little disappointed that the estimator that originally came out did not discover the issue with the roof. To be honest, if the estimator had found the issue with the roof in the first place I would have taken care of that first since that was the cause of the water coming into the windows--not the gutters. I probably would have held off on the gutter repair. Nevertheless, the work was done well and on time. Now I'm waiting for an estimate by metro gutter on the roof repair. I would give an A to Steve the technician, but probably a B to the estimator for missing the roof damage in the first place. However the overall experience is an A.

A great experience. The person who came out to give the estimate took the time to explain the work well and gave me a good deal on the combination of cleaning and repair. The repair person who came out 2 weeks later was also friendly and competent. Gutters are in good shape at a fair cost. My one minor complaint is that the scheduling was farther out than I'd hoped. It was several weeks between my initial call and completing the estimate and repair.

The service turned out well. It was a little problematic when I saw them doing the service a way I did not think they should. I had to inform them on how I would like the gutters cleaned. They ended up doing a good job. Scheduling with the company was fairly easy.

I knew I wouldn't be at home during the gutter cleaning, so I took a chance on this. The cleaning went well, with no issues. When I got home after work my gutters were cleaned and they had used a blower to clean the ground/deck under the gutters. If I have any gutter needs in the future I'll definitely use Metro Gutter again!

I did not wind up using the deal but when I called the make the appointment, they were very helpful.

It was fine. They did a good job. They did what they said they would do. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. Their pricing seemed not cheap. $99 seemed to be a little on the high side. The quality of service was good. They left me a note suggesting when to do it again. It was obvious that they looked at the job. I appreciated that they left comments. They showed up when they said they would.

Metro came out and cleaned my gutters front and back. We had just bought the house 3 months prior and apparently the previous owner had not cleaned the gutters in a while and we had a serious blockage. The guys were on time and did a great job.

Metro Gutter was extremely helpful. they came out for an estimate and informed us that the gutters installed on the house were specialized and they could not work on that particular brand. They recommended with contact the manufacturer and mentioned they might still be under warranty. They were very helpful.
