GBC Kitchen & Bath

Description of Work: Very disappointed in my overall experience with GBC. There were three separate crews that came in and out of my house to work on a master bathroom re-model over the course of six weeks (the project was projected to be completed in three weeks). I had to oversee the entire project because the project managers were very flippant with responsiveness. Two of the crews caused damage to my home (all of which GBC did repair). I am very happy with the end result, however it took a lot of project management on my part to get the job done correctly. As the customer, I do not think I should need to be as involved with the entire project on a daily basis. I could go on and on. I do not recommend this company if you're looking for an enjoyable remodel experience.

Description of Work: New Master bathroom- enlarged shower, smaller tub, new tile, painted, changed doorway, etc.

Description of Work: GBC remodeled our kitchen, including installing new cabinets and countertops (marble), refinishing the hardwood floors, and installing new appliances. They were responsive and helpful, at the lowest price of the three quotes we received. The individual that helped us pick out countertops and backsplash was not as helpful as we had hoped, but someone else finally stepped in and was very helpful. Ask for someone else if your salesman is lacking the skills needed for design. Overall, a good experience.

Description of Work: I had this company come for an estimate for countertops and kitchen/bathroom flooring. I ended up using another company because they also provided design services. But I was impressed with the GBC person who did the estimate and the very detailed estimate they provided a week later. I am going to call them again regarding other work I need done.
