Plumber was responsive to call and worked with me to come up with convenient time for service.

Kenny was on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I showed him the leak in the lower level of the house. He immediately found the source and worked on the solution.

The plumber who came out was named Kenny. I had called the Thursday before Memorial day and they came out the next day. It shocked me! They helped to get a property ready for a tenant. Very professional and a very nice guy. I was really impressed!

This is the second time I have used Friedman Plumbing Express (Kenny). First time was for a clogged drain that I couldn't get cleared with a Home Depot snake. Drain clogged on a Saturday with relatives in from out of town. Speedy service and fixed the problem right away. So I had no doubt about calling Friedman's again when my water pressure regulator stopped working correctly. His work is flawless and he is a consummate professional. He gets down to business and I completely trust his advice and workmanship. In addition, Friedman's prices are very reasonable.

Went well. Not the most inexpensive option. Got the "high-grade" heater and upgraded some old plumbing.

It was a lot more than we expected to spend when they first came out. We had a lot of different service people come out. The plumber came out and they sent somebody else to do the piping. Somebody came out and replaced all the drywall and did the repair work. So it was a lot of different people and a couple of different sub contractors. Each one responded a little bit differently to each one. Friedman didn't do that much work. They came out and they diagnosed the problem and then they sublet it to two other companies. They did all the work. Ultimately we were very satisfied with the work that was done. But it wasn't done by Friedman. There are a few things I'm still unhappy with. We have a toilet that works well but makes a terrible amount of noise when you flush it. I probably should call because I'm not happy with the way this toilet works. Sub contractors put in pipes that work well, but they're ugly to look at. I understand that's how these pipes look. But if I had known before they were going in how they were going to look, I would have discussed this with somebody. But I didn't know until they were gone. I looked and I said, "Oh God, this doesn't look right." We have a powder room where we had beautiful copper pipes. They were small and dainty. Now, we have these ugly plastic things that are shoved into the wall and they're hideous. I think we probably got what we paid for.

They came out in a rush timeframe and spent nearly 4-6 hours attempting to snake out a backed up sewer line. Turned out to be too far to snake, and the county had to finish the job, but the plumber was professional and comprehensive with what they could do at the time.

Kirk and his crew completely re-piped an older home we bought (replaced polybutylene with FlowGuard Gold CPVC). Great quality work, explanation of various quotes with copper, etc. They did everything from re-pipe, patch work, re-paint, and all like new. They also coord with county inspectors and fix anything to inspection standards (with help of their great plumbing department). Kirk, always made himself available for updates and corrections. Absolutely recommend them for anything.

Kenny was the plumber who came to our house and he did an excellent job. He called with an ETA, arrived on time, and went right to work figuring out why one of our toilets was clogged. He had it corrected in a short period of time and then took time to check out issues we were having with a second toilet as well. He offered us good advice on replacing that one too. And he was dog friendly and didn't mind our lab nosing around the whole time!

I had sent out inquires to a few plumbers on Angie's List. I enclosed pictures of the plumbing and the shower faucet system along with an explanation of our problem. Andy from Friedman's was the only one who replied back saying he thought the faucet could be fixed. I called him and while on the phone with him he looked up our system on the Delta website. The system was discontinued but the parts where still available. He knew right away which part we would need and quoted me a price for part & installation. Kenny showed up today and had our faucet system fixed in no time. I highly recommend Friedman's Plumbing Express. We will certainly use them in the future.

These guys are professional, responsive and always come to my rescue for emergency plumbing concerns. We are big fans!

The whole job went very well. Several homeowners in our Condo Association recommended them and Friedman Plumbing Express lived up to their billing. Kirk Ballinger, their PB pipe expert was easy to work with. The work crew was knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and did excellent work. They repaired and painted the ceiling and walls from where they had to cut out to get access to the pipes. The patched areas blend in very well. The work easily passed inspection.

On August 24th Plumbing Express started to repipe my house. According to the contract, the company was to finish the work in one week. The cost for repiping the townhouse was set for $4080, from which I paid $1300 deposit. The remaining balance was to be paid by me 10 days after the completion of the work. After five weeks and a promise from the contractor Kirk Ballenger that people will be sent to correct the problem and to finish the drywall, I continue to live with water leakage and damage in the dining room ceiling, loose tiles in the hallway bathroom, and holes under the sinks. All my furniture from dining room has been moved in the living room to allow Plumbing Express people to perform their work (incomplete at this time). I was not present when the house was inspected and neither one of the two county inspectors have contacted me recently to discuss the matter. I am passed from one person to another. When Mike, the person who started the drywall in the dining room, was present, I expressed to him my concern about the water leakage from the upstairs bathroom into the dining room ceiling. One of the repair man, Mike, started to fix the ceiling when we both saw water dripping from the ceiling. He asked me if it could be the cat urine. I told him it does not smell like cat urine and the water comes from the ceiling. Mike stopped working on the ceiling. I contacted Kirk Ballanger and asked him to fix the leakage. I also called Paul, the man who installed the pipes and asked him to caulk around the tiles in the bathroom. Kirk sent Chris the plumber who made a hole in the ceiling and said the tiles around the faucet are lose. He asked for $116 fee for visit. I informed Kirk. Kirk made note of this and also text me that the CPVC pipes are made to leak all the time not only when we shower!! To make the story short, Kirk told Andy, the Service Manger to call me. Andy left two messages on my cell which I couldn't reply because I was in meetings and training. Kirk text me that I should call right away Andy and set up appointment to have his people fix the problem. I called Andy on Monday at aprox 9:50am. His secretary answered. She paused when I gave her my name and I asked to speak with Andy then she told me that Andy asked her to not all the messages. The secretary said she will have Andy call me today. Andy did not call. At around 4 pm, Kirk Ballanger sent me an email in which he argued that he completed the job, there is no punch list, and that I need to pay by this Friday the remaining balance ($2720). The contractor and I have been emailing back and forth via BBB and unfortunately I was out of the office and could not respond in time.

We had had a leak in our toilet--I had replaced the tank bolts (which were leaking) but then we realized the subfloor was totally soaked so we were worried there was a bigger problem. The plumber (Chris) came out exactly when they said he would (and he called enroute so I knew when to expect him.) He checked the toilet and determinedthat there was no leak--I had already fixed it. Since we were going to have to pay him for a service call when there was no work to do, he offered to inspect other plumbing needs, including our hot water heater and sump pump. We ended up paying him to replace our 30 year old sump pump. Very happy with his work and he was a good guy.

Arrived on Monday afternoon, and replaced faucet, but faucet was defective, so needed to re-schedule for another visit, as only had 1 faucet on the truck. Did explain how anti-siphon faucet worked, after I was concerned with leaking.

The serviceman who came to do the job arrived on time, was very courteous, spoke very clearly about the problem with the toilet and what needed to be repaired, and then did his repair work quickly and efficiently. To top it off, the price was very reasonable! We will definitely use this vendor again!

We bought a townhouse containing polybutylene pipes, we wanted to get them replaced before we moved in. Contacted Friedman Plumbing Express, they sent Kirk over to perform an estimate. The actual work started a little bit later, and took about four or five days. I had no problems with my dealings with them. The pipes have functioned well for almost a year now.

I called on Thursday, Kenny was able to come out Friday morning. He was prompt, provided a cost estimate and did the work all within an hour. Now my shower does not leak and it drains.
