Description of Work: The light switch on the exhaust fan replaced. Also, an electric stove burner receptacle was replaced.

+ -1 moreWe have used ARVA for over 20 years. George Cole is the owner of this small firm and does much of the work himself. He responds immediately and does the work that is needed, never adding on unnecessary items. He will recommend a complete replacement rather than repair if that is to the customer's advantage - giving up a "call" in the process. Repairmen don't get better than George.
Description of Work: George Cole, the owner of this small firm, responded to our call, concerning a dryer that was not heating properly, on the same day. He came when promised, repaired the machine, and was done within less than an hour.

+ -1 moreI HAD A WONDERFUL TECHNICIAN. THEY DID NOT OVERCHARGE, AND HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS. ANOTHER PERSON THAT CAME OUT SAID I NEEDED A NEW A STOVETOP AND OFFERED THE CHOICES HIS COMPANY HAD. ARVA SAID I DIDN'T NEED A NEW STOVETOP AND WAS ABLE TO FIX IT. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND FELT THAT I WASN'T RIPPED OFF.
Description of Work: The stovetop elements shorted out, so they replaced those elements.

+ -1 moreI APPRECIATED THE ATTITUDE OF THE REPAIRMAN WHEN HE TOLD ME THAT I REALLY NEEDED TO HAVE MY DISPOSAL REPLACED BECAUSE IT IS OLD AND CANNOT BE FIXED WITHOUT EXTENSIVE REPAIR COST. THE NEW DISPOSAL WAS INSTALLED AND WORKS JUST FINE.
