Description of Work: They came to inspect and unclog a downspout, but ended up having to replace and reroute the drainage pipe. It wasn't what was originally intended, but turned out being the better course of action. Very pleased with the work and professionalism of the entire staff.

Description of Work: Metro was contacted due to previous good work and Angie's List discount coupon to clear a clogged gutter. Metro is certainly professional, although this entailed an assessment visit to provide an estimate before the primary work we wanted could be performed. Also, there was some to'ing and fro'ing with the Metro office as to whether the coupon could be used for this particular service. In due course the work was performed (as well as an additional job they identified and we agreed to) and we were given the coupon credit.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. I assume it went well, but the proof will be when we get a very heavy storms. I am not able to see into the gutters because we have gutter screens. The two men were prompt, professional and friendly. We received a 10% discount by having our house and our neighbors' house done at the same time.

Description of Work: Realigned gutters that were not placed correctly. Replaced some gutters that were not large enough for the amount of water that would flow into them from mutliple downspouts.

Description of Work: They came to provide an estimate. The estimate was way over what we could afford. They do big jobs, we only need a small job done. So we are not purchasing any services at this time.

Description of Work: Replaced 112 feet of rain gutters and replaced all down spouts. Did some very minor fascia maintenance and ensured that the prior gutters had not contributed any water damage issues to the roof shingles. Work was performed in a rapid and professional manner, and , despite its having been one of the hottest days of the season, the job completed ahead of schedule. Clean up and removal of old gutters was precise. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" from Metro gutter for 50 feet of gutter installation. When they came out, I spoke with William, their chief estimator, and discussed some of the other issues I was having with my gutters. He talked me through the options and the costs. He was thorough in his estimate and the work was scheduled. The work was completed on time and executed professionally. I look forward to having METRO Gutter do additional work and recommend them highly.
