Description of Work: There was a major communications problem with this company. However, once that was cleared up (but it did take a while) they completed the work and completed it very well. I am pleased with their performance. My problem is with their initial lack of follow-up and dealing with me (the customer). I now have no reservations about using them again.

Description of Work: MetroGutter assessed the state of my existing gutters and tailored a solution. They removed gutter guards poorly-installed by another contractor in one gutter; replaced a broken gutter with a single-run aluminum gutter, and cleaned everything, including the downspouts. The installers added filters to a gutter that didn't need them, wasn't included in the initial estimate, and added more to the final bill. When I pointed out to the company that they'd done work we hadn't agreed to, they apologized and subtracted that from the total. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Description of Work: I had purchased a Big Deal voucher. The only complaint that I had was that it was difficult getting the work scheduled with the owner. Someone from the office finally called me, and they really bent over backward th help me. The guy who came out to do the work did a great job.

Description of Work: I called MetroGutter last week and signed up for the Angie's List Big Deal. The team came today and I am duly impressed. These guys were great. For $95 they cleaned all of the gutters, front and back, down to the bare metal! Amazing job. They also knew enough to clean the pine needles that had collected in the crevices of the roof line that would have eventually worked their way into the gutters. That's above and beyond thinking. I highly recommend this company to handle this chore. I'll never get up on a ladder again. Why would you? It's not worth the risk. Excellent Work, Metro Gutter.

Description of Work: Cleaned/cleared gutters and downspouts, removed debris. Also replaced pipe collar on plumbing stack that vents out of roof.

Description of Work: I have used Metro Gutter for several years and have never really been satisfied. The last time they came, they didn't clean one corner downspout. I called and they said it would be a minimum charge of $75 to clean that one corner because it had been a month since the gutters were cleaned. There was no way that new debris could have filled that gutter as it was the end of May when they were originally cleaned. We have had little rain this summer so there was little opportunity to know that the gutter was still clogged. In addition, sometime they bag debris, but most times they leave the debris on the ground, deck, etc. If you decide to use them, you need to be present and monitor they work. They are awful. Don't waste your money.
