An unbeatable combination of quality and price, and unlike other low-priced vendors, a full selection of tile, granite/marble, fixtures and fittings. The experience starts with a visit from Koksal who assesses the job and produces a cost estimate and a simple CAD drawing of the work. The estimate will cover the labor involved and will include itemized allowances for individual items such as tub, toilet, faucets, etc. The understanding is that if you choose a more expensive fitment the price will be adjusted up to cover it; equally if you choose cheaper, the allowance will be adjusted down. This gives you complete freedom to choose anything you like from any store or online merchant while knowing exactly what the difference will be from your allowance. Koksal will also tell you if there are unknown factors: for example, soffits, walls, etc. which may conceal pipes or ducts which need to be rerouted because of your desired design. As soon as the demolition work starts and these things reveal themselves he'll let you know of any price implications and you can discuss how to move forward from there: in my case any additions were small and additional work was very reasonably priced. Next stage: choosing materials. Here you'll find Koksal patient and helpful: he'll tell you the most common things that people ask for (turns out most shower walls end up in three sections: square tiles top and bottom and diamond shaped ones in the middle); if that's not to your taste give him an indication of the style you like and he'll work with you on achieving it. In my case I decided I wanted an unadorned contemporary European look with large 24" x 12" tiles running vertically to the shower ceiling and a raincan showerhead. Then I started to worry that I wouldn't like the raincan effect so we added a hand shower on the wall with a 3-way diverter and now I have a choice. Plus, the double shower head looks pretty impressive for when I come to sell the house one day. All done on the basis of adding the extra cost to the original allowance, so just a little more expensive than I was already expecting. GBC have showrooms near Alexandria and on Rockville Pike: the Alexandria one is by far the better bet and Koksal will arrange to meet you there. It has better displays to show you what potential designs will look like and a range of boards with tile and listello choices. You can also see the extensive range of cabinet options. But the big bonus is that in the same General Washington Drive strip there's a countertop warehouse with dozens of sheets of granite laid out; and across the road there's a tile showroom and a Ferguson's store for lights and fittings. These guys all work together and Koksal will walk with you (or drive you a few hundred yards - hey! it's America!) carrying tile and cabinet door samples, so you can see right there how your color and style choices will work with different sheets of granite. In my case we found a beautiful sheet of Italian marble with a natural, irregular pattern and we even chose which corner would work best for my countertop. A quick call on Koksal's part and I got that marble for a few dollars a square foot more than a run-of-the-mill piece of granite. As I said above, that really is the difference with these guys: before deciding on GBC I had an estimate from another low-cost vendor and on visiting their showroom I was told which design of faucet I'd be getting and shown less than a dozen small squares of granite to choose from. GBC were the only ones to combine the low price with such total freedom to choose what I wanted. The work itself began three weeks later and was scheduled to take three weeks. The supervisor, Edgar, talked through everything with me and advised me if anything I was asking for contravened DC building code. In the master bathroom the work was extensive: I wanted an old-fashioned enclosed shower stall opened up with a full glass front with frameless door and just a half side wall with glass above. That involved moving the showerhead and faucet from the left wall to the right wall of the cubicle - so a significant plumbing job - and I also wanted to increase the width of the shower by 9 inches by making the half wall narrower and stealing 6 inches from the double sink vanity next to it. Doing that revealed that the old wall had concealed a downpipe so Koksal quoted me a modest amount for moving it and the work proceeded. The 80s-style soffits were torn out and revealed to be covering nothing but recessed lights, which I've now replaced with wall sconces. All-in-all, these measures produced a far more open, airy bathroom with a large shower stall which feels great to use. The tub was also completely renovated. There had been a strange, deep tub that looked more like a plunge pool; suffice to say in 8 years living in the house I'd never used it. They pulled it out, built a new support platform underneath and installed a regular Kohler tub that I'd chosen with matching roman style faucet and a hand shower for hair washing. I cannot overstate what a pleasure it is to step into that tub when I come home from a run or a bike ride, and I expect it'll only get better as the winter weather closes in. I haven't mentioned the guest bathroom. It was a much more straightforward job in that the room is small and there was no reshaping to be done. The main challenge was tearing out the 1959 tiles and floor and as you can imagine, what was behind was not pretty. New cement board had to be installed throughout and the plumbing relocated a little to accommodate a single faucet instead of separate hot and cold. A WC and matching pedestal sink were installed, a light replaced and the floor and shower walls tiled. Economies were achieved by having both bathrooms done in parallel; demolition, plumbing, tiling and painting were done hand-in-hand with the bigger job in the master bathroom. As a side note, I later discovered a hole of about 4 inches in the wall of the closet which backs on to the bathroom, the result of tearing 50 year old shower tiles off the wall. As soon as I notified Koksal (several weeks after the job was completed), Edgar and an assistant were round filling the hole and plastering over it. And Koksal has told me if anything else emerges as the months go on, all I have to do is call him and it'll be fixed. So a very satisfying experience overall and I have two beautiful modern bathrooms which are a pleasure to walk into and a stark contrast to what was there before. If I had one criticism it would be that the duration of the job turned out to be longer than estimated: the three weeks I was told stretched towards five before the work was finally over. In fairness, I changed my mind about some things and as stated above, until the work starts they can't be sure of the extent of renovation that will be needed beneath the surface. And I should mention that despite the added days, I was never charged a cent more for labor. Still, I'd assume that the work will take a week longer than the estimate you're given then it'll be a bonus if it takes less than that. Would I use GBC again? Without hesitation. The whole team were great workers, Edgar really knew his stuff and spent a lot of time with me over things like tile and faucet placement, and Koksal is a true professional who stands by his quote and the job that his team does. To get two bathrooms stripped to the walls and completely remodeled for the price I paid was really something, the more so because no corners were cut and I'm not sure what extra I'd have got from vendors charging $20,000 more. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Complete remodeling of two bathrooms: one large master with tub, double vanity and separate shower dating from 1989; and one smaller guest bathroom with pedestal sink and shower which hadn't been remodeled since the house was built in 1959.

The first time we heard about GBC was at the Expo show in Chantilly. Than we saw their truck in our neighborhood and checked their web page. We were looking for a traditional remodeling company as they seem to be more profound to us. After doing quiet some company research, we visited several showrooms. One of them was GBC. At first, they seemed like only doing kitchen & bath remodeling. In the showroom however, we saw they do much more than that, after asking questions. The helpful lady in the showroom scheduled us for our deck estimate and we were very excited. Koksal, one of the designers came out with his technical supervisors Fauzi and took some measures and pictures of the area we were planning to have a deck this summer. Fauzi said there was not a problem to pull permits and schedule inspections as he would arrange it all the time. He actually was licensed to draw a deck with his architectural background. As we saw GBC?s drawings for our deck, that we have been longed for years, we were fascinated. We have been saving for this project a few years and finally we could go ahead now. It just took so long to find a good company that would actually design & build decks. All the work was amazingly performed within just 2 weeks! Every morning the workers came at 8am until 5pm or sometimes longer. It was a very structured and perfectly organized construction progress. Fauzi stopped by every other day. It was just watching a dream come true. We received follow up emails by the nice lady we met, and found out her name was Nili. We mentioned to Nili that GBC should definitely show deck pictures on GBC webpage. Otherwise people would not know that GBC does more than kitchen and bath. Well, our next project is to update our hardwood flooring and basement carpet. And we will certainly go with GBC, as we know that they will take care of what we need. We had a wonderful summer with quiet some barbeque parties on our beautiful deck. I know that a few of our friends already got in touch with GBC for a showroom visit and estimate. It?s great to know that there are still these kinds of traditional businesses with really good customer focus! Thanks Guys, I hope we can work together with another project soon.

The designer was very professional and provided suggestions on how to improve the bathroom. The prices quoted were comparable if not cheaper to other companies I contacted. I will consider using this company when I make my decision to move forward with the bathroom renovation.

We used GBC in 2011 to totally remodel both our master bath room and guest bath room and were very satisfied with the results. GBC was therefore our first choice when we wanted our kitchen remodeled this year. The staff was very helpful with the design plans. They were also very patient as my wife made choices among the various cabinet options, granite selection, lighting, etc. They were equally helpful as the additional projects such as flooring, fireplace, and sun room were added to the project. The quality of materials, workmanship and craftsmanship provided by GBC professionals was excellent. We were very well satisfied with every aspect of these renovations. We recommend without reservation GBC for any remodel or flooring project.

I did not sign a contract with this company for any service/work.
Description of Work: I did not use this company for any service. I do not feel that I was dealt with honestly. I needed a small bathroom renovation and I felt the cost proposed to me was way too high for the work that was required. I found another contractor to perform the work at a much better price. The work/service I received from the new contractor was excellent.

As of today the guest bathroom is complete. It took about a week to do that bathroom. It looks great. The master bathroom is almost complete and it also looks great. When finish it will be fantastic. GKB have great selection of everything to choose from. The owner, Mr. Adem, was extremely helpful. He provided suggestions that made the selection process very easy.GKB always have responded to my calls in a timely fashion. I am super happy with GKB. I am so happy with them I will have them to my kitchen next. All of his workers worked hard and always kept the work area well covered. One of the things I like most about GKB is how concern they were about you being completely satisfied.

What is the point of taking time out of your schedule to have someone come by to give you an estimate and then you never receive the estimate? NONE Luisa Berry came out to write up an estimate and more than a week later I have yet to receive it or any contact from her whatsoever. Why would I hire this firm? I wouldn't. Update: GBC has apologized profusely and have put forth real effort to correct the mistake. I'm not opposed to using them since other companies have cared less. Luisa has been sincere and consistent in her efforts to appease me.

We wanted to have our kitchen redone. We called GBC Floors, Kitchen and Bath to do the work. They did excellent work. They cleaned up well when job was completed. No problem with the time frame and completed work in a timely manner. The workers were extremely good and personable. We asked for some help with an old intercom system in the kitchen and they took it out with no problem.

Koksol came to my house to look at the project. He provided a design and estimate within two days, incorporating everything I wanted to do at the price they advertise for a 10 x 10 kitchen. The quote was 1/3 less than the two general contractors who quoted on the project. I signed the contract, and went to the Rockville store to pick out cabinets, flooring and granite. In order to stay within the quoted price, my choices were limited. However, I was happy with the selections I had to choose from, as they were all of high quality and allowed for a variety of design styles and colors. Had I chosen items outside of the price range of the quote, they would simply have added an appropriate amount to the price. As it turned out, I did not need to spend more to get what I wanted. The construction manager, Edgar, and his crew, started two weeks later and would have finished within two weeks, except for my delay in picking out backsplash and the fact that the under cabinet lighting (an add on) apparently was not on the design layout. They did their best to cover up carpeting and furniture to minimize dust, but I have to say, that seems to be just about impossible. They did a fair amount of cleaning when they were finished, but be prepared to have some dust. It seems to be part of the process. Near the end of the project, they asked me to prepare a punchlist, which I did, and they completed and resolved every item without question. They returned emails and phone calls promptly, and seemed to be very focused on pleasing the customer. The price did not vary from the original quote, and they did quality work within the expected timeframe. I would definitely use them again for any kitchen or bath project, and would recommend them to others. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The whole process was easy, fast, efficient, economical, and as an end result I have a beautiful new kitchen.
Description of Work: Did the design work and developed the layout for remodeling a 10 x 10 kitchen. Removed cabinets, sink, countertop, range hood, flooring. Installed new wood cabinets with crown molding, granite countertop, porcelain tile flooring, glass/marble mosaic backsplash, undermount sink, faucet & sprayer, overhead light, ceiling fan, garbage disposal, under counter lights, and microwave/exhaust fan over the range. Also installed slide-in range and refrigerator with ice maker, re-wired to the electrical box downstairs to provide a dedicated line for the microwave/exhaust fan, and did drywall repair and painting. They also did custom adjustment of base cabinets as needed, and came up with good solutions for space utilization.

After getting many estimates we choose GBC. Throughout the project they have been great. Every major remodel has a few problems and ours was no different. But hearing other peoples stories we think our remodel went great. Our home was built in the early 1960s and the bathroom walls and ceilings were plaster. What a lot of dust?dust?dust?.every crevice?everywhere. I suggest for the sake of the employees lungs as well as the homeowner they invest in a portable air scrubber or air filtration system. That would have saved a lot of headache and cleaning for them and well as me. During the construction if I didn?t like how something was done, they would redo it without question. Luisa was the project manager and returned calls and emails and texts always within the hour. Luisa helped us choose our entire home decor. She spent hours helping us choose our items for the baths and kitchen and is an excellent home interior decorator. She would inspect the work done and if it wasn't perfect she would tell them to make changes. We were most impressed. Miguel and crew were always on time, hardworking, very thoughtful and cleaned up each day. They were responsive to every concern. GBC was very upfront and let us know what changes were needed and what needed to be done to meet code. The electrician Mehmet was always very polite and is very experienced. Wilson is a hard worker and skilled in many areas and made sure everything was perfect. He also is an excellent tile layer and carpenter. We will use GBC again if needed? Pictures will be added soon.
Description of Work: We wanted to do a major remodel and spent six months looking for the contractor that would do a great job and not cost us a fortune. We had three full baths remodeled tearing them down to the studs. In the master bedroom we had a walk in closet built and changed the entrance of the hallway bathroom door to the bedroom. The other bedroom we eliminated the door to the bathroom and expanded the bathroom by removing a bedroom closet. The entrance to that bathroom was changed to the hallway. We created a laundry room from a joint laundry and furnace area. We also did a total remodel of the kitchen and added an entire wall of built in cabinets in the adjoining room. Furthermore we had the entire home painted from top to bottom.

GBC Floors Kitchen Bath I got a quote from them about a year ago. They quoted me about $10,000, I think when we added some things it was $11,000. They were very all in one so they have a showroom, and in the beginning they were very helpful and provided like a detailed estimate and very professional and a diagram of the bathroom that provided some pictures to look at.

After receiving and carefully reviewing 7 estimates from reputable kitchen remodeling companies in the Northern Virginia area, we selected GBC Floors Kitchen Bath to perform our kitchen upgrade and remodeling job. Our selection was not solely based on price, even though GBC did come in with the lowest bid. We wanted a kitchen remodeling company well established with a long history of satisfied customers and we found that with GBC. I was most impressed with Osman, who is the Design & Sales Rep for GBC. I met Osman at the Dulles Home & Remodeling show and really liked his no pressure approach in explaining the products and services provided by GBC. I felt a strong sense of honesty and integrity from Osman and he did not disappoint us as he was very involved from the initial design to the completion of the job, carefully overseeing each and every phase as he had promised. There were some unforeseen issues that required some customizations and additional work that was not included in the original contract, but they were all negotiated and worked out fairly and without delay by Osman and his crew. Having knowledge and background in the construction industry, I was extremely impressed with GBC's skilled Work Crew. The quality of work performed and the craftsmanship displayed by the crew far exceeded my expectations. They were very polite, clean and completed the job ahead of schedule. On the final walk through and inspection, Osman and the Crew noticed a couple of very minor flaws, that to be honest I had not caught myself and was OK with, but they insisted on having them fixed, which they did very promptly. We are extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Working with GBC, from the Ownership to the Work Crew, was a wonderful experience! They are truly a "one stop shop" for kitchen & bath remodeling. The job was completed ahead of schedule, with minimal disruption, excellent craftsmanship, and at a fair cost. We would "highly" recommend GBC for any kitchen, bath and floor remodeling. Thank you The McDoanld Family

The remodeling job went well overall. The kitchen cabinets, granite countertop, and ceramic flooring were installed at a professional standard. It was necessary, however, to remind the crew about keeping the kitchen sectioned off and sealed in order to contain the dust and debris and for the crew to take the garbage with them (which they did not do, despite multiple requests). In addition, the crew's work scheduled seemed to be disorganized. It was, therefore, unreasonable to expect the customer (me) to either stay at home or leave my home open for them. Other contractors have a schedule--they could have done the same.
Description of Work: United KB remodeled my kitchen. This entailed removing my existing kitchen, flooring, and wall tiles. In addition, it entailed installing new ceramic tile flooring (which I provided), kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, painting the walls, and relocating my appliances. Since my kitchen is small and narrow, nothing in it could be standard size and, thus, required precise measurements. A representative came to my home to measure my kitchen and bring samples of wooden cabinets and granite that matched the look I wanted. The representative was courteous and followed up by e-mail to get the design just right. He took measurements several times and, with the exception of one small cabinet, the kitchen cabinets overall were well measured and fit well. In addition, the crew's handiwork on the cabinets, countertop, and floor was very good. The outcome was far better than I thought was possible with such a small kitchen. I was pleased. Some areas for improvement, though, were in the painting of the walls and the crew's lack of organization and cleanliness. The painting job was fair but lacked an eye for detail (e.g., smeared edges, measurement marks left after painting). The crew's work schedule was disorganized. The workers didn't always arrive on the days and at the times agreed. Because they came in their own cars rather than in a company vehicle, they claimed that they were unable to take garbage with them at the end of the workday. Consequently, they left bags of trash, loose kitchen remnants, and litter in my backyard for over a week, and my complaints about this were ignored. The crew expected that I leave my house open so that it could come whenever it could--that was not professional. The crew didn't know who would come the next time, when that next time would be, or what would be done. Finally, the remodeling job lacked finality. There was no checklist for finishing the job. I was asked, instead, to send an email with items that need to be addressed. The foreman wasn't available for a walk-through. In my view, that is not the way to end a job--particularly one that was well done overall. All in all, I recommend this contractor. The work was well done, and the areas for improvement that I have noted are ones that a future customer could address with the contractor at the outset to prevent them from occurring.

They listened to our needs and came up with a good design for the kitchen. The quote we got from them was at the lower end of the range of quotes we got from several contractors. I called the references they provided and all of them had a good experience with them. They worked with us on the best value materials within our price range. During the project, their office was always reachable. All calls were answered in a prompt, professional manner. Every renovation project encounters problems. They worked with us on resolving any issues that were brought up during the project. Here are a couple of examples: - When the original kitchen was demolished, construction trash was collected in front of the house for next day pick up. When I brought this up as a problem especially with the HOA, someone came by the same evening and removed trash. - Our cabinets had a manufacturing defect that delayed completion of the project. The project team worked on remediating the problem and tried to complete the project as quickly as possible. - Plastic barriers were put up every day to reduce the amount of dust that would get transferred into other areas of the house. Work areas were cleaned up every day. Overall my experience was an A-. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family, and use them again when it is time to remodel our bathrooms.
Description of Work: We enlisted United Kitchen and Bath to do a full kitchen remodel - design, new cabinets, counters, floors, back splash. We worked with Koksal and Ulan. We also replaced the vanity in a small half bath.

We decided to change our existing Ikea kitchen, which was cheaply done by the previous home owner, to a more functional and updated kitchen. Due to the positive reviews on Angie's List, I asked GBC to provide an estimate along with two other companies. Their bid was competitive, albeit not the lowest. However, the person we worked with Lisa was fantastic and we felt very comfortable working with her. Therefore, we decided to go with GBC. Their showroom was impressive and their vast selection helped us decide on what color cabinets, granite counters, and backsplash. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Once construction started, they made every effort to close off the rest of the house to minimize dust, especially since we had a newborn in the house. The only issue I had during construction was that each day there was a different crew so continuity was lacking. Nonetheless, the work was completed and I was able to work with each crew to complete what was necessary. There were several issues during construction, but GBC ensured they took care of everything. In the end, we were very happy with our kitchen and would recommend GBC. They are reasonably priced and have quality products such as Medallion Cabinets, which we decided to go with.

United KB did a very thorough job in renovating our kitchen. They began on time and came every day, keeping to the timeline. When an issue with the cabinet quality arose (manufacturer issue), they took care of replacing the damaged doors, providing the extra work at no additional charge. They were highly professional and we are amazed at the quality of the kitchen we got for the price. I highly recommend them for your next renovation project.

Overall, it went well. The process did not follow the schedule we were given - we had planned to be off work on the days we were told workers would be there, but ended up having to take off other days because there were often days without anyone on the job site. The quality of the cabinets (Forever Mark) is poor. During installation several were dented, and while they "repaired" them (e.g. touch up paint), or offered a refund, they simply reflect the quality of the wood used. This is not an issue specific to UKB, I suspect any budget kitchen shop uses comparable quality products. The granite installers were the worst part of the process - installing the soap dispenser on the wrong side, mis-measuring the bar and then having to cut into the wall to make the second mis-measured piece fit. The tile installer was great, working with me to develop a custom design using tiles I found on clearance at Lowes. This actually was the best part of the process - finding my own materials (faucet, tiles, pull out drawer) and having them installed. Ended ups saving us a lot of money. The project manager (Edgar_ was great, really responsive and accommodating. I suspect we lucked out having him be so hands on - at the end of the job he wasn't around nearly as much, and I think that he manages multiple projects at a time. You can't beat the cost (especially when negotiated down), and if you know what you're getting, UKB can do a fine job.
Description of Work: UKB removed kitchen cabinets and counters from our 10x10 townhouse kitchen. They installed new cabinets, counters, sink and backsplash. They did not make any structural or other major changes to the kitchen.

We visited several Kitchen Remodeling showrooms after attending the Washington Home Expo. Of the 3 we visited, GBC had the best quality products by far. We worked with Osman, who designed and redesigned the new kitchen layout until we were completely satisfied. The initial project started on time and the crew even worked on Thanksgiving to finish up the bulk of the work. The rest of the house was adequately protected from the mess, and the crews were prompt and professional. There were a few minor "hiccups" along the way, which I admit were mostly due to our being "renovation virgins" and not knowing what to expect. Osman, Nili and Javier did a good job of explaining the process to us as the job progressed, and all emails and phone calls were returned in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Our kitchen renovation consisted of a complete gut of a very small kitchen. We purchased a kitchen package with some upgrades, which consisted of new ceramic floors, cabinets and granite countertops, as well as some minor electrical work and wall demolition.

These guys are outstanding! I got a lot of estimates and different advice about my kitchen remodel, and they were the easiest to work with, had the best ideas AND the best prices! Koksol is the name of the person I worked with, and he was always ready to listen to my questions, honest, and very responsive. Every part of the projest was done by people who specialize in their area - electricians for the electric, tile people for the floor, plumbers for the plumbing, etc, rather than generalists, so they knew what they were doing, completed the job timely, and did a great job. Can't say enough about them, and my wife and visitors all love our kitchen. Thanks Koksol!
Description of Work: Take out wall between dining room, relocate sink to different wall, remove and replace all cabinets and granite counters, install all appliances, replace porcelin floor, under cabinet lighting - the works!

Overall the job went well. A few times I had to go and ask to have something corrected but they fixed everything the way i expected it to be and did not ask for final payment untill i deemed the job completed. One thing to do is to make sure you have the cabinets ordered correctly. If there is a mistake you are looking at 2 week delay from the cabinet maker to get you replacement parts. In the end though my kitchen is beautiful.
Description of Work: My entire kitchen was remodeled. Drywall was taken down. Walls were removed. Walls were opened up. Kitchen layout was redone. Gas line was installed. New floors, cabinets, counters, appliances, and backsplash.

Fantastic!!! United KB's designer (Koksal), project manager (Edgar) and work crew were very responsive, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and they addressed all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Koksal and Edgar were always in constant communication throughout the 2 1/2 week project. Koksal was very helpful and right on the mark with the kitchen design! I had ample cabinet, blashsplash, cabinet hardware, countertop, sink, faucet samples etc. to choose from. I highly and gladly recommend United KB; and in fact I have already recommended United KB to one of the partners of my firm, he and his wife also hired United KB to renovate their ktichen. The United KB crew were very punctual, dedicated and skilled hard workers; and the crew cleaned the space prior to leaving each day. They things came up, as they always do in projects such as this, the issues were dealt with and handled quickly and fair. United KB has earned high marks on my end and I will definetly use and recommend them now and in the future! The entire United KB team conducted themselves in a very highly satisfactory manner. All the best- Linda Murphy
Description of Work: Outstanding Complete Kitchen Renovation - United KB handled my entire kitchen renovation including the design and measurements of my new ktichen. They handled the removal and demo of the existing kitchen, cabinets, countertops, and range. They relocated the existing dishwasher, garbage disposal and fridge out of the way because I kept these appliances and re-used them in the renovated kitchen because they were newish and in great shape. They repaired the drywall softets, flooring trim and floor border to give my ktichen a complete and finished look. I kept my existing flooring as it's in great shape. In phase 2 of my project they removed 2/3rds of the wall between my kitchen and dining room to open up the space, and installed a granite counter breakfast bar at 40 inches high. They did a great job at drywall repair and patching, and painting and wood trim work all around the area of where the was wall removed and the breakfast bar was built. United KB's crew then installed all new cabinets, granite countertops, blackspash, cabinet hardware, cabinet trim, the undermounted sink, goose neck faucet, new outlet covers, new range, new uncabinet mounted microwave/hood (United KB also installed a new dedicated circuit breaker for the new microwav/hood), they reworked the existing plumbing and reinstalled the existing dishwasher, garbage disposal and fridge. They demo'd 2/3rds of one wall and installed a granite coutner top breakfast bar in it's place.

The job went well but it took way longer than it should have. there were problems with the cabinet that had to be resolved by the manufacturer that took weeks. They did come back and resolve all small issues until everything was perfect and then requested final payment. Considering what I paid and the materials that were used the project could not have gone better.

My husband heard about GBC from his assistant professor, who used them to remodel a kitchen. After checking their web page, we visited the showroom and were very impressed about their selection and material. Although our project was considerable small, Osman, the designer took his time to go over and explain different options for us. The complete team at GBC Kitchen & Bath did an outstanding job with our living room. The ceiling was completely replaced and isolated and high quality recess lights were installed and molding was added. We were very impressed by GBC?s electrician Mehmet, who performed outstanding workmen ship. He even took his time and inspected some other electrical work in our house, which we had concerns about. They resolved it all! We got fresh new paint on the walls too. Eren in the office checked in on the project to make sure we were happy with everything. The work crew was punctual and very experienced. I felt good to have the GBC crew around my house and my kids had fun watching them. The price and quality was of great value. We highly recommend GBC Kitchen & Bath for their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. I look forward to working with them again soon to remodel our bathrooms and replacing all our windows. One of my neighbors stopped in with a bouquet of beautiful flowers to say Thank you that we referred them as they are excited to start their kitchen remodel with GBC in February.
