Description of Work: I bought a package for townhouse move in cleaning and had to redo most of the cleaning of drawers and cupboards as it had been extremely poorly done. We supervised part of the cleaning but had to leave mid way through and I can only assume they left at the same time we did. Very disappointing. Will not be using companies from Angie's list again as this is the second time I receive poor service from a company selected through them

Description of Work: Steam cleaned two carpeted rooms; I was originally told someone would show up at 8am and wait for the cleaner to arrive, but the cleaner showed up at 0730 and said he would be done by 0800, as I had to leave for work. He was able to finish around 8 as promised and it appears he did a good job but I haven't had the chance to see it after it has dried. The company sent me e-mails letting me know he had arrived and was there, but I was not checking email at the time. I gave them my phone contact number, but no call was made to let me know of the change in plans. All in all, they were responsive and performed the requested service, but there was a slight breakdown in communications. Regardless, as of now, I would probably use this provider again.

Description of Work: I used Ash to clean a completely empty 2 bedroom condo before move in. While the team of 2 arrived on time the quality of their work was very poor. After the crew rushed off to their next appointment I began looking closely at the quality of work and quickly realized they missed a number of "common" areas to include under the kitchen sink, both medicine cabinets, dish washer, dining room light fixture, kitchen cabinet doors, entry doors as well as vent covers and other areas. I immediately called and registered my dissatisfaction and requested a new crew be dispatched to which the company immediately agreed to. Within an hour the same crew returned - extremely unhappy. I began pointing out where they missed and what I wanted them to clean. They hastily and begrudgingly started to wipe a few items down but didn't want to bring their cleaning supplies back in when asked (with the exception of a damp rag and spray bottle). When I asked them to clean the heavy dirt of the HVAC return vent in the main room the one worker quickly rubbed it with her cloth and declared it "un-cleanable". When pressed she explained they didn't have some simple items like a scrub brush or degreaser needed to clean the vent cover. It was at that time I dismissed them and called another company to redo the work.

The cleaning team and carpet cleaner did an amazing job at making my home look good again. Very prompt with response and scheduling.

Description of Work: One of my neighbor's pipes burst and flooded my basement. This was in February, the middle of winter. I called many companies, and they were all completely booked up and couldnt get to me for a week at the earliest. Ash Cleaning & Restoration came out the same day and started work. They came and cleaned all the carpeting, removed and replaced the padding under the carpet, and replaced the drywall. Additionally they ran dryers and de-humidifiers in my home for over a week which I really appreciated. They were very responsive, professional, and courteous. They also worked with me for the payment, because a lot had to go through my neighbor and their insurance.

Description of Work: Cleaned my townhouse after I moved out, including carpets. The company did a great job on the carpets. The house cleaning was good, I did ask for the workers to revisit some areas and they did without fuss. Overall, good job. I would use them again if they offer a coupon.

Description of Work: We originally expected to have just the seven area carpets cleaned as the deal stated. We the technician arrived, he surveyed our spaces and cleaned additional space at no extra charge! The tech was clean, thoughtful of our possessions, and provided a very professional service. The carpet looked wonderful once cleaning was completed...BRAVO, Ash Cleaning and Restoration! You have our future service and recommendation.

Description of Work: The carpet cleaning was fantastic. The staff were prompt and thorough with the job. They carefully pointed out spots they were unable to clean and gave recommendations for preserving their work. Definitely will use them again!
