They answered my questions and included a written section on their service form about any problems with my gutters (some loose parts on the upper portion). Scheduling was easy, I didn't need to be home for the service and they did a nice job.

Description of Work: I was not home, when they came. Unable to check their work, so cannot give a rating. Received a call later requesting an extra 75$ late fees + screened gutters removal. Invoice never mentioned screens/just bought house no mention of screens. They took out the charge. Will schedule work when am home nxt time.

Completion of the work was bedeviled by the weather but it was finally done in March, three months after the initial coupon purchase and two months after a 50% deposit on the cost of service. One gutter seam was not properly sealed but Metro agreed immediately to return and make it right -- which was done the following week. Impressive commitment to customer satisfaction.

Description of Work: Metro offered a $99 coupon that could be used for $200 worth of work, but would only give me an estimate AFTER buying the coupon. I was able to find another provider that offered the same work at a much lower price. Their coupon deal was really not worth it, and I was not able to fairly judge their estimate since I had already purchased their services with that coupon, which I now don't intend to use. Approximate cost of service $99.00.
