Description of Work: I had a very simple problem that would've taken 5-10 minutes to fix (replace toilet valve). They have a minimum one-hour charge of $170!!!! Calling them was a waste of time for me. There are other companies that charge $45-50 for the call and then by the additional 15 minutes. THAT is fair.
