Description of Work: Performed a repipe from Poly B to CPVC in my smaller townhouse. It went ok. Only one hiccup.. they rescheduled... crew member was sick. Wasnt notified until day of(I had taken off work)Not real cool. Other then that work was fine - price was fair and were easy to work with.

Description of Work: Used them--great work and very quick and getting the entire job done. Work was pretty much completed (entire replumbing of our home, drywall, and painting) in two days. However, probably should have taken three days;we had to get them back out for some painting touch up, but they did return and do the work. | |Only complaint is that they are very hard to reach--they need more staff to take customer calls and respond back to them. Most of the time my calls went to voicemail, and the only response I got back was via email. | |Or the would forward my message to someone and not let me know I'd get a call back and/or when. | |But overall, I'd use them again and have already referred one of my neighbors to them. | |

Description of Work: We used the VA contact number. Plumber very pleasant but came unprepared to snake out kitchen sink. Thought he was only to install my provided bathroom faucet, which was actually a secondary request. He came back the next day to do kitchen sink but was unsuccessful. Very considerately did not charge for time spent but did sell and install bathroom faucet. Pop- up drain connection came apart right after he left but I reattached it. (My faucet apparently did not fit my old sink.). He could have cleaned up better under bathroom sink.. Although he left the name of another plumber who could either clear the kitchen line with a different snake or dig up basement floor, we used Peck Plumbing instead. We're very satisfied with Peck.

Description of Work: Total repipe of house for polybutylene pipes. Replaced all pipe with CPVC and repaired all drywall and repainted.

Description of Work: My house's main sewer line got plugged on a Friday morning and I called Plumbing Express and got an appointment for that afternoon. The plumber arrived toward the end of the estimated window and cleaned it out. He was in and out in about an hour. He was very informative and talked me through what we was doing and what he found.
