Description of Work: The spring in the door cracked/broke. They replaced the spring and restrung the wires on the door. A few days after their repair, another wire was loose. Description of Work: I thought I needed to replace a garage door panel or two. I indicated that I wanted to replace both doors totally some time soon. The technician repaired the broken panel at less cost than replacing the panel. This saved me money and will direct who I use to replace the doors in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced top glass panel, added metal supports that should have been installed original installation, replaced springs on one door, replaced rubber strip on bottom of both doors. Both the estimating team and service team were great. They were very patient and responsive to my questions. The job was completed efficiently per the estimate. I recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

Description of Work: I bought a special for lubricating my garage door including replacing the rollers. The door is old and they were unable to change the rollers. Since the work then only involved a spraying with WD 40, I feel that there should have been some rebate involved. They were responsive and did the work but not completely.
