Description of Work: They came out promptly to diagnose the problem, however the price was outrageous. The part I needed costs 6.99 (I looked it up while he was here) but they wanted to charge me $185!! I paid him for the diagnostic visit and sent him on his way. That is absolute robbery. By the way, I got the part and watched a you tube video to learn how to put it on. It took less than 10 minutes.

Description of Work: I had an emergency toilet blockage over the weekend and was prepared to pay emergency rates - but the Friedman Plumbing Express representative helped me out over the phone so that I avoided emergency rates and paid regular rates the next day. The service provider the next day saved me money again by providing a DIY fix for another problem. They were prompt and courteous and very helpful. Will call for all future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: snaked a utility sink; replaced part of a toilet. Locked keys in truck and 2 1/2 hours later gave too little (my estimation!) off the bill.

Description of Work: I had a major leak under my kitchen sink that had been dripping into the basement below. It was a Friday before a holiday weekend. Called Plumbing Express, the guy came, changed both hoses that hook up to the faucet, checked his work and left. Very polite, thorough, and the price wasn't too traumatic.

Description of Work: They replaced our plumbing with new piping. They were very efficient and fast. My only real problems were that the water flow to our kitchen was reduced; perhaps a "kink" in that section of piping and, the painting over some of the drywall was a bit sloppy. But overall, they know what they're doing.

Description of Work: Replaced the faucet in the kitchen that was leaking. They used top of the line faucet and completed the repair quickly.

Description of Work: The diagnosed the leak in the kitchen sink, discovered the water damage under the counter, recommended and installed the replacement hardware. They also explained what the problems and options were at each step in the process. They were very helpful and responsive. They made the process painless.

Description of Work: Fixed a running toilet. Needed new parts. I used them before to fix a leaking pipe from a shower. Came out immediately both times and fixed everything. Nice company, very reliable.

Description of Work: I woke up one morning to a wet kitchen floor and found that there was a leak under the sink and water was spewing out in a fine spray. It had been happening all night, apparently, and downstairs in the basement was a wet mess. I called Plumbing Express and they were able to get someone out the same day. He found a crack in the little hose thing that connects to the faucet, replaced the hoses on both sides with copper pipes, and left. All in about 45 minutes and for a lot less than other plumbing work I've had done (that I didn't source through Angie's List)
