Took longer than expected to get job estimate done because the first field person was not able to find the address. The field manager came the next day and did a good estimate for additional work that I requested. However scheduled it out a few weeks. I had questions about an alternative repair method and sent emails with photos to the office who responded the first time, but never got another estimate or schedule date. The field manager would only make calls outgoing. As I travel a lot and need to discuss by email, we were never able to arrange the work. The office stopped responding to email. Eventually I gave up and found someone else.

Very smooth, painless transaction. I was given the estimate with 3 choices. Didn't feel any sales pressure. Called to schedule the service. I was not home when the technicians came/ did the work/ left. No derbies or mess. Just my new nice gutter. Had I known it would look so good I would of gone with a new downspout also. One recommendation: faxing paperwork is too much, I wish I could do all the paperwork over the phone. Not easy for me to fax/scan things. Will definitely use again if I need to.

We purchased the Angies List maintenance deal which was 2 hours of service for a discounted price. The only problem we had was clarity about what would be covered by the deal and what was not. Before we were scheduled for service, an estimator came out and evaluated what work was needed. He didn't know about the deal though so, we didn't know if the work we needed exceeded the deal or not. When I spoke to the office, they didnt know whether the estimated work would exceed the 2 hours either so I ended up.assigning a priority order to the list and waiting to see what could be done in the time paid for. The guys that came out were very competent and professional and were able to take care of all of the issues found by the estimator within the 2 hour period. In the end,, we were very satisfied with the deal and with the service.

The service went well. I do think they are a very good company, but they did miss our initial appointment. They did quickly reschedule the service and also gave a 10% discount for the trouble. I paid an additional $200 to have them install a product in a section of the gutter to prevent tree petals from falling in the gutters. Two technicians came out for the job and completed it in about 45 minutes. They did a great job.

The estimator provided estimate which included minor materials and other work... but the price was very high. Upon receiving the estimate, I signed and emailed it back to the company, but never got a call back to schedule the service. Not a company I want to deal with.

They arrived promptly with appropriate number of staff and all supplies needed to complete all components of the work described above in one day as promised. Once the work was completed, they showed me what had been done and pointed out other areas of concern on the roof that needed attention. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with their work.

I had purchased the deal but worked with the provider and found that a different discount with the provider worked better.

Due to the nature how my home and gutters are set up Metro Gutter And Home Services Inc were not able to perform the job.

the workers appeared on time after a phone call to alert me 20 minutes before arriving. they assessed the situation and reviewed the job as prepared by the excellent estimator. they then went to work and completed what was supposed to be a two day job in one day. their work was excellent, they kept me apprised of every aspect as they proceeded and at the end they cleaned up and removed all debris etc. I was very impressed with the work, the cost and the overall job. I will use them again and recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I was having excessive water running from the roof in one spot. A diverter was install on the gutter to eliminate this problem. The company responded to my call right away. Tne person that came out I think his name was Brian but he was very friendly, professional and a pleasant to conduct business with. The work order was very prompt with a date and the job was done all in one day. The solution to my problem it helps but not completely solve my problem. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

They called two weeks before the appointed date offering to do the job immediaterly. I agreed, and two technicians arrived promtly and set to work. They were very courteous and efficient and completed the job in less than three hours. We have had heavy rain since, and I think they solved the problems. The only reason I don't give them an "A" rating overall is on price, even with a discount voucher. I would not hesitate to use them again, but would secure another bid or two. .
