About as low-drag as home maintenance can get. They called to schedule a time to do the work; came at that time; did the work and sent me the bill for the extra skylight. There was no pressure or upsetting; the work appears to be good and the skylights haven't leaked through some torrential rains. I can't ask for more!

Things went great. I'd give them the highest ratings. It did take a little time to schedule it. I paid additional costs for the services on top of the big deal price.

The only problem with them coming a week early, was that I didn't expect them. They had the wrong area code and tried to call me, but of course, couldn't get through. So, on arrival, Steve did not knock on my door, but instead set to work. By the time I realized he was on my roof, and not at my neighbors, he was fairly far along in the process. After that confusion on my part, Steve was efficient, courteous and professional, and was able to clear up the problems in about 4 hours. I would absolutely recommend this company, and intend to have them out for additional gutter work in the future. I'm not certain about their prices, since I used a coupon through Angie's List, but the additional $50 charge for the screens on my gutters seemed more than fair.

The service representative was very knowledgeable professional and made many good suggestions. The company did but they said they do in their ad and was done in a timely manner. He also checked the gutters for me and made suggestions as to what I needed to do at the lowest possible cost. I would recommend Metro Gutter and Home to others.

Provider gave us great feed back on status of the roof and made a few minor repairs. We also had the provider give us a quote on additional work needed for our home.

It went well they. They inspected my roof; took before and after pictures of the areas they re-tarred (around chimneys). they noted where I was missing a shingle and where the 7 are that are loose. they then gave me a price to clean my gutters; repair the shingles and to replace gutter covers. I contracted them to repair the shingles that work is to take place tomorrow

I was not on site when work was done, but work was performed to my satisfaction.

I decided to recontact the provider after having purchased Angie's List big deal of $99 for $200 of gutter/roofing services several months prior. I spoke with female customer service representative who was very helpful. She asked me to send copy of Big Deal voucher for their records and arranged to have estimator come by to check problem 10/01/15. The Technician came by : examined roof and 3rd story rear gutters. His recommendation was given to replace jointed gutters with one long one rather than attempt to re-weld . He also examined the roof explaining a couple of shingles were missing. He had copy of the Angie's list deal and I paid $50 paying in full. The actual tech came to my home to install 21 foot gutter section promptly on the scheduled date I set 10/15/2015. I opted not to replace the shingles. Service was excellent. It has rained since install and I am no longer seeing water draining directly into my heat pump. Finally the manager of the company contacted me to make sure my service was satisfactory.; and it was.

These folks are tops. The estimate I received was comprehensive, detailed and clearly worded. They work was promptly scheduled. The team showed up on time, replaced my gutter and downspout, and cleaned up after themselves completely. When I inspected the work later in the day, I thought one end of the gutter looked a little low. Given how minor this issue was I was reluctant to even bother Metro about it, but I did, and they could not have been nicer! The team member who installed the gutter, James, called the next day and I discussed it with him. He said he would come back to my house and do what it takes to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction! Which is exactly what every homeowner would want to hear in this situation! Metro then scheduled James come by early in the morning a couple of days later so I would be there when the work was done. When he arrived, we assessed the gutter together, I showed him where it seemed low, and he immediately got his ladders and tools to reposition it. When he had finished, he showed me how he had made the adjustment and then tested the drainage with a garden hose while I watched. So now the gutter is perfect. It looks great and drains well. I could not be more pleased with the work and the professionalism of this company!

Fixed the problem. Certainly recommend. Quick. Easy. Done.

Provider immediately responded to big deal purchase. Provider then delayed scheduling job. Waited over two weeks to get job completed. Then shows up this Saturday 9/19/15 to say that the pitch of roof would cost additional money. The linear feet of this job is small. The pitch was never an issue for any other provider and their costs were less. I have used a ladder in past to clean out rear gutter. I felt as though this was an unwarrented additional cost. Update - Owner of Metro gutter called me today to say that they must have had the wrong address (not sure how this would have occurred, since I purchased via my angle's list account) and to make amends on the miscommunication concerning the big deal that I purchased. I informed him that appreciated his call to admit their error and that I would update my review to reflect his admission of error. However, I stated that I would not be using their services.

Metro Gutter's service was very straightforward. I purchased a Big Deal, scheduled for them to come over, and they worked on the roof while I was gone and left some recommendations. Nothing too complicated here!

Provider representative showed up late for estimate appointment. Then became very argumentative and combative when inspecting the gutter screen installation issues identified by a home inspector and several other installers who had provided estimates. Other inspectors had identified the installation issues (independently), and when I tried to explain this to the Metro Gutter representative he said they collectively did not know what they were talking about. That said, I was unable to get an estimate on fixing the gutter screen.

Went well. Gutters are back in working order.

This was about as good a service experience as I can imagine. The estimate was prompt and thorough. The estimator noticed a couple of unusual aspects to the repair that he figure out how to do, without jacking up the price unreasonably. The contractors then came and performed the service with me hardly even knowing. Quick, thorough, professional, quality service at a reasonable price.

Excellent service and very professional!

I bought a big deal for this service and they were excellent. They screwed up when they first came, but they came back, fixed it and made it better than what they said they would in the first place. I guess the owner sent his worker bees. They were young and did not read the whole invoice. The main reason I called was for the gutter in the front of the house. I called them and told them I did not want to get out a ladder to see if they actually cleaned out the gutter, but how can I know, because he was supposed to put covers on it after he cleaned it. From the ground you can't tell and it was not checked off on the invoice. I called and told them about it and he said he would send somebody out. As it turns out they did not put covers on there so he corrected that and took pictures of it to show me it was done. The quality was excellent. If they had done it right the first time it would have been great. The professionalism of the owner was great.

They were quick and professional. They made new gutters for the back of our house, and did some support wood repairs where the gutters attach, and painted it nicely over. I must compliment that they came all the way from Alexandria (an hour and change from us) and were accommodating about the distance. They explained what they would do, how much it would cost, and came up with a plan well within our budget constraints. We would use them again.

Arrived on time and performed well

It went well. It cost more than $99. It was about $250. It's a large house. So there were a lot more gutters than were covered in the fine print of the deal. What stood out was the time it took to actually get them out to the house. It was disappointing that they took a month.

Both me and my next door neighbor needed our gutters cleaned. I contacted two vendors from Angieslist that both had A scores and selected Metro Gutter since they were a little cheaper. Metro Gutter replied to both me and my neighbor with a price quote ($145) and a discount if we acted quickly. Scheduling was easy since we didn't have to be home for the service to occur. They took my credit card over the phone and charged me when it was complete, leaving a copy of the receipt in my mailbox. Cleaning happened on 8/21. it's rained since and the gutters are functioning well.

Not well. I will be requesting a refund from the Angies list deal I purchased because the provider did not furnish the items purchased rather than used a bait and switch tactic to sell us gutter covers.

Very professional and through

The rep from Metro came out within a week of my purchasing the Angie's list deal for 50 feet of gutter and downspout for $399. However after looking at my gutters, I was given a quote for an additional $3325.00 worth of costs. I believe the cost estimate my have been fairly reasonable but I could not afford his total estimate. When I said i couldn't afford the entire job, I didn't hear back. I still have $399 invested in 50 feet of gutters/downspout I never received.
