Description of Work: They cleaned some wall to wall carpeting for me, some steps, and two chairs.

Description of Work: Diamond Carpet Cleaning came and cleaned the basement, basement stairs, main level stairs, family room, master bedroom and hallway. We did not clean the rest of the house as those are not high traffic area and not used frequently. This is the second time we have used Diamond and have not been displeased yet. They came over on New Year's Eve so that we could have extra clean carpets for our New Year's Day party. They workers were efficient, courteous, hardworking.....everything you would want in customer service.

Description of Work: We were extremely pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the work performed by Roberto and his assistants. Although we were their last job of the day, the team spent a good deal of time preparing our rugs for cleaning by wiping down baseboards and and spraying visible spots. Even our heaviest furniture was moved in order to clean the areas underneath each piece. The materials used cleaned our rugs beautifully. We commend the team that was sent to our house. Their professionalism, friendliness, and hard would definitely make us choose this company again.

Description of Work: Diamond is wonderful. I have an old dog who has accidents on the carpet. Diamond cleans and deoderizes the carpet and the carpet looks like new. They are always on time and a great value for the cost.

Description of Work: They called ahead because they were running early and that was perfect for my situation! They did a great job tightening my carpets and then cleaning them. They used plastic blocks for my more sensitive furniture and did a great job putting everything back in place. I did a whole heck of a lot of prep work in order to maximize cleaning area by filling the closets and bathroom with extra stuff.

Description of Work: I got this company's name from Angie's list. I telephoned and talked with Gail who was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, kind, and gave solid estimate over phone. Angel and Rudy came to do the work and did a superior job. They were knowledgeable, competent, hardworking, polite; I simply cannot say enough about them. And the results? The wall to wall carpet, area carpets, and two wing chairs that they cleaned somehow look BETTER than new. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
