We've used Plumbing Express 4 or more times. They are responsive, give you a window of arrival time, and call when they are on their way. Everything is documented. Their servicemen have a decent network so that they can reach from a pool of experience for more challenging service calls. (We have a very old, inadequate pipes.) I have always appreciated their professionalism. They also give you a quote before any work is performed. Overall, a good business model.

These were the horizontal lines only, no drywall work was required. They also moved the connections for the washer connection to a more convenient location. Only one plumber was involved and it took him 4 or 5 hours to complete the job by himself. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, cleaned up when he was through. He showed me where the new shutoff valve was located, instructed me to leave the water off over night, the house was vacant, and when I returned the next day and turned the water on everything worked just fine. They will be my first choice if I need any additional plumbing work done and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing similar work.

He (Eddie, plumber) arrived on time, he immediately diagnosed and fixed the drainage problem. Quick, efficient and competent . We like his skill level and company is very reliable.

Everything went very well. I have used Plumbing Express several times in the past and have been very happy with their work and service. I called the office at 7:30 a.m. and explained the problem. The person who answered was very helpful and said that they could have someone out to my house later in the afternoon. However, I got a call from a tech, Eddie, at 1 p.m., and he was at my house by 1:30---much earlier than I expected. Eddie checked out the crawlspace, diagnosed the problems, and replaced the missing cap. He did not have the machine to snake out the sewer line with him, and when he called the office, he found out that another tech, Kenny, had the machine and would not be done with it for about an hour. So Eddie finished up and left, and Kenny got to my house with the machine about an hour and a half later. He worked efficiently and finished in good time. Both Eddie and Kenny were super nice and totally professional. I was very glad to be able to have this taken care of today because I was working at home. I have used Plumbing Express several times in the past, both for drain problems and to install a new dishwasher, and have always been very happy with their work. I have confidence in them and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Service was excellent. Darren arrived checked 2 potential jobs only I needed correction. He called and told me when was arriving & was on time.

Kenny arrived early(7:45 AM), got right to work, finished installation by 9:10 - I left for Dr. appt., Kenny cleaned up and waited for me to return (10:10). He even tightened up one of our commodes so that it didn't rock, and explained exactly why our garbage disposal acts the way it does. Very smooth transaction. Highly recommend Plumbing Express.

I can't speak for their work because they were unresponsive and unprofessional. I could never get them to return a call or request on 5 occasions.

The job was done when scheduled. Service man was pleasant, courteous, friendly.

Their technician (their title), Kenny, was wonderful. He performed the repairs, and even explained things to me when I asked. I asked him for advice on potential future plumbing problems. He gave me good advice on what I might want to do from a plumbing maintenance standpoint. July,2012, bought house built in 1990 with Quest plumbing. Got 3 or 4 bids to replace plumbing with PVC and repair drywall and repaint to match existing paint. Plumbing Express specializes in this work and does job from start to finish. Their cost was half the other quotes. Rob Marciano, manager, came out and looked at house and we agreed what he would do. I wanted it done immediately, before everything was moved in the house and they did the job 1 week after setlement. They did the job in 3 days and when finished, you could absolutely not tell they had touched the place. Also, they moved the outside shower hookup from the existing spot to another more convenient spot I requested, and they moved an outside faucet to a more convenient spot I requested and they installed a new faucet I bought for the kitchen sink and they replaced broken stopper in bathroom sink, all at no additional cost. They left lots of extra paint that exactly matches paint in bathrooms and berdooms and hallways for future use. I was totally satisfied with the work.

Our house had the plastic pipe that disintegrates, so Plumbing Express replaced all of our plumbing, like all the veins of your home, with copper pipes. They were efficient and quick. Not only did they replace all the plumbing but they restored all the walls back to their original condition so it looked like they weren't even here. So the house looked like Swiss Cheese from them pulling out all the pipes and cutting holes to get to the pipes. Then they recovered the whole house and repainted it to look like the original house. So, they're very good!

He suggested correcting the problem by installing a clear-out without pressuring me to buy it. He even explained how I could clear out the drain if it happens again. I had plumbing repair I had started. As often happens, remaking the old parts is most difficult. Eddie used saw in difficult position and struggled at length to do it. He thereby saved my tile floor which would have been damaged by replacing entire toilet. His method was cheaper too. This plumber went out of his way and above and beyond! Recongnition is in order.

Eddie was on time & called when he was on the way. He took his shoes off when entering the house. He explained everything to me as he inspected the hot water heater and explained needed replacement options.

Excellent. I called company and they sent a plumber within an hour! He was courteous, polite & got the job done quickly.

Overall I was pleased with the quality of the re-pipe work and value for the money. However, once the actual plumbing part of the project was complete, the painting and drywall was delayed while waiting for a county inspector. Instead of taking a few more days to do the work carefully which I would have preferred, Plumbing Express had the painters and drywall people work very fast in less than two days. Consequently, they barely bothered to clean up after themselves. Every surface of the condo was left coated with layers of white spackle dust. The floors were smeared where they did a half-hearted mopping job. They also used my stepladder, and left it really dirty and covered with paint. NOTE TO ANGIE'S LIST: Plumbing Express was actually hired for this job by a family member with a different last name than mine, so if you contact them, please mention that, or they won't recognize the client. Eddie has been coming to our house for years. Knows the house and its challenges. has not only fixed immediate problems, but educates and advises us. Did so this time too.

Eddie, the plumber explained in detail the problem with the toilet and if he was able to make a handle the price was 190.00 and if it did not work the price will be 45.00 for the call. He also gave us the option to buy a new toilet & gave us prices & features of each toilet.

I called today and they were able to send someone right away. The process was quick and easily taken care of.
