Eddie arrived on time and quickly identified where the leak was occurring. He made sure to show me where the leak was occurring prior to fixing the problem. He also ensured that after the leak was fixed that I inspected the work to ensure that the problem was indeed fixed. He also made sure prior to starting any work that the price was agreed upon. He then quoted me a price to replace the kitchen faucet and once again he had me check the new faucet after the installation to ensure I was satisfied.

The work was done quickly and efficiently

The appointment was made easily and within 24 hrs the technichen was at my house, a little early for the appointment. We discussed the problem and he inspected what needed to be done to correct the leak and gave me an estimste. He finished in approximatley 20 minutes, checked the system to insure no leaks and everything was fine. I have had no problems since the repair. This company provides professional service and the technichen clearly knew what to do to replace my valve. My problem is they employ what I call an airline pricing policy. When you call for an appointment they inform you that there is a $39.95 service charge plus a $5 fuel surcharge. The service charge is wavied if you accept the estimate and they complete the work. This did not bother me since mine was a simple job and I thought most plumbers would charge roughly the same. I was more concerned about quality of work, since the company has a A rating with Angie's List I relied on that evaluation. The repair cost $210 which was in line with what I expected. However ture to their airline pricing policy I had to pay an extra $65 as standbuy time because they had to turn off the master water valve and drain the system, I have never had this type of charge in all of the plumbing work I have ever had done. Since this only took 5 minutes, their rate is $780 an hour.

When I called the company, they were able to provide a rough quote on the phone and sent a plumbing technician out in less than 2 hours(!). Once we found the main water shutoff valve on the street, Kenny was able to quickly and professionally install the valves in the house. Cost came in less than what I expected it to be considering the same-day request for service. I will definitely be using this company again - thanks for the timely and great service!

They did exactly what they said they would do - one of the workers even worked over the 4th of July holiday in order to get all complete before our move-in date - they did a very good job and had it all finished before we moved in.

More than excellent. I needed an early appointment and Kenny arrived on time at 8Am. My faucet was leaking in the kitchen sink and the original plan was to replace the parts in the faucet which is very old. After Kenny examined the faucet he recommended rather than putting a lot of money in an old faucet, to fix the parts that were there and told me with the next repair to go ahead and spend the $200 on a new faucet rather than sinking the money into the faucet I have which is now not leaking after his repair. The bathtub spout was leaking and I told Kenny I wanted to keep cost down with the spout fixture and he was able to replace it at a very reasonable price. Kenny was great and I would Definately use this company again. All of this just took 40 minutes. Kenny was very knowledgable.

Eddie arrived on time. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He explained everything thoroughly so I understood wy the toilet was blocked. He removed the toilet, retrieved the pencil causing the blockage. His work was great.

We are finally able to do some spring cleaning for the outside of our house and noticed that water was leaking from the pipe. I called several different locations before choosing Plumbing Express. I spoke with Andy who was patient and explained the process for what I needed. I was not sure how plumbing trade works so he amused me and my silly questions but was never rushed or felt that he didn't want to answer my questions. He was very professional and was able to schedule someone to come out immediately. Eddy was our plumber and he was very nice from the beginning. He was approachable and explained what he needed to do for both the garbage disposal and the leaky pipe. He inspected all areas and told me that the pipe was fine; he had to replace the faucet only. He told me the directions for winterizing and de-winterizing. He pulled the old insulation out in order to look at the pipes and found a dead mouse! eek, he offered to clean that up which was very sweet. Overall, such a pleasant experience with Andy and Eddy for our first experience with plumbing issues (maybe have spoiled us now). I definitely recommend them and hope to use them in the future.

I was satisfied with this provider's quality of work. Also, they always responded to my calls and completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. I have had no problems with the repiping since its installation almost a year ago. My only complaint would be related to my dryer vent . They needed to remove the vent and did not secure it back to the wall properly. They came back upon my request, but after several days it became unattached again. I am writing this review so long after the installation because of an email reminder from Angie's List.

I emailed Plumbing Express through Angie's List with the scope of work I needed and they emailed me back right away and gave me a number to call to set up the appointment. Plumbing Express gave me a quote over the phone as to how much it would cost to replace my broken garbage disposal. The service window I was given was the same day of my call (which was great!) between 2-4pm. At 1:30pm Kenny (a Plumbing Express plumber) called to say he was on his way and he arrived at 2pm. The Kenny was very professional. He looked at the disposal, asked me several questions and then said he thought he could just reset it and not replace it. After about 5 minutes my disposal was working again. He then gave me some estimates on some other work I needed around the house. I really appreciated that he was able to make a quick repair and did not have to replace the disposal. I also liked that they have a set price list for repairing or replacing different items and carry some inventory on their truck. I would definitely use them again in a pinch because my regular plumber can be very difficult to schedule. I would say that they are on the expensive end of the spectrum, and I probably would not use them for larger jobs but they were perfect for an emergency fix.

The results were exactly what I needed at the time. I am very happy that the company was available to help us on short notice.

I was fortunate enough to have Eddie as my plumber. He was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was quick with his solution to my problem. He pulled my toilet, added in two flange extenders, and reset the toilet. He also answered a lot of random plumbing questions I've had since owning my home. Eddie's energy was great and I felt I got more than I bargained for (in a good way).

The plumbing tech found the main drain pipe behind the wall was corroded with a hole. He cut out the damaged pipe and replaced it and suggested adding insulation to the wall when it gets closed up. He did the repair and also unclogged a sink and re-seated a toilet that rocked back and forth. He was very easy to work with and did a great job. He was on time, he was easy to work with and provided costs estimates before each part of the repairs. There were a total of 3 repairs he did on the house, and when each one was done, he gave an explanation of what he did and gave us the chance to inspect his work.

I contacted Plumbing Express by sending a service request through Angie's List. I received a message from them the same day, and was able to schedule service at the time I requested. The technician was slightly delayed, but I received two calls to let me know when he would arrive, and it was completely acceptable. I actually showed him three different potential jobs, but, as he carefully explained to me, we would have to completely replace four out-of-date bathroom faucets, and completely replace the inside of the toilet in our master bathroom, to resolve what were essentially minor problems. As a result, he handled the most critical of the issues, which was the completely corroded drain pipe in the powder room. He did a very professional job and finished quickly. He left the area very clean. I would definitely call them again.

Kenny the person that came to the house was very friendly and knowledgable. showed me what the problem was and was very efficient in fixing it. However, i thought the price was very high for a piece of rubber and a total of 20min project. even though they did the work for me they charged extra for fuel service.

Kitchen sink disposal would not drain and water was backing up into the sink. It was super gross because lots of old food particles were floating around in there. I figured the problem would be pretty simple but I was unfortunately wrong about that. The plumber came promptly at the scheduled time. In order to find the obstruction, he had to follow the pipes all the way down into the crawl space of our basement. Turned out the problem was years of built up crud that had finally reached the point of near-total blockage. He cleared everything out and the result was excellent. It took him around three hours and he was working hard the whole time. I felt the price was fair given the complexity and difficulty level of the job. This was the second time I've used this company and I would certainly use them again.

Eddie was at the house one hour after the company was called. His work is always excellent. Friedman has done lots of work for us: water, gas, both inside and out.

Eddie was very professional. He identified the causes of the leaks and made the necessary repairs. He had all necessary parts in the truck, and was careful to limit drywall damage and to avoid scratching the floor.

This was my second call to plumbing express, second time that they promptly answered my call, and the second time Kenny the plumber provided on-time service. I had already removed the toilet stoppage myself with the plunger before the plumber arrived. However, he checked it further for stoppage problems and he put several huge wads of toilet paper into the toilet and flushed it to check that there was nothing hidden in the pipe that would be likely to cause a repeat stoppage. Kenny the plumber explained to me that if stoppages occur frequently then the best thing to do is replace the toilet, since mineral deposits can build up inside toilets over time and restrict the flow of solids through the waterway. He also explained that new toilets use half the amount of water of my current toilet, so it would save me money on my water bills.

Kenny was great. My home is currently being rented and I live quite far away. I got a call from my tenants on a Saturday late afternoon that they had no hot water and there was water on the floor. Got on Angies list, found Freidman's Plumbing and made the call. Within minutes Kenny called back and was at my home within the hour. He explained everything to me before going there, even explaining that if it is the water heater he won't have access to supplies until Monday. He went, evaluated the situation and was back at my home on Monday to fix it. Took care of everything and called me when it was done. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use them again.
