Description of Work: It was a very challenging day,my water heater broke (it was,an old one)was around 130pm got home my basement was flooded,it was raining,I thought it was the rain,but we do not have flooding in my area,I call the emergency number,the person on the phone was very nice,the technician called me back,within 15 minutes,letting me know someone in the area will be there in 30 minutes.I emphasize them a water heater replacement it would be necessary,I cannot tell you how messy it was,but this gentleman Tony Siango was a trooper,outstanding work well done,very knowledgeable,and professional,thank you

Description of Work: Their work was superb. A very knowledgable gentleman arrived the same day I called. He determined the kitchen sink needed to have a snake put through it. This person was very professional and did a great job. He put protective materials over my hard wood floors in the kitchen. He did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up before he left. He was a great representative for Len the Plumber. I contacted Len the Plumber and told them I want this same person again if I needed any service.

Description of Work: They were called out on an emergency (flooding in basement). They came on time and didn't charge extra for an evening call. He analyzed the problem all wrong--wanting to dig up all around the outside of house to eliminate seepage. Estimate was in the thousands of dollars. Then I called Sam and Sons. The washing machine just needed a new pump. there was no seepage from the outside of house. The service guy just wasn't experienced enough for the job.

Description of Work: Still trying to find an interior water pipe slow leak! They were great at fixing toilets and sink taps, etc. whilst trying to solve the bigger plumbing issue.

Description of Work: Replaced sump pumps

Description of Work: Replaced all copper piping in downstairs bathroom, installed new shower piping and faucets, and replaced P-trap in concrete slab. | |Only issues were for the estimate the dispatcher wouldn't send the plumber unless we answered his phone call but he had my wife's number so I wasted a whole day at home waiting since he moved me from the beginning of the day til the end. Then for the actual work, they had an issue with the plumber so the replacement arrived 4 hours late, but the replacement was phenomenal and did an excellent job.
