Description of Work: They kept trying to get me to get additional work done that I did not want. They told me the coupon was not for gutter cleaning it was in addition to roof work. They decided not to charge me more for it and then the fax number they gave me did not work so I ended up mailing in the contract to them in VA.

Description of Work: We asked for repair, and instead got an over $5000 estimate to replace our gutters/soffits/etc. etc. It took multiple phone calls to get repair work, which was poorly executed. They did offer a partial refund for the repair, which was greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: Supposed to clean gutters, don't think they completed the job. Made a horrible mess on the house and deck and also broke a ceramic planter on the deck. I had no idea when they would be here, came while I ran an errand. Part of the deal was to get an evaluation on my gutter system, most important to me. Did not get that either.
