They did a good job. They brought the carpets back in great condition and installed it for me. They did a very nice job.

Everything went smoothly. They were prompt and efficient. I'm glad this worked so well because the champagne color carpet we got for our "empty nest" phase is now visited regularly by great nieces and nephews and grandchildren, and spills do happen. I'd like to keep this carpet for a few more years until they are grown up a bit. They charged exactly what they estimated with no extra charges.

I was satisfied with this company. The only thing I wanted to say was that I couldn't move all of the furniture and had told the office about it when I called for an appointment. When the two guys game to clean my carpet, I was "reprimanded" for not having my furniture moved. I told them I had already told their office that I needed help. So, they helped me move some of my furniture. They put protectors under my furniture so the carpet cleaning agent won't ruin the furniture. They were able to clean my carpet in 3 levels of the house in half a day. I did have some tough stains that they couldn't remove. I watched them on their hands and knees trying to remove some of the tough stains. My carpet is light beige and old. So, some stains have set in over time.

They came with a five member crew and performed the work. It worked out well and I am happy with the result. I would hire them again in the future.

They cleaned six rooms in total. They did full service with hypoallergenic materials. I?ve got really bad allergies. They did excellent work.

The guys called me to let me know they were running late (DC rush hour and rain!) When they got here I showed them the areas needing cleaning. They were very professional and nice (and friendly!) They went straight to work and were done pretty quickly. I would definitely use this company again!

They did a really good job. It is the second time that I have used them. They were so good that I gave them a tip. They cleaned one bedroom with stairs and then some throw rugs. They showed up when they said they would. They were very polite and very professional. They worked hard in different areas that needed more work. The price was very reasonable. They were very pleasant. I would recommend them because they do a really good job and are reasonable. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Angel and his assistant arrived close to the time scheduled and proceeded to move the heavy furniture, so they could clean the carpeting. There was never any attempt to sell extra additives, such as scotchguard. They were polite and finished in about two hours. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

We got them from Angie's list. They were outstanding. They were punctual and pretty knowledgeable about what they need to do. I will continue to use them in the future.

It's been a while and I have to get it done again. I have only one room that has carpet on it but they did my area rugs too. They are good. They came on time and got the stuff out. They did a good job. They clean the carpets.

As usual, they did an excellent job. This is the third time I have hired Diamond Carpet Cleaning. They also cleaned an over-stuffed chair last time, and it looked like new when they were done!

I had advised my client (the artist) that she might have to replace the carpet but they came and looked at it and said they could get the stains out. I didn't believe it, but they did! Saved my client $500-700 for carpet replacement.

They worked out really well and were very nice. I thought my cat had gotten out and I had a little meltdown. They stated and the guy actually found my cat for me. I forgot to put my cat in a room so it was totally my fault. I told the guy that he had been a psychiatrist, a search and rescue person and cleaned my couch all in one day. They did a fantastic job. It was kind of expensive but they did good. They sent two people out to make sure everything went okay. They were really, really nice and did a good job on my couch.

Everything went fine. They were a good company.

It went very well. They arrived when they said they would, dod the job efficiently, and did not leave a mess.

They did a great job. The carpeting had stains and was dirty in several spots. Angel got them out.

This is the second time that I have used this company. They came at the appointed time, worked efficiently, were friendly and polite. I would use them again, and would recommend them.

The only disappointment was that the drapes were not on hangers. Other-wise, I was very, very pleased with cleaning job - especially the rugs. I will be using them again.

I have an off white, floral love seat and over-sized ottoman that is about 13 years old. Aside from an occasional vacuuming to remove cat hair they had never been cleaned. Needless to say, they were becoming pretty dingy. I was at the point where I was contemplating replacement of the pieces but thought I would give a professional cleaning a shot first. I called on a Saturday and had an appointment for the following Monday. The transformation was amazing. I spent $130 and saved hundreds on new furniture. I highly recommend Diamond and will most certainly use them again.

This was a totally positive experience from the intitial phone contact to the completion of the job (approx. 1000 sq. ft.). Roberto and Jose were skilled in their craft and very pleasant in their manner. The total cost was actually less than was quoted over the phone (due to inaccurate information that I had provded) and the job was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

They were prompt & courteous. I originally asked for them to do all rooms except the basement. When they arrived I asked if they could add the basement which they said they could. They did a very nice job cleaning the carpets & I would use them again.

Great service. I needed two fairly heavily soiled carpets in my new apartment cleaned quickly prior to my move in. I called on a Sunday, expecting to have to leave a message, but instead got a very nice woman who scheduled me for a Tuesday morning appointment. The two-man crew showed up early on Tuesday, somehow managed to get their van into my teeny-tiny parking spot, and went straight to work. They finished in a couple of hours, and the carpets looked great and were dry in time for my move in the next morning. Would definitely recommend Diamond to others and use them again myself.
