Came on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Gave report on condition of roof and followed up with an estimate to reroof.

It was very easy to get a quote and book a gutter cleaning over the phone. The staff were very responsive and professional and called me back to confirm details and a day/time window for the gutter cleaning. The technician doing the cleaning gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving to do the clean, and I didn't need to be home for them to complete the service. Very happy and will definitely use again.

Metro Gutter and Home Service, Inc. was hired via online communication since we are currently working and living overseas. We found this company via Angie's List and emailed our inquiry. The communication was efficient and we hired the company immediately. The service the company provided and communication with our tenant was great, therefore we recommend this company.

It went well. We only had them clean the gutters. We put on our gutter guards later on.

Professional experience all the way through. We were contacted as soon as we bought the offer on Angieslist.com. I would have preferred an earlier appointment, since more rains were in the forecast, and I was concerned about our gutters. But they still got us penciled in within 4 working days. Margie called with a reminder on the previous working day. The crew called me 30 minutes out, and promptly showed up and went to work. Very professional through and through. Our back gutters were a little backed up, and also had a flow issue because of a previous tree damage. The guys worked through it diligently, cleaned up the gunk, and fixed the flow issue as best as they could. They weren't the cheapest offer. But their service quality definitely met my expectations. I would definitely hire them again.

It was a groupon and I tried to get it again but they said they only did the price for new customers.

Both times we have used their services, Metro Gutter and Home Services has arrived on time and performed the cleaning quickly and professionally. Our nearly three story row house makes it very difficult to clean the gutters ourselves, but their team never has any trouble quickly clearing debris out and stopping the rain from pouring over the sides of our gutters. Incredibly happy with the quick appointment scheduling, prompt arrival, and professional work!

It went well. The team showed us pictures so we would know the amount of debris in the gutters.

They were very professional and showed up on time. After inspecting my roof, they found a nail that penetrated some shingles and thru the roof that was probably causing the leak with water dripping from it. The nail was pulled and hole plugged. Also had a few shingles missing that they replaced along with a piece of siding near a window. I paid all off a few hundred bucks for a job well done.

They came at the scheduled time. We were shown pictures of the inside gutters clearly showing completion of the work. All debris was cleaned up. The final price was a discount through an Angie's list coupon.

They never showed up and did not call me back.

They did not tell me in advance when they were coming so I was not there to find out what was blocking the gutter.

Excellent! They were able to fit me in on a busy weekend. Arrived on time and completed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. Additionally cleaned a gutter that had accumulated a lot of debris that I was unable to properly clean and remove myself. repairmen explained everything they were doing and after the job was finished told me everything they had done.

They did a good job but 2 weeks later I noticed a leak in the ceiling. They sent a rep back and repaired the leak and explained what had happened. They went out of their way to pay for a painter to paint the room that had the leak. I was more then surprised at all the extra effort that that they did to remedy the problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

Extensive storm damage. Gutter was dangling. Metro was responsive, friendly and fast.

Badly. First, we signed & dated a contract to perform the work with the discount. Then several days later, they called to indicate that, first, they job would need to be delayed almost a month and that, second, with the discount, the overall cost of the job *might* fall below their minimum pricing, so they could not offer me the discount at all. (Note that, with past installs, there have been additional matters uncovered that increased the price [i.e., replacing facia board & painting)] Neither of these sudden changes were based upon new information - the original estimate had a price and a description of the work that was still going to be done. I had already made the decision not to pay full price, and here we were, suddenly being told we had to pay full price AND wait four weeks. I didn't realize that we were still negotiating... I canceled the contract. With so many options in the area, won't continue to do business with a company that can't be more professional. So, just wanted others to be prepared for odd negotiations.

Easy to schedule and didn't have to be home when the work was completed. Got a recommendation for some repairs to our chimney and no sign of any issues with our gutters. Seemed professional and efficient. Would absolutely consider hiring again.

The workers came when I was away, but they left a written report and even located an old tool that my husband must have left on the roof the last time he was up there! The work they did must have been good because no more water is leaking into the house when it rains. The only thing missing was that they did not leave an estimate for a new roof. Andrea

Their customer service is top-notch -- my experience has been that they are more than fair and go out of their way to help customers address specific needs and unique challenges. I'd definitely hire them again.
