Expert Fence

Description of Work: Replaced 27 feet of old stockade fence and gate with new fence, posts, and gate. The cost would have been $700 less with spruce stockade, but we opted for the longer-lasting western red cedar stockade. |Kris Pedersen visited the site and prepared the contract in December, and Samuel and helper did the work in January as promised. The company is easy to work with and I recommend their services.

Description of Work: I called Expert Fence to get a quote on repair of existing fence. I spoke with a very nice lady who said since it was their busy season for installations, she would look into getting me someone to call back on the following Monday (this was a Thursday) to set up an appointment. I let her know I was an Angies List customer. She did call back the following Monday and we set up an appointment with Chris of her staff for Thursday morning at 9 am. That morning, at 9:40 I called the office to ask where Chris was...I was told that Chris was supposed to have called me to let me know he called in sick that day and wasn't coming. I was told that someone else could come at 11:30 the same day. I then explained I had taken some time from work, and wasn't going to take the whole day for an estimate. I asked that since I had not been called and didn't want to take more time, that I wanted an appointment for Sat. I was told no, that wouldn't happen. Then I was told that I would be called back and a sales person would come to see me on Sat morning if possible. I explained I wanted repair not new if possible, and was told that was how it was done. I was then told someone would call me. I was never called by the original person, nor have I been called for today. I am probably not gong to use this company now, although they have good reviews on their products and work.
