Gbc Kitchen and Bath was excellent. The people in the office were all excellent and what they did for us was perfect. I’m very well satisfied. They knew their job and they were efficient. My experience with GBC could not have gone smoother. I was renovating my en suite bathroom and I am incredibly indecisive, but Sussan and the entire team at the Rockville store were patient with me and guided me toward options that I love without forcing their opinions on me. Though I waffled endlessly, they remained calm and professional throughout the selection process until I finally committed to the materials. When the renovation got underway, Tony and his crew were phenomenal. In fact, there aren't enough superlatives to adequately express how responsive, efficient, and professional they were. They communicated thoroughly throughout the process via text and were quick to reply to any questions or concerns that I had. I honestly cannot imagine a better crew. I would not hesitate to recommend GBC for any project.

We recently completed our full kitchen significant renovation. Our journey with GBC began a year ago with an initial consultation with Sussan Haghighat. Sussan could not have been better at designing our dream kitchen. She completely understood what we wanted delivering a beautiful and functional kitchen. Sussan is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Then comes the fun part, the actual work. Tony was our fabulous, absolutely professional, and fantastic project manager. Tony would always respond timely to any type of concern. He would keep us informed along the way providing solution to every situation that arose. Just can't thank him enough. Last but not least a special thank you to Lucas, Ezekiel, and all the hardworking Craftsman. Every detail that I requested was made with a smile in the face. They are worth gold to the GBC. Big Thank you to make my dream kitchen project happen.

Gbc Kitchen and Bath renovated my 2 kitchens and they did great job!

We get a lot of compliments on it, so not only does it work fine, but it looks beautiful.

My project manager Guven was point-man on everything and was super responsive and very accommodating in running interference on design coordination (as I was out of town during the implementation). Following implementation, he completed a thorough walk thru and completed all final check list items in a timely manner. I would absolutely use GBC for future renovations and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I feel GBC earned this. They are the best with the thing that is the most important to me: customer service. Sal, Field Manager was very professional and he was very responsive . He was responsible and available to handle any concern that came up. They completed the work in the time they promised with a few bumps in the road but they made it work. I can't really think of any reason why I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Gbc completed my bathrooms, they turned out great !

Sal Seras, the project manager, was extremely helpful on final design ideas, had exceptional attention to detail, and always responsive. While we do not recommend Waypoint cabinets, Sal addressed every manufacturing issue with ease and grace -- ensuring I was fully satisfied. The final project turned out great and would encourage anyone doing business with GBC to request Sal as their project manager. We've done several projects at our home, and Sal is the best there is!!

I have used GBC 3 times to remodel my home because they pay attention to details, are fast, and are kind. GBC did a complete remodel of both bathrooms including removing a tub and replacing it with a walk in shower designed exactly like I wanted it. They did all new kitchen countertops and created an entire wall of cabinets in another room which greatly increased my storage space. They even ran electricity to give me an outlet where there was none. They were professional, on schedule, and communicated with me constantly to ensure they were doing what I wanted and that I was happy with it. Most recently, Sal was my project manager and Froilan was my very talented installer. They provided excellent service. I will always return to GBC for my remodel needs!

GBC Alexandria renovated my master bathroom. Fabian, the designer, patiently worked with me to realize my vision to enlarge the shower, increase storage, replace the soaking tub and to create a spa like feeling – while working within the limitations of a condo. Pretty much a full gut of the room. The crew that did the work, Omar and Wilmer did an excellent job and were very meticulous – clearly taking pride in their work. The project manager Selim quickly addressed any concerns I had throughout the process, and kept me informed throughout. The transformation to my master bathroom is amazing! I am very pleased with the outcome.

Everything was smooth from conceptual design through finishing touches. Ray was tremendously accommodating to our customization requests for our kitchen remodel. Sal and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done, finishing slightly ahead of schedule. Would recommend to anyone considering similar projects, and we'll be requesting their work to remodel our bathrooms in a few months.

I had a good experience with a complete kitchen renovation. GBC has a good process; they work efficiently and give good advice. Everyone I met was personable and knowledgeable. The kitchen is beautiful.

The project was a success from start to finish. I appreciated the customer service and communication from start to finish. Sal, the protect manager, is excellent at what he does. He also provided honest recommendations and advice when asked. Fabien was polite and helpful and helped guide us with selections on counter tops and backsplashes.

FANTASTIC!! From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at GBC. We first met with Fabian for our initial design consultations. He was extremely helpful in coming up with a design that matched our vision and budget. Our project manager Selim did an outstanding job of keeping us informed throughout the entire project. He was on site almost every day to monitor progress and he was always available to answer questions at any time, even on the weekends. He made us feel confident and comfortable that our job was as important to him as it was to us. Our construction crew was absolutely AMAZING! They were always on time, very courteous and very respectful of keeping the area as clean as possible. Overall great attention to detail and true craftsmanship. GBC has transformed our kitchen and entire first floor in just a matter of 5 weeks. Absolutely Amazing what they have done and I give GBC my highest recommendation. Overall exceptional value.

GBC did careful and incredible work and had great customer care from start to finish

We were very pleased with the work GBC did. The crews worked amazingly fast, and did careful, professional work. They were attentive to our concerns and questions and clearly wanted us to be pleased with all aspects of the job. The crews were knowledgeable about their work and skillfully navigated unexpected issues. We would certainly recommend them!

GBC did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom. We love the modern look and layout of the new bathroom that was designed by Emre. We also had an outstanding crew who brought the design to life. Our project manager Sal was very responsive and reassuring and was always available to address our concerns. He also made sure that the project was on track. Ray the owner has amazing engineering skills and was able to overcome some structural constraints to implement the design. We were fortunate to have Carlos and Anibal working on the project. They are both highly skilled craftsmen who did all of the construction - the demolition, plumbing, electrical wiring, installation of all the fixtures, painting, carpentry, and tiling. They paid attention to details and we trusted their workmanship. The GBC team made the entire process as smooth as possible and we highly recommend them for your bathroom and kitchen projects.
