I used one of their Angie's List deals for the gutter cleaning. We played a little telephone and e-mail tag to get the service scheduled. I had to wait about 10 days to get on their calendar. Then there was a address mix up. But they handled the situation very professionally and promptly. The service technician that came to our home was courteous and orderly. He performed the work fairly quickly leaving no yard debris. They performed an inspection of the gutters, roof and chimney for any needed extra repairs. They found an issue with the chimney wash and provided photos of the concern and a written estimate to have the work performed. I would definitely use them again for gutter cleaning and am considering having them do the chimney repair too. I was pleased with their work.

I have been very pleased with this service. They are professional, punctual, and responsive. They are also proactive--they called me to schedule next year's services before I had to do it. I ordered two gutter cleanings at once to take advantage of the discount, one immediately and one two months later. I shouldn't have to be so pleased that they met their later commitment without me reminding them, but they did and I was delighted. The work is efficient and thorough. Our house is built into a hillside and getting all the way up to the second story gutters is harrowing. They handled it no problem. The workers were extremely polite and professional. I'll be sticking with Metro!

It took us a couple of attempts to coordinate/schedule the service. Once we got that, they were on time and cleaned our gutters.

Metro Gutter and Home Services did a great job. They came while I was at work which wasn't a problem at all, left a record of the work they performed, and lo and behold our skylights have stopped leaking. Would definitely use them again!

They came out about a week later. I wasn't expecting a blower to clean my gutters, I was expecting my gutters to be rinsed out. They cleaned up after themselves but, they didn't rinse the debris down, and it gets stuck in there.

There were additional charges for the services. The $89 basically just got them on the roof to look around and say what it was going to cost to perform the services. They did not do anything when they were up there. It was redundant. The work that they did was fine. They were responsive.

It is hard to know how well one's gutters have been cleaned, especially when you cannot get on your roof to inspect them and when the cleaners come and go when you are not at home. Nevertheless, they came when they said they would come and left bags of debris. We haven't noticed any problems so we can only assume they did a good job.

It was fine. We had to reschedule it a couple of times because of schedule conflicts on my part. There was charge for some caulking. They were fine. I've got them coming out next week to give me an estimate on replacing one of the skylights.

I'm so pleased with the work that Metro Gutter performed on my gutters and the inspection of my roof. I was a little skeptical about purchasing this service. However, James from Metro Gutter made me a believer that there are still good people out here who are prompt, professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. He did not try to add on any additional cost. He was thorough in performing his work and conduct a couple of follow-up calls to ensure I was satisfied with the work. You can't ask for anything better than that. I've contacted Metro Gutter again to do some other work on my home. Thank you Metro Gutter for a superb job!!

This rapidity of this service performed (less than 30 minutes) should have been a red flag; and it was as 2nd floor gutters were still clogged when the technician left. Compared to a gutter cleaning service I received in 2015 by another company, lasting 2+ hours, using hose, blower and showing me before and after pictures, I realize this 2011 "deal" was virtually worthless by comparison.

I was informed that they would only honor coupon once and since I was a customer in 2013, they would not do service for big deal price.

I cannot evaluate this company since they did not perform the gutter cleaning on 11/19 due to rain. They sent an email to reschedule but unfortunately I did not see the email. They are booked until January which is too late for me to do the cleaning.

I found Metro Gutter on Angie's List. The company's prices are higher than the previous company that I was using, but the quality of the service was better, and I appreciated their taking the time to communicate with me via phone both before and after the services were performed.

They were a no-show for a scheduled appointment to assess a problem gutter. They did not call to say they couldn't make it. I expressed my disappointment during a call the next morning - they admitted they were a no-show and didn't call me, To give the benefit this could be a very rare event, I rescheduled for later in the week.

I had purchased the service through groupon and thought the price of $70 was a great deal. I later learned this was not a deal as I now live in a home and the price to do all of the gutters was $75. They did a job but they were over priced and the person I spoke to in their office was a little rude and impatient.

Great, came to the house on time finished the work in a timely manner. I was so impressed I will be using them to clean the gutters on a regular basis.

The people who came to my house did the job quickly and efficiently. They called before they came to let me know they were on their way. The office staff had given me a week window as to when the job would be done. They could not guarantee a day but said they would call in advance. The actual service was provided one day after the week window. I did receive a message mid week from someone asking if I was ready for my service. When I returned the call, the person who answered did not know why I was called and reiterated that the service would be done in the week window and I would be called the day of the service.

the hardest part about this was trying to figure out when they were suppose to arrive. They were scheduled to come Wed or Thurs. I called on Friday to see what happened. Once we got the logistics straight, things went a lot smoother. The 2 guys who came out were great! Job took less than an hour and everyone was happy.

Repair went well, staff did their best to accommodate what is evidently an irregular color for flashing. Only hiccup was the interaction between Angies List and the company....the use of the voucher seemed to confuse the staff. Angie's list also charged me twice for the same voucher. Currently trying to resolve that issue.
