Excellent service! They were friendly, prompt, and delightful to work with. I am SO GLAD I checked Angie's List because our local provider was listed very poorly!!! Thank you Nancy for being so helpful and to MR. Stewart for being so friendly when we spoke.

They were okay. They were very nice. They were decent and did a pretty good job. They don’t pressurize you to do something that you don’t need. We wanted to fix the septic system because we are putting the house on market. They did the job according to the code. A septic inspection has to be done within certain number of days. They have already done an inspection once. I hope they won’t charge us for the full inspection again since they had already done the work previously. So it’s good since it makes it easier. Their responsiveness and punctuality were both good. If need be, then I would use them again.

Prompt, courteous, kept me informed of progress, repaired yard after uncovering septic tank lid. Overall, very pleased with their service.

I think this is what I spent, can't exactly remember. He had to dig a bunch to get to the top of the tank and was very pleasant about it. On time, very professional and nice.

We have used Stewarts every two years since 2004 to clean our septic tank. Our experience with them has always been exceptional. I marked them as a B for responsiveness simply because it takes a few weeks from the date of the call to the date of the service; but this is mostly likely due to their excellent reputation and heavy workload. We will continue to use them in the future.

They were great. It was incredibly reasonable. They were easy to work with and the price was really fantastic. I have their name posted on the refrigerator if I need them again.

Excellent company. They're the only ones I have used since moving into my home 20 years ago. They are friendly, professional, responsive and after they were gone, you could barely tell they had uncovered the tank. They even made it a point to keep the grass intact. They were in and out in about an hour and Mr. Stewart walked the property as well to make sure the septic field was fine.

Had to wait all day since my emergency followed a 3 day weekend. Technicians arrived and quickly diagnosed and fixed issue. They were courteous and professional, despite having worked a long day themselves. I have scheduled regular maintenance work with them for next month.

Appointment was easy. Truck arrived and the driver dug up some of the grass that was concealing the cement cover of the septic tank. He was careful to remove the grass such that it could be replaced later. He then removed the lid and proceeded to pump out the waste. Overall it went very smooth and lid along the grass was replaced over the tank lid. Driver was also able to answer any questions I had about the operation and maintenance of the septic system. I would recommend their service without hesitation.

We had used Stewarts in the past and I was glad to see the good reviews on Angie's list. They came when expected and did a fine job of pumping. I was a little disappointed that he didn't save the sod although he said there was not much grass there, which was true. However, I had the lawn reseeded in the fall and the back was starting to come in and now I have a patch of dirt and have to go get some seed. I will definitely call them again when I need septic work.

CALLED STEWARTS TO SCHEDULE PUMPING OF MY SEPTIC TANKS (RESIDENCE AND RENTAL). NANCY SCHEDULED THE SERVICE AND ADVISED THAT SERVICE WILL BE PERFORMED ON 11 DEC 09 BETWEEN 10 AND 12 AM. DANNY ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND PUMPED BOTH SEPTIC TANKS. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT -- WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY AND ALL SERVICE RELATIC TO THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.

They are so good. They are just wonderful, from the office staff to the people who come out. They are very knowledgable, as well as being very honest. Their office staff is knowledgable as well, which makes a difference when you are calling with a problem. We have been very pleased with them and will continue to use them.

Being a city girl, this was my first experience a septic pump. The guys walked me through the whole process and finished the job promptly. They even went as far as making notes on my invoice copy to make sure that my next pump goes just as smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

I have used Stewart's Septic Service for many years. They are professional and do a good job.

It went very well. The folks were very helpful. We watched the water flow into the septic tank while I ran the washer and tubs in the house to make sure my lines were not clogged. They patiently answered all my questions about how the septic system works. Also when they arrived they noticed the alarm buzzer wasn't bad, just lose wires. I wasn't even charged for fixing the buzzer. Very friendly small family owned business. They really seem to care about their customers.

Alarm started going off. Sent someone out immediately to look. They said, it was an electrical problem and recommended that I have an electrician fix a breaker and test wiring which I did. Electrician finished work. Alarm still kept going off. Came out to look again but said, he couldn't fix it then and would come back in 2 days (Friday). Never showed and never called. Told he would come on Monday first thing. Didn't show called office and he came by noon and fixed the alarm.

My experience with them was very good. They came out when they were supposed to and they were reasonably priced. It seems to be a family owned business.
