I would highly recommend this company. The gentleman was on time and did an excellent and extraordinarily thorough job. I am very thorough and it is difficult to find service providers who meet my standards (which are if I had the time to do it myself, I would be a perfectionist) and he exceeded them.

Scheduling was perfectly easy and the work was done in the proper fashion!

Scheduling went fine, very nice service. The lady looked up our home and gave me a quote based on the square footage including applying the coupon. I agreed to the price and we set a date. We were disappointed when the man showed up to perform the carpet cleaning, he gave us a hard time about the price quoted and wanted us to pay more. He kept saying, "This is a big house, it costs more." It might be a big house but the price quoted was based on the amount of carpet to be cleaned not the entire square footage of the house, it is not all carpet. After a delay for phone calls, the work was performed. I would probably try a different company next time. I don't appreciate being challenged last minute in an attempt to be pressured to pay more. Especially, after their company gave me a price.

They did an excellent job. Got out many stains that I didn't think would come out. Definitely recommend.

Review for the house cleaners: Overall they did pretty well. They had me check each area that they completed, which is a nice thought, but I wasn't able to look at everything thoroughly since the carpet cleaners were following behind them and I didn't want to be in their way. Each room I looked in I found something that needed to be cleaned, and when pointed out they cleaned it. I went back the next day and noticed cob webs in almost every room, the light switches hadn't been touched, many baseboards still had dust and fur, etc. The kitchen and bathrooms looked the best out of all the rooms, which is a positive since they can be the hardest to clean. Review for the carpet cleaners: I am torn. The carpets look much better but they were still wet almost 3 days later and there is an AWFUL musty smell 5 days later. I've had to use deodorizers for the carpet, odor eliminators, and spray just to make it tolerable. I've tried opening the windows to let it air out, turning up the heat, turning up the A/C. Nothing is helping. I am sure they had to spray a lot of their cleaning solution since the carpets were dirty but I'm not happy about the smell that smacks you in the face when you walk in the door. Everyone that I talked to or did work on the house were incredibly professional and quick to work, so that was a definite positive. Gave me a two hour window and showed up right in the middle. Worked quickly (three house cleaners were about an hour, two carpet cleaners were about 1hr 45min). UPDATE to their response- I can assure you Ash Cleaning was the company that did the work. The Ash Cleaning van, the car and the 3 magnets and fliers I received from your employees can easily prove that.

It was excellent and they did a great job. They were professional and on time. They sent one person out to do the job. They got the job done in about 90 minutes.

Company called and said I'd OVERLAID SINCE I didn't have any carpets to be cleaned. Sent supervisor out and came back and wanted more than quoted.

This was the first time I had professionals come and clean my carpets in the four years that I've lived in my townhouse. Of course there were 4 years worth of traffic and stains in a very light colored carpet. The gentlemen from Ash Cleaning and Restoration called me around 10:30am on the day they were to perform the service and told me they would be at my home in 30-45 mins. This was a shock to me as they told me they wouldn't be at my home until sometime after noon. I was very pleased they showed up early. As for the work, they came in and did a quick inspection and go to work. They cleaned all the carpets in my basement, living room, dining room, and all of the stairs in my home. I have a three-level townhouse so it was a lot of stairs. My deal was for 7 areas, 1 set of stairs, and a hallway. Well, I was able to get all of my stars cleaned because I really only needed 3 areas of carpet cleaned. They agreed to clean all of my stairs since I wasn't getting any work done on my upper level. The work took them about 45 mins. My carpet looked brand new. I was very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services.

Technician was very responsive and conscientious. There was some confusion with another service provider that was supposed to have completed doing a clean out of the house prior to Ash Cleaning arriving. Unfortunately, that provider did not send enough people to complete the job as requested and the floors were not ready to be cleaned when Ash's technician arrived. Ash was very nice and worked with us in order to still get the floors cleaned that day. I really appreciated their flexibility and commitment to quality service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It took a couple of times to schedule but eventually they came out and did a good job. There were no additional charges. We had moved into a place where the carpet was supposed to have been cleaned before but it didn't look like they did a good job. They came out and we can actually notice the difference. The price was reasonable. They came within a reasonable time considering all the traffic.

Excellent service. William Ayala the cleaner was here on time, ready to go. He did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets.

Offered a same day appointment! Very professional; and did not try to upsell unnecessary services.

We were not very impressed with the service provided as the carpets were very, very saturated, even days later. Also, when some of the rooms were cleaned, we noticed that small throw rugs that were in place WERE NOT EVEN CLEANED under! We did not actually specify that these rugs were to be cleaned under yet we assumed that that was a given as many of them were covering stains and should have been taken care of. We will not recommend this company to anyone searching for qualified carpet cleaners.

No complaints. They contacted me very quickly after receiving my inquiry through Angies List. They came to the home that day to provide an estimate. The only minor complaint would be that they emailed me stating they would be at the house to clean between 12pm and 2pm on the day scheduled, but they arrived around 10am. This was only a problem because I've already moved out of the home and was planning on leaving a key under the mat around 11am. Luckily, I was able to get there in about ten minutes to unlock the door for them, and they called me rather than just leaving because the house was locked. Overall, very pleasant and professional. The carpets look great and the pet stains are gone.

William is very courteous and did an excellent job. I would ask for William again.

William was prompt and professional. The job did not take much time to finish. Unfortunately, a spot emerged in the carpet as it was drying. After calling the company, I received no complaint or issue and it was suitably resolved in a timely manner. The only negative was the amount of time it took to dry. I expected a timeframe of hours, but it probably was a couple of days. As the unit was empty, this turned out to be a non-issue, but it might for a different customer.

William was on time and worked very hard and fast. Then still seemed to be some spots but I will assess once carpet has dried.

Showed up on time, took extra care with the very old stains and got them close to looking new.

The carpets look great but it's 10 hours later, the carpet is still very wet in areas. This is difficult with 3 kids and 2 dogs. We had to lay blankets and towels down. Not sure if that will affect the ability of the scotchguard. I was told only a few hours for the carpet to dry over the phone. I've neve had a carpet this wet.

William Ayala was the technician that cleaned and restored our carpet. He did an excellent job. William was courteous and very professional. He was on time and worked very hard to restore the brilliance in our old carpet. He succeeded. We would hire Ash Carpet Cleaning and Restoration again and would request for William Ayala. If Ash has an Employee of the Month award then William should win for April 2014. Thank you....Slawko

Great. The agent, Willis, showed up on time and did a great cleaning for my 1BR apartment I had just moved out of. Took about an hour, carpet looked like new, thanks!

I told the guy cleaning the carpet NOT to open the garage door to the outside because my cat was in there out of the house & out of the way. The front door was open the entire time they were cleaning the house & carpets.They were about 7 feet away from their truck.No problem.I said use this door.Leave it open.The cat is in the garage.Keep this interior door to the garage closed.No reason for ANYONE to go into the garage.When I went to check the work before the carpet guy left he opened the door to go into the garage & found out he had OPENED THE GARAGE DOOR & LEFT IT OPEN THE ENTIRE TIME HE WAS IN MY HOUSE.He listened to me explain about which door he can use & leave open then did exactly what I told him NOT TO DO. He did it on purpose.He didn't care. Noise.Chaos.A bunch of people. I placed my cat out of the way behind closed doors & and the first thing this guy does is open the door. And he left it open the entire time. I can't even put into words how much I HATE THIS COMPANY.Too bad because the work they did was A+.Fantastic. This guy saved himself about 7 paces when he DISOBEYED me.Why did he do it? I hate you.I hope you you never get another job. MY HOUSE MY RULES. I am sobbing sick to my stomach with an injury on crutches unable to walk & now I have to crawl around outside in the rain looking for my spooked indoor cat.I HATE YOU. How dare you leave open a door I told you not to open at all. I HATE YOU. I am sick I paid 800.00 to be disrespected & ignored by such a jerk.
