My wife called at 7 am , they came out by 8. They had everything fixed, including getting a part, by 10 am. We highly recommend them.

Len the Plumber sent a tech out within 12 hours who immediately diagnosed that the regulator needed to be replaced. Went above and beyond and checked for any and all gas leaks around the grill and outside lines, replaced it on the spot and made sure everything was safe, working, sealed, etc. Friendly, fast, efficient and excellent price

I had a Technician, from Len The Plumber, out yesterday (Sunday). These folks are wonderful. My Tech was great. In addition to being a Master Plumber, he was polite, articulate, considerate of my home and family and very understanding of the prior 24 hours I had just experienced. I had a national firm out first and sent them politely packing as they were a joke after not showing up after my first call in and scheduled visit. The Tech they sent was a disaster.

It was the hottest day of the year to do the work. The technician was great and it was done very well. The job took 2 days to complete the work, area was very clean when they left.

They were easy to schedule an appt with. However, they advised that the technician would call when they were on their way, which they did not. I think their services are very over priced. I had a clog in the main drain pipe out to my septic tank. The technician advised that he would have to first snake under the bathroom sink and if that did not clear the clog, he would remove the toilet and snake at that point. He had to do both and the toilet snaking ended up clearing the clog. The total bill was $584. which I think is very high for the service that was performed. Will not use them again.

They are very good and I would use them again. It was a weekend call and they were very, very reasonably priced and very responsive and punctual.

I had no problem getting a quick appt. The Len's plumber arrived promptly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable price for the service. I was very happy.

Len The Plumber was high. He was expensive and he really couldn't fix the problem. We didn't go with him because of the pricing. They didn't seem to really nail down the problem when we had another company come out that did. I think, the other company we went with set amount when they come out and do things and I think Len The Plumber did not. They had the quote too high.

We initially had scheduled everything and they were very good. We canceled the call but they were very good and quick to respond. Price was comparable. Their responsiveness was good.

Work was great. Determined afterwards they really overcharged for the unit itself.

Very professional manner and good work as far as I can tell. Work began on an emergency basis. Plumber showed up within two hours.

I received service within 2 hours of my call; very professional; completely satisfied with the results. I would use Len the Plumber for all my plumbing needs.

My husband met with these people the second time they came out because the first time we were in Texas and the second time we were here and they sent one or two people out the second time and that's when they hit us with the additional sixteen thousand and something dollars and told us all about how many trucks that was going to be all over the driveway and how they are going to dig here to there and it's going to be thirty or forty feet I thought my husband was going to cry he said I just did the driveway and it's a brand new flag stone patio and this guy said well you know you with heavy trucks and I don't think my husband knew anything about this lining that could go into these pipes so he said I will let you know which we got back to them and said don't bother but that's when he called these other plumber, he's furious with these people had quoted him that much money.

Terrific! Easily diagnosed and fixed. The tech was extremely helpful in providing both an explanation of work to be done and in completing the task. He was professional in every respect ... but, as a 21-year master plumber, that's what one would expect. Very friendly with a very positive attitude.

They were very courteous and professional. If I need any plumbing service in the future I would definitely call them again

After the above encounter, I hired a highly rated contractor off Angie's List the next day for less than $1,500 and was very pleased with the work. As Len the Plumber states that satisfaction is guaranteed, I thought I would test their guarantee and politely ask for a refund of my trip charge. I emailed them, and they very promptly called to discuss my request. I provided him with the above facts and despite their quote being more than 50% higher than the price I paid for a highly rated reputable plumber (not "Joe" who works out of his truck), Robert at Len the Plumber insisted that their quote was "market". He said he would consider my request. That was the last I heard from him and my $49 check was cashed. From my experience, I could never recommend that anyone hire Len the Plumber unless they had an emergency and could not get another plumber to come and do the work timely, and understood that as a result they would pay top dollar.

Great! They were here in less than 2 hours and completed the job in less than an hour.

Len The Plumber's plumber, sorry don't recall his name, was 100% successful.

They were efficient. They did what they said they were going to do.

Lawrence S. did the complete job quickly and professionally. He donned shoe coverings before entering the house. Had everything he needed in the truck, was friendly, courteous, professional in every way, fully explained the situation and what needed to be done. Couldn't have asked for a more reliable or responsive service or representative. Would certainly engage again if/when needed.

Job completed successfully, professionally. Representative (Robert R.) was personable and friendly, as well as proficient. Would certainly hire again.

Way way way too expensive. Had them come out as they were same day service. Charged $186 to snake out our toilet which took about 5 minutes (no parts). Also wanted them to swap out shower valve cartridge but he quoted $254. Part is $30-$50 and it would have taken maybe 15 minutes to install. $254??? Ridiculous!!! If you need someone quick, perhaps give them a call. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

The service man did a very good job, it took him several hours to complete the work.
