Diamond Carpet Service

I have a rental studio apartment. The previous tenant had not cleaned the carpet in 4 years and it appeared to have numerous stains. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. Diamond Carpet workers arrived on time and did a remarkable job in cleaning the carpet. It almost looks brand new. As a result, I avoided the expense of buying and installing new carpet.

Not impressed at all. Got another company on Angie's List to do the work.

After a bad storm on Wednesday night (14 July), our drain clogged and water seeped into our basement. This happened once before after we closed but prior to us moving in. The selling realtor found the cheapest person he could find and it showed in his attitude and terrible workmanship. Not to mention he charged $200 more that Diamond Carpet!! But we knew we had to do something fast before mildew set in. This is our first time using Angies list so we were a bit skeptical of all the rave reviews for this company. I didn't get around to calling until late Thursday. Angelo and another guy showed up promptly on Friday and went straight to work. Drying the carpet and cutting out the bad padding. They even went above and beyond cleaning out the g*** that was covering the drain. They left two blowers going to dry the carpet. Returned promptly again on Tuesday to put down new padding and tacking(sp) for he carpet. Not surprisingly, the last guy put down the wrong tak strips which is why the carpet wouldn't stay. All in all, I am very pleased. Angelo and crew were very courteous, professional and fast. I would definitely recommend their services. And this is from someone who never writes comments. lol

The team came out the same day I called for an appointment! They were professional, on time and did an excellent job getting up all the stains. I will use them again next year!

Came at the promised time with professional steam cleaning truck. Applied stain remover and did steam cleaning and deflea/detick of whole house carpets. They are reasonably priced and the technicians were professional and very friendly. They worked very hard but was unable to remove one wine stain and some really bad area of stains caused by dogs. But everything else was done very well.

I contacted Diamond Carpet Service because a cleaning service I reviewed said, 'We do not do carpets. If you want carpets cleaned, we refer you to Diamond Carpet Service'. Based upon that, I looked them up on Angies List and, with that confirmation, booked them. Diamond was easy to schedule. They sent a two-person team who showed up on time. There was one person in charge and he was my primary interface and also managed their work. We had not moved into the house yet, so the carpets were accessible and relatively easy to clean. They explained what they were going to do, performed their work quickly, and then explained how to care for the carpets afterward. OVERALL The results were great. The two-person team was professional, on time, quick, and communicated clearly. I recommend them to others.

They arrived on time to pick up the rug and runner and called a week later to arrange an appointment for delivery. They again were on time and very pleasant to work with.

Angel and his partner did a phenomenal job with our carpets! He was on time, actually early, and so friendly. You can't beat the rates for their services. Much better experience than we had with one of the national chains. We will continue to use Diamond Carpets as long as they remain in business.

The technicians arrived on time, and were diligent in working to get rid of years' worth of old grime on a well-traveled hallway carpet. When I pointed out a couple of very small missed areas, they happily dealt with those, too. The improvement is striking. I would certainly call them again.

Communication was consistent, complete and thorough. The estimating crew was professional, and answered all questions. The cleaning crew was also professional and punctual. The work was high-quality.

I cannot say enough about this company. They were punctual, professional, and did great quality work. All stains (except for a bit of a blue ball point pen stain) totally came clean and the stretching was fantastic. They explained the process to me until I understood what needed to be done and did exactly as I asked. The high price was due to the carpet stretching. Just the clean would have been under $200.

All went as expected from the last time they were here in February 2008.

Excellent - I called last night, they called back this morning and were here by 11:00. So, they showed up on time, cleaned what they said they would, went out of their way to be helpful, eg, moving things and reaching under furniture that wasn't moved...they were polite and friendly, too.

We would highly recommend. 2 man team came on time and called 20 minutes before arriving. Very friendly and professional. We'd had some water damage and the team determined carpet and pad was too wet to clean and that pad could not be saved. They removed the damaged pad and left blower to dry out floor and carpet. Team returned a couple days later and quickly replaced the pad and relaid carpet. Cleaning removed many stains and they hand scrubbed the stairs before running the machine on it. We will be calling in the future for cleaning.

It went very well, they moved furniture and got the milk stains out of all the carpets from my toddlers old bottle and sippy cup spills! I was thrilled!

The two-man team arrived on time. They were courteous and professional, and the carpets looked fantastic when they were done. They were able to get rid of every stain, so the carpets looked fresh and brand new. They were careful to put styrofoam or plastic slips under the furniture so nothing got wet. By the late afternoon, the carpets were just a tad damp and completely dry by the end of the day. They had to access an outside hose line that we had sealed up, so they unwrapped it but wrapped it back up perfectly when they were done. They made it very easy to pay by credit card so I didn't have to be there while all of the work was being done. And I had called to get a few estimates and found their pricing to be reasonable and straightforward.

The 2-man team arrived early and started working about 3:15--and did not stop for 2 1/2 hours. Ricardo and Jose were friendly, totally professional, and their work was impeccable. They moved all the furniture and even steamed vacuumed the living room and recreation room carpets where they had been working on the furniture pieces. The sofa and love seat look great (they cleaned all the cushions and pillows too) The sectional looks brand new; it had some stains and dirt spots in many places. All gone. They will be cleaning my carpets in December!

The cleaning was exceptional; the carpeting looks as if it was freshly installed. And the process was accomplished quickly and at an incredible value. We will be using their services again and on a regular basis, now knowing that having a clean carpet is so easy and inexpensive.

Very well. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time. The cleaning was quick and efficient. The technicians were very conscientious and took great pains to avoid scuffing any walls and the like. Most importantly, they focused on the areas I told them to, the mildewed basement carpet, and it is like new. I was amazed how some stains that I thought were permanent came right up. I would hire them again without a doubt.

They were very conscientious and methodical. They explained drying time and asked if we had questions before they departed. We are satisfied with the results though the yellow is not quite as vibrant as when the chairs were new. Perhaps that is unavoidable.

They were very nice but I wasn't pleased with their work. They had to come back and try to clean a couple of spots a couple of times. They couldn't clean the rug to my satisfaction so they took it to their shop at no extra charge. When it came back, it still wasn't very clean. Maybe it just couldn't be cleaned. I thought their service was average, but their customer service was great. They were very nice, which does make a big difference. The price was less expensive than another quote I got. I would not work with this company in the future because you can only clean your carpets so many times.

They were prompt, moved furniture as needed, and they completed the cleaning of two rooms within a reasonable time. The two men were efficient and thorough. The job was outstanding.

The cleaners arrived at the scheduled time, proceeded to move a few pieces of furniture, thoroughly cleaned a large over-stuffed chair and ottoman and a 5'x8" Karistan carpet. In addition, they cleaned a larger Karistan carpet in my living room and a hallway carpet runner. All of this was included in the $145 minimum charge. The workers were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond Carpet to neighbors and friends.
