The provider was superb. They were super busy, and scheduled us for about a month out. However, they had an opening come up and called us. They arrived when they said they would and were dressed professionally. They worked hard and gave me what I believe was an honest assessment of my skylights and roof. This was extra nice to get the gutters cleaned because two weeks later we had "snowzilla" hit in the DC area that brought almost 20 inches of snow. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall, nice service for the price. The technician was prompt and professional, going above and beyond the scope of the work. The only qualms I have with this experience is the lack of punctuality....when I called, the earliest appointment I could get was a month away. Not something I would look for if I had a big leak in my roof.

I have used them in the past. I called them back because they installed my gutters. Each time they were excellent, very professional, showed up on time, provided free estimates, they are quick, and do good work. They are reasonably priced.

It was fine. The technician took pictures which he later emailed back to me. He said they were fine. He was focused on his task. I am thinking of checking the company out for future gutter cleaning work.

Inspector was knowledgeable, on time and professional. For the work that he were hired to do (inspect and make small repairs) it was worth the money. However I asked them for a quote to replace the entire roof and they were nearly double the cost of another roofing company (who was eventually hired and did a great job). They were okay during the inspection, but their prices to perform work they deemed needed doing was way to high for the tasks. I will not use them for that purpose.

I was pleased with the service I received from Metro Gutter & Home Services, Inc. I bought a coupon for gutter cleaning for $150.00 and a second coupon for $99.00 for $200.00 worth of repairs. The gutter cleaning was completed in 3 days. I received an estimate for gutter repair and power washing the same day. The work was completed three days later. The crew was prompt and professional.

They came, they saw, they kicked butt. These guys don't mess around. In and out in under 45 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves and did exactly what I wanted. The way service should be.

Metro Gutters was awesome. From the initial response, to the inspection to the actual job being completed. They did everything to address our problem and fit us in as quickly as possible. Their workmanship was outstanding, and they truly care about their products and service. I wish that all companies had the service and support that Metro Gutters does.

The installation of gutter guards and the clean up of leaves and other material in the gutters went very well. I am pleased with the results. The crew doing the job were very professional and did an excellent job of securing the guards. The recent snow storm was a good stress test of the work and it passed without problem.

They did exactly what I would have expected. Gutters were clean when they left. They pointed out one area of damage on the gutters and provided a quote to fix. They did good work and were very professional.

Well--they originally said they wouldn't be able to get to us until February, but they managed to fit us in on a Saturday afternoon about three weeks early. They called to give a heads up that they were coming and finished quickly.

My only nit is that the estimate for the additional repairs was done in early December and they couldn't come back until after new years. I saw the gutter repair as critical, which they didn't seem to agree with, so had to wait. So for an entire month, that gutter was dangling, detached.

Metro Gutter and Home Services came and cleaned my gutters. I called and had it scheduled for two weeks later however they called back and were able to do it a week earlier. They did a great job cleaning the gutters.

I first bought a Living Social coupon to get my gutters cleaned by Metro Gutter in 2013. The technicians, Emmanuel and Enzo, were very professional and made me feel confident that the cleaning would be done properly. Emmanuel called before they arrived to let me know they were close by. Upon their arrival, Emmanuel explained what they would be doing and which part of my home they would be cleaning as my home is larger than what the offer would cover. They worked quickly and efficiently together to get the job done, and even bagged up all of the debris they cleared from my gutters. Since then, I have had Metro Gutters come out to clean my gutters two more times. I might use Metro Gutter again if my present gutter cleaner doesn't work out and I really need a company to come out in a hurry. My only disappointment is that they don't offer repeat customer discounts nor will they price match with other companies to win my repeat business. I tried to speak with a manager about price matching, but the receptionist wouldn't allow me to as the manager was on another call. The receptionist would not even allow me to hold to speak with her.

Provider missed appointment and I had to call in to find out what happened. Rescheduled for a later week. They sealed three vent collars and left an estimate for 375 to seal nails popping up. Make sure you understand what roof maintenance means before purchasing. Apparently it doesn't mean they will maintain what I assumed would be included in roof maintenance. I asked for pictures of the work done but they provided none. Basically some guy said he went on the roof but I don't know for sure.

They provided me with an estimate of how much the work might cost, which was reasonable. But the estimator also said it could cost more once they got up on the roof to check the gutter. I was a little nervous that they would of course find that I needed to pay more, but I was pleasantly surprised that they held true to their original estimate and did not charge me anything additional.

Satisfied with services. Very kind/friendly services, I really appreciated. Price competitive with others, I guess.

No complaints. Planning to use them again.
