Description of Work: They sealed a skylight. I think it when fine however they said they sealed it but the skylight needed to be replaced. Not sure how it needed to be replaced but could be sealed anyway.

Description of Work: I received an email from Metro Gutter 3 days after my purchase of a Big Deal Voucher for a Roof Leak Repair and Roof Maintenance Package. I called per their request to schedule the appointment which was 3 weeks out. The day before my appointment I receive a call from Mike at Metro Gutter where he left a message requesting that I return his call. I called back, I was told that their team had come by my home (Townhouse, w/2 story front and 3 story back) to survey my roof and determined that my roof was steeper than a 12 point pitch and they could not do the work. They reminded me that in the Fine Print on the coupon it states "Must be a walkable roof up to two stories and up to a 6/12 pitch." They apologized and told me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for skylight maintenance and minor repair work with this company. They did an excellent job, they accomplished the work quickly and painlessly and did a little extra work as well at no extra cost. I have used them prior to this project in the past and definitely plan to reach out to them in the future.
