the technician was courteous and professional. That's about as far as the positives go. I needed to have my house power-washed and I needed that water turned back on and I could not get to it myself. I had another person here doing some work around my house he crawled under the crawl space and could not turn the valve on because the valve handle had been removed and he didn't have a wrench. Hence I called the professionals. Not thinking that it could cost that much to turn on a valve... my mistake! Len the plumber quoted a $49 travel fee that would be rolled into any repair cost if I so chose to have them do the repairs. What they don't tell you is they have a flat rate of $232.50 as a " diagnostic fee". So after ypu wait 4 hours for them to arrive, you're expecting it to be a minimum of $49, plus a reasonable fee. Then only do they rell you, "oh we're already here and in order for me to do a diagnostic of your problem you owe me $232.50". So if your problem takes 5 minutes to fix, like-mine did... turning a wrench to turn on a valve so I can have outdoor water, you are charged $232.50 for the pleasure of their company. Total and complete bait-and-switch! And then they wonder why people think plumbers are a rip-off artist. oh and I did call and speak to a manager to explain the scenario in hopes of having some level of customer consideration. Again my mistake. Absolutely no customer consideration! I just got explained to over and over and over again that that was their diagnostic fee. After I paid my extortion fee, and the check was on its way to the bank, a manager did call me back to say that if I ever needed work again that he'd be glad to apply discount. and he'd like to make a get a chance to make it right. And while I appreciate that call, he had a chance to make it right when I called to discuss the scenario and my disgust with the charge. I don't foresee myself making a phone call to Len the plumber ever again.

Carlton, the technician, came on a Sunday and worked diligently to fix the leaking hot water line. The water heater will need to be replaced and he is coming back as soon as we could accommodate him to complete the work. He also replaced a couple of water valves to the outside hoses which were old and not working properly. The price for the work to be done was very fair . I would highly recommend Len The Plumber and Carlton.

Cleared drain initially, but drain clogged back up within a day. Was charged $900 just to snake the drain which is extremely high for this service. Many others charge $500 or less. MAKE SURE YOU CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAR DRAIN CLOGS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND AN EXTRA $500

Blockage was a long distance from kitchen sink but they were able to clear with snake. Once they broke through blockage they kept going for another 19 - 15 feet to make sure it was all cleared.

It took Mike Leach about five minutes to solve the problem, by using the garbage disposal to unclog the drain pipe. Then he double-checked if the drain was really unclogged, by running water for about 15 minutes. We only had to pay the service fee. Great work.

He came out he looked and he quoted me a very high price and try to sell me on a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff. That was bad.

Took two full days to get the "Do you need service today? plumber to appear. Very disappointing response.

He did very good. It's working much better, he said the other guys installed the wrong. They were very professional and competent and knew what they were doing. My husband dealt with them, I didn't and he didn't have any complaints.

It went very well. The technician Chris arrived punctual and completed the job in a very professional manner. His customer service is top notch.

The overflow tube was set too high and water poured out through the flush handle all night long damaging my hardwood floor. And carpeting below min the basement. Len the plumber came out two more tunes after two more floods. Finally called a second plumber who diagnosed in five minutes that the overflow tube was set higher than the flush handle. Where the water would pour out . Cost me another $200. Len the plumber had three chances to correct the problem.

They came within 2 hours time and sectioned and replaced the broken pipe. We called our insurance company while the plumber was here and were told we'd need an itemized bill. The plumber left saying they'd email us a bill. When the bill came it showed a flat fee with no itemization for trip charge, diagnosis, work performed. We called about 3 times and our insurance company called 2 times with no response over a 3 week period. The manager, Robert Richards, finally called me and told me he had spoken with insurance rep and had given her what the insurance company needed to reimburse us. It turns out that was a lie. Len The Plumber refuses to give a breakdown for services so we will not be reimbursed by our insurance company for any portion of the expense. Interestingly enough, we were told by billing dept. they do keep a record of breakdown for their own purposes. We will not do business with this company ever again.

Went great. Highlights: quick response, even on a holiday weekend, repair tech Mike Leach was great. He kept me informed with findings, decisions needed and pictures as I was not onsite. Notes: I think the costs were more expensive but the fact they came out within 12 hrs made up for that. Would definitely call them again in an emergency.

I was able to make an appointment online (in the evening) and was contacted the next day to have a service technician come out the same day. John Sekhon, the service technician, came out that day and not only confirmed and fixed the toilet leak, but also did a thorough inspection of the entire house/plumbing and noted other issues that needed to be fixed. He then sat down with me and put together multiple quotes to fix the various plumbing issues. John was extremely professional and polite, taking the time to explain each of the issues and the options available to me. I highly recommend reaching out to John Sekhon and Len the Plumber if you are having any plumbing issues!

Overall grade I would have to give them an A. The only think I would question was the price. Again I'm a dumb consumer and I felt the prices were set by the person who came out. I felt he choose the price because they get a percentage. I think the price was a little high. They did a really good job, he worked into the night, I helped him. I mean he worked like a dog and earned every bit of the money. I just have to question the overall price.

Roughly it was around $5,000. Overall, I give them an "A", the only thing I might question was the price. Again, I'm just a dumb consumer in the world. I got the feeling that prices are set by the person who comes out, and I just got a feeling that if they get a job, they get a certain percentage of the total job. I have no facts to back that up, that's just my opinion. So, I think the price was a little high. A neighbor next door was going to go with a guy who only charges $2,500. When he found out I was paying close to five, he upped his rate up to five. So again, and that's this area, I'm not saying Len was out to screw me, these businesses are out to make money. I was not in a position to get estimates, I had no water in the house and I had to go with them. I mean they did a good job. The guy worked his butt off, worked into the night. I was helping him a little. He worked like a dog. He earned every penny of it, but I still have to question the amount.

Called to have estimate on a gas line move. No show during appt window. I received a call an hour after appt window stating that the technician was tied up and couldn't make the appt. I would be rescheduled the next day, first appt with expected arrival time between 8a-9a. Technician arrived at 9:46a. He reeked smoke. Nice guy and very polite. I asked to email the estimate to me. I received an email with the estimate cost ($49), not the project cost. Ok experience but I'm sure there are better options. Project cost estimate seemed high as well.

Service man made a mountain out of a mole hill. Didn't use them because of the outrageous solution for my problem.

It went ok, but I did have to call them back about a problem in the bathroom upstairs. The shower wouldn't run but he adjusted that and everything is working just fine now. They were efficient and when I called them back they came right back.

A Len the Plumber plumber came out on a service call and inspected my ceiling where the leak was. He looked at the ceiling and just said there was a leak upstairs but did no other diagnostics. He charged the service fee and left. Then when the leak continued my upstairs neighbor called another Len the Plumber plumber. He looked around in her condo, said he saw nothing, and declared that air conditioning condensation was causing the problem. The leak reoccurred today. I called another plumber (not Len). He cut open the ceiling, looked around at the pipes, and saw where and ill fitting drainage pipe from my upstairs neighbor's toilet was causing the leak. He fixed the pipe situation and no more leaking. Complete waste of money with Len.

I was able to make an appointment on very short notice for a Sunday. The plumber arrived on time and completed his work in just two hours. I have no complaints about the work performed or the professionalism of the technician but the price was extremely high for the amount of time it took to fix the faucet. I would hire again but only in an emergency situation.

My 5-year old Toto toilet needed to be rebuilt, and of course the flush handle broke on a Friday night. After calling several other plumbers who told me the earliest they could get someone out would be Monday, I called Len the Plumber. The plumber arrived at 2:30. He did a great job. The only piece he didn't have was the flush handle. However, he replaced the Toto handle with one that did the job just fine. He then told me that I could pay $55 for a Toto handle if I wanted to and he would have it Monday, or I could continue to use the one he installed. The one he installed will stay.

Went well. I should have been a plumber. :)

Excellent....would definitely call again. We have used before and have been satisfied each time

Still no call from Lentheplumber. Not resolved and don't want to deal with them anymore.
