From the very first contact with Braemar Construction, Greg Marks and Byron Woods were extremely professional. They were able to present an estimate with a contract within in a few days of our first conversation. The price was reasonable as well as the time frame for completion. Once the project was underway Byron spent his time guiding us through the permit phase and was always present during meetings with the architect. Then we were ready for the tearing down and building up process. Drew Marks was our project manager and we couldn't have asked for a more professional and organized manager. He always answered questions and concerns immediately either in person or by email. He handled his crew and subcontractors with authority and always with a calm manner, which is important in having things run smoothly. Byron spent many hours with us in the design of the kitchen and materials selection. The finishing work, trim, painting, etc was done very well. When it was time for the punch out list Drew was there to make sure everything was perfect. We can't say enough about how much we appreciated his help and friendly reassurance during our building project. All in all we are extremely happy with our "new" home and would highly recommend Braemar Construction.

We hired Braemar to pain our entire house. We received a few estimates and this was by far the least expensive - by thousands. Drew and his team at Braemar were great and very professional. They were punctual and worked as late as possible every evening to get the job done in their estimated time period. A project manager was on site every day to make sure the job was being done correctly and to our liking. They were careful not get our furniture or house dirty and came in and cleaned again after they finished. The entire experience was fast and painless and we would definitely use them again.

We couldn't be happier with the final kitchen or with our experience with Braemar Construction. Drew Marks and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. They gave us excellent advice on design and product choices to achieve the look we wanted, while staying well within our budget. Our renovation was completed in a very short time frame. Drew was extremely responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. Every one of the Braemar workers was friendly, efficient, careful and very attentive to detail. They cleaned the work area thoroughly at the end of each day and minimized disruption to the rest of our first floor. Their workmanship was outstanding and the final result is perfect in every way. We give Braemar Construction the highest recommendation.

The process took a little longer than we expected, however that was primarily due to holidays and weather. We added several components throughout the project and they helped us identify ways to cut back so we could stay within our budget. Their prices are fair and reasonable with great quality. They started by helping us move our washer and dryer in our basement to create a den/play area. We then had their help in changing our front steps and the look has added great value to our home. We are already getting compliments from our neighbors. They were patient in walking through various options and calming our nerves during the process (we had a 6 month old).
