We have used other companies in the past and all of them were very mediocre, I was not always satisfied with their work. Maid solution, however, was amazing from start to end. It was easy to schedule and great customer service. The 2 maids that showed up had uniforms on, looked very professional and had big smiles on their face. They started working right away, they did all the areas that I wanted them to do and they did each area superbly. My house looked very tidy and smelled fresh. My wife and I are very happy we finally found a house cleaning service that was worth every penny. We will continue to use them monthly and highly recommend them to our friends.

Maid Solution by far is one of the best local maid companies.They are always on time and the maids are very pleasant.I have used other companies in the past and did not have a good experience. Management and the office staff are always very accommodating and easy to work with.They send me the same team and always are very consistent.The owner is very professional and responsive. I highly recommend this company.

Overall, I would recommend the service. There are small details which seem to be routinely be overlooked - like wiping down baseboards and dusting small items but overall the service is good. I have been using this company for at least 5 years and never had any issues in dealing with the staff. Paula is always prompt with replies or reponses. Never had any items missing and twice the staff has noted a broken small item and always offered to replace it (candle holder type items). The reason I continute with Maid Solution is because they are honest and trustworthy. I miss a small dusting item when I clean too - not a huge deal.

Team was awesome! Arrived on time and didn't even blink when they saw the chaos of our home which is post construction and still moving in from the POD we had out front. Our house was a disaster and they took our crazy and made it presentable and clean. Every member of the house commented on how great they did and voted we continue using them. Paula called and checked to ensure midway through the cleaning to make sure things were going smoothly. A++ service

GREAT service. I asked Maid Solution to do some very specific things to clean our condo every month, and we have not had to readdress since booking the service. Very happy with them.

The gals do a great job. The service is scheduled for 730AM every other Friday. They are always on time or early. They are pleasant to have in the house, do a good cleaning and are thorough. And they don't mind the big dog.

Everything generally went well. The house was cleaner than it has been since we moved in. The only complaint I would have is that one of the members of the team must have dropped a cleaning inplement at some point, because there was a big black scratch mark on one of our upstairs walls. Accidents happen, so I wasn't too upset about it, but it did mean a decent amount of time spent repainting the wall to cover the spot up. Like I said, overall very happy but for that one incident.

I used Maid Solutions before we put our home up for sale, whilst it was on the market and also for the move-out clean. They were always on time, professional and did a good job. There prices are very reasonable.

We were contacted soon after purchasing the deal and they were able schedule an appointment quickly. We were happy with the level of cleaning but discouraged to find many of our belongings misplaced and scattered about inappropriately. For example, kitchen sponges were left sitting inside of candles. That being said, our home was clean and their management made efforts to gain feedback and correct the situation.

We are very pleased with Maid Solutions. Our home is cleaned very well. The crew we have is very nice to work with and accommodate my working from home. They do a great job on our bathrooms and kitchen. They change our beds each time, as well. The crew is so nice to do extra things, like clean our glass door of dirty prints from our puppy or clean a few dishes I left in the sink. They are also nice to clean rooms in the order I ask to accommodate us having a new puppy in the house. I would definitely recommend using Maid Solutions!

They always do an excellent job. I have used them for over 10 years. The owner Paula is wonderful to deal with and is very responsive. The company overall is very professional and accommodating.

Entire condo was cleaned from top to bottom and looked like a model home on completion. The crew did an exceptional job!

.Very professional group, setup was easy and included an electronic reminder and invoice. Cleaning was very good, especially on the bathrooms and kitchen - they were able to get to junk in the crevices of the shower that I had been trying to take care of for a long time. Thorough cleaning on the rest, but cost did not include the windows. All in all still a good deal for the money and an excellent and professional service.

I highly recommend maid solutions. I am very impressed with their cleaning. I was surprised to see them doing the bathroom floors on their hands and knees. I didn't think anyone ever did that anymore. My bathroom is sparkling, and they even were able to get mildew stains off the tub caulking. Delsy and Maria are very attentive to details in every room, and are always happy and cheerful as they work. If we have to change our schedule for any reason, the service is very accommodating to meet our needs and work with us on scheduling so that Delsy and Maria can continue to be our cleaners- we love them! Our house is always spotless when they finish.

Two ladies came and they were basically on time. They cleaned well enough, but I was disappointed by the damage to my walls. In the master bathroom and in some of the hall spaces, there were slight marks and indentations where mostly likely the vacuum handle or mop hit and scratch the drywall. It had to be touched-up but, of course, the indents aren't going to come out with paint. The floors were mopped, but still not quite clean, as if places were run over quickly. It was a deal, so I believe we got what we paid for in the end.

The cleaning was good and the provider was very nice, but after purchasing I saw similar deals for lower costs. I wish I had shopped alittle more before buying. Overall, I am happy, it was just more expensive than it needed to be.
