Maid Solution is the best maid service around! The owner, Paula, is extremely responsive and professional. We've used them for years and recommend them highly.

I have been using maid solution for the past two year and have been very satisfied. They are very reliable and affordable, I like the fact they bring their own products. They also always send the same team to my house.

They have great rates and are always willing to work with my schedule and budget. I have used them for over 2 years and have been very satisfied. I am very glad that I found a company that has all the required credentials.

We have used this company since March every other week. The crew is very friendly and easy to work with. Whenever I have a request management is always very responsive and willing to help out. I locked myself out and the assistant manager help me get my key from their file after hours. I have recommended Maid Solution to 3 coworkers and they are very pleased.

Maid Solution has been cleaning my rental property for over 4 years. Every time I get new tenants I have them professionally service my home.I always have been pleased with the service. They provided a detailed move out check list. I give that to my new tenants so they can see what has been done before they move in. It is a pleasure working with a small local company that the owner is involved 100 percent!!

The cleaning ladies were always punctual and upon arriving home it always smelled and looked wonderful! They even vacuumed the couch!

We used Paula's company for more than three years and they were very responsive the entire time we used their service. We have a dog and cat that they worked around and even interacted with the dog walker when their paths crossed. Regular cleaning included changing the sheets, bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, the kitchen, etc....overall the entire town home. We always knew when they had cleaned the house. We recently sold our townhouse in Alexandria and used Maid Solutions to thoroughly clean the house prior to the open house and it was SPOTLESS, we also used them to do the move out clean prior to turning over the house to the buyers. I have used them for over a year on a monthly service. They send the same crew each time so they become familiar with the house.I feel more comfortable having same team clean my mother's house. They are always on time and leave house sparkling. The owner takes feedback in a positive way. Once they broke an ornament and we were not home but they left not and manager called next day to apologize. Other companies I used before never told us when things got damaged.

I am surprised to find negative reviews about Maid Solutions since I have been using them for years with not one complaint. The owner Paula is very responsive, even on holiday weekends. I sometimes call on short notice and she is always accommodating to my schedule, I know that I can be demanding at times, just ask my wife. I use them to clean my house at least once a month, and my neighbor does too. I have kids that destroy our house and since I used to be in the Marines I prefer a spic and span house at all times. Paula and her crews are very professional, always reachable via phone for short notice cleaning, and always on time. They clean my house so good that I had to ask her how they do it at times, it reminded me of boot camp since it is spotless when I get home. I have an English bulldog and he is not bothered when they come over. Maid solutions tends to send the same crew so they get to know the owner and the house, which my wife really likes. I would give Maid solution and more specifically Paula an A++ if it were possible.

I've been using Maid Solution for over 3 years now and LOVE their service. With 3 boys and 2 dogs you can imagine what my house looks like but after the team comes the house always looks fantastic. They are always on time too. Their prices are also so much better than other services that I had researched. Paula, the owner, is very responsive through email and personally came to my home to provide an estimate. She's extremely professional. I highly recommend Maid Solution!

The 2 girls arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning job. They cleaned exactly what I had asked them to and went above and beyond their standard list of duties. I was told that they are in the process of going "green" with all of their cleaning supplies which makes me feel even better about having them cleaning on a regular basis.

Two people came were in house about 1 1/2 hrs. After job completed there was dust still on furniture, did not clean: walk-in shower, an entire bathroom on 3 rd level of house, inside of toilet bowls in all 4 bathrooms (claim didn't have toilet brush), left sink in master bathroom dirty, tub in master not cleaned. Have no idea what cleaned floors with but took me washing the floors 4 times before they shined again. Manager called after two left explained how disappointed I was with the job. She sent same two back this time they found. A toilet brush somewhere because they walked in with that a small bowl with 4 sponges. Went to master bath and pointed out what wasn't done. One cleaned toilet managing to get toilet water all over the wall and floor other spot cleaned sink,tub and shower. The other walked through house with dirty toilet brush to clean other toilet on same level. Then returned to master n put dirty toilet brush in same bowl holding sponges used to clean sinks, tubs...

They came over late, they were supposed to come over on Wednesday to do cleaning. They came in and didn’t finish cleaning. I called the owner and told her about it, said that everything was crazy that day and she would send the crew out again to finish the work. They came out 5 days later. They were supposed to wax, they poured wax on floors without sweeping or mopping before. I called the owner again, she never did anything about it, no attempt for restitution or to make things better. We terminated our contract with them in late May/early June. I felt that they were a bit pricey for the quality of work that was performed. Also, I didn't appreciate that they parked in my driveway when we do have visitor parking.

Wanna Alvarado is the licensed owner of this business. She only comes out to clean now when she is short handed but the quality of the people that she uses are also excellent. They don't always come right on time, but that is probably because I have told them that I was flexible. I will continue to use this service for house cleaning in the future.

I've been pleased with their work and I get the same crew consistently. I like that I can work with the same people. They're flexible if I need to make a time change.

We recently returned to our house that had been a rental property for nearly four years and it desperately needed a deep cleaning. We had been looking on-line for cleaning services and was not happy with the answers we were getting. Saw the Maid Solution car in a neighbor's drive way and asked him for a referral. We called, setup an appointment and Paula came the same day. We have a dog and a cat and during the initial appointment, they took the time to get to know the animals, their routine when new folks came in the house and wrote down the animals names. After getting home from work on Friday, it was immediately clear the thorough job they did after moving two households back together. Maid Solution has been hired to clean our house every two weeks and we look forward to coming home after they've been in our house. The cost of the regular cleaning is much lower than the initial cleaning.

Paula came to our house to give us an estimate. We have had the housekeepers every other week now for 2 months. Two maids come each visit, so it only takes them about 2 hours to complete the entire house! The first time, Paula stopped by to make sure the house was being completed to her standards. I have been very impressed - everything is as clean or cleaner than if I did it myself. The maids even tidy the towels, the kids' dresser top, and change the sheets and make the beds! I think the price is very reasonable for our 3 story, 3 bdrm, 3 1/2 bath townhouse.

Fantastic. They cleaned things that I don't think we've ever cleaned. Unlike our previous service which we had called for an updated estimate, they arrived on time for the estimate, we were able to schedule the actual cleaning for the next day, and set up regular cleanings for our ideal time. Couldn't be happier!
