This service provider had nice reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I called them up to set up an appointment to get a quote. The lady on the phone asked me for details in terms of number of rooms and said that she could give me the cost over the phone and that there is no need to send someone over for the quote. That sounded fine to me. She quoted $235 for 5 rooms, 2 staircases and a basement. At that point it seemed like a really good price and I got an appointment for the job. Later on I learned about 'steam cleaning' and called them up again to ask if they were shampooing or steam cleaning, she confirmed that they steam clean. I asked them for the price again, not telling them that I already had an appointment set for the job. I just wanted to confirm that I got all the information correct the first time, as everything was verbal. This time however, the lady on the phone quoted $240 (I'm not sure if it was the same person as before). But as it was just a $5 difference, I was fine with it. On the day of the job when the crew came over and inspected the space, they said that it will be $350. I was shocked and felt really upset. When I told him what was quoted to me over the phone he said that, that was just an estimate and the real quote is given when they actually come over. This made me almost angry, and I told him that the difference between the estimate and the real cost could be like 20 to 30 dollars not over a 100 dollars. Then he said that he'll do the rooms and one set of stairs for the "estimated" price of $235. I did not agree to it and was on the verge of calling the whole thing off, when he made his last offer of everything for $300. I felt pressured, but finally agreed to it. They did an ok job and both the crew members(separately) pushed selling their maid services, to clean up the place before we moved in. They also asked me to give them really nice reviews on Angie's List, which I knew I would not as it's dishonest to those who are looking for quality services. Their professional behavior was more like 'bait and switch' the olden days' car salesmen style.

Work was performed quickly and completely. Gentleman explained exactly what he would do as I showed him problem areas and stains. Everything one as stated.

It was okay. He did what was required, what was offered. I thought the result was unremarkable. He did a fairly quick job at steam cleaning the carpet and it turned out okay, though I was a little disappointed that it didn't get cleaner.

Ash Carpet Cleaning came out to clean my carpets after my tenant moved out, who had dogs. The carpets had smelled of animals before and had visible dirt in the carpet. After they finished cleaning, the carpets looked great and smelled even better. My husband is very picky and even agreed that it was a huge improvement. The representative arrived early to our appointment time and finished within an hour. I was very impressed.

Aside from the very beginning of the visit, it went very well. The gentleman arrived within the given time slot, almost smack dab in the middle of the 10-12 window I was given. I met him at the door and asked that he be mindful of the door as I have two cats. He asked if I could put them in a closet. I was quite taken aback that a professional carpet cleaner would ask that I put my pets in a closet. My friend had come over and heard the comment as well and shouted from upstairs, perhaps in a bathroom instead? I told him that I would not put them in a closet, but that I would be able to put them in a room that was not being cleaned. I informed the gentleman that his choice of location to put the animals was not some place that he should suggest to a client and that asking them if there was a place in the home the pets could go so that they would be safe and out of the way would a better way to pose the question. After the cats were sorted out, everything went very well. The carpets look like new and the job was done in about two hours for 7 years of carpet. The cleaner advised me that I should not put my dining room chairs back in place as they would likely stain the carpet. I appreciated the advise as I would have put the chairs back after he left, not thinking that they could stain the carpet.

Looks great. Some issues with water (I didn't know they needed access) and tasks (I didn't know they wouldn't move the 4 pieces of furniture) but the work seems really great - and nice guys - we got it all worked out.

No problem. We had a pretty easy cleaning anyway with no stains, etc. The provider was quick and thorough. He was later than the scheduled arrival window, so I called to learn that he was stuck in traffic.

We asked them to come out on a Thursday after the contractors had finished all their worked. Well the contractor finished a couple of days early and we asked them if we could push up our appointment, which they gladly did. Their work was great!!

We were very happy with the results, especially with the price of the Big Deal they were offering. The company was also very accommodating to our townhouse, which was located on a busy street, with not a lot of parking. Professional service, professional results.

The provider did an OUTSTANDING Job. Due to an error from NOVEC (the power company), they shut the electricity off to the house. This caused multiple problems. The house has a well to provide water. No electricity means no well, which means no water. The provider did an OUTSTANDING Job of cleaning the carpets with limited resources (no water/electricity from us). They were very professional and very thorough. I am very satisfied with the deal I purchased. I would also recommend them to anyone. I usually use Stanley Steemer but choose to use this company as they were approximately $500 cheaper than Stanley Steemer. Boy, was I happy and I saved $500. Thanks.

I bought a deal via Angie's list they called before hand and the technician did a very professional job.

When I made the appointment, they told me that the stairway wasn't included - that it was going to be $3 per step. I thought I may have misread the deal and accepted. I went out of the country, left a check for the work with my mother. When they got there they told my mother that not only were the steps not included, but the hallway was also not included and would be an additional $100. The man that came out went on to threaten my mom that if she didn't pay they were going to have someone come back out. They were calling my house cursing. The technician sat in the driveway for another hour and a half after the job.
