Salzano Custom Concrete is a top-notch contractor in every way. CJ is very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt in answering questions and keeping us informed. We always felt our needs were being addressed. The crew worked carefully and quickly, and produced an excellent result. The new driveway looks awesome! Apparently, our neighbors think so too -- we've received many very positive compliments when they have walked by. Excellent execution of this project from beginning to end!

We hired Salzano's to complete a backyard patio underneath our deck. CJ came and met with us a number of times and answered all of our questions. He was able to give us numerous ideas and suggestions and gave his recommendations for everything along the way. We decided on a patio the perimeter of the deck, along with a sitting wall, a planter behind the patio, river rocks, and lighting. CJ kept us informed along the way when the project would start, and what was getting completed on a regular basis. He was very communicative and his staff were very professional. We are extremely happy with this project and I highly recommend.

Beyond the professionalism of CJ and his team, the patio is outstanding! I selected the option for additional hand-painted detail, so the concrete patio really gives the appearance of stone. We had Salzano Custom Concrete pour a almost 400 sqft patio and a 30 ft walkway with stairs last month. They did an incredible job. We had such a lovely experience with them. CJ is a consummate professional. He answered all my questions completely and the first time. There was no back and forth trying to get answers from him. His crews were fabulous. They had to do quite a bit of digging for our project but left the area in really good shape. And even when we made a last minute change to the concrete forms...there was no attitude about the extra work involved. They 100% wanted to make sure we were happy with our project. If we ever need another concrete project done, I'm coming back to them.

We couldn’t be happier with the final product. It is aesthetically beautiful and no one can believe it’s stamped concrete and not individual stone tiles. CJ worked with us to create a design that works well with our backyard space and with our change in elevation across our yard. The work was also significantly cheaper than other contractors we priced out.

Our patio installation was just finished. It was a long wait, but well worth it! Not only is the final product beautiful the customer service and communication is outstanding. CJ and his crew were fantastic to work with. He was patient and really did his best with hand painting each “stone” on the stamped concrete path to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We are really happy with our new patio! Great company, easy to work with, quality at a reasonable price. CJ did a great job at setting reasonable expectations and monitoring progress. And our project came in UNDER budget, which I was thrilled about! The one thing I have to really ding them in is that my patio was finished 5 months after the estimated date... I understand that we had an unusually wet patch of weather that causes delays, but 5 months seems overly excessive and I feel like they were overly ambitious and set an unreasonable timeline upfront. But, they do great work; and we are very happy with the end product. Just know that the time estimate you’re given could be months off - they do great work, and there is a reason they are in demand.

CJ and crew did a professional job and met each expectation. What made the entire project worth it was CJ's ability to give candid feedback and advice about ideas. He never tried to sell me on more than I needed and even recommended that somethings remain the same. Clearly the signs of company that puts customer satisfaction FIRST! We hired Salzano Custom Concrete to pour our backyard stamped concrete patio in 2013 and again in 2018 for our front stamped concrete walkway and adjoining driveway. Mr. Salzano personally handled our initial consultation, on-site, and follow up visits. He, his administrative staff and on-site crew were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project, and we couldn’t be happier with the organized and highly professional service we received. One of the nicest aspects of working with Mr. Salzano is his approachable and efficient communication style. He and his staff were open and honest with their project management process, which assisted in effectively managing our understanding and expectations. They also responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had, working extensively to ensure we received exactly the right product.

When searching for a company to do this we were impressed by the quality of Salzano Custom Concrete's website & reviews, and now that it is complete we are equally impressed by the quality of their work. From the estimate all the way to the final walk through, CJ was easy to work with and very patient at explaining the process to us. Scheduling was tough this year because of all the rain, but we were always kept informed of where we were on the list and just managed to get it in before the worst of the cold weather hit. Once things got started the workers consistently showed up when expected, cleaned up nicely when done, and did their best to minimize the impact of this on our daily lives as well as the mess. Best of all, the new patio looks great! We are very happy with it and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the results of my new stamped concrete. I love the curved footprint that Mr. Salzano suggested. I had one area that looked a bit rough when they were finished. I didn't mention it until Mr. Salzano sent his follow-up email to ask if I was satisfied. He had someone out almost immediately to fix the spot. If you are used to working with contractors, you will be amazed at how responsive Mr. Salzano is. He kept me informed on a regular basis. I highly recommend his company.

CJ met with us to discuss design possibilities when we had our initial contact in February. We were impressed with his company and his ideas on design concepts. We were decided to immediately reserve a place in line for 500 dollars that day. It took awhile because his services are in demand and concrete pouring is very weather dependent, so we our project didn’t start until the end of May and finished about June 15th. He and his crews were very knowledgeable and responsive to our concerns and questions during the build out process. The project had to pause during the process on occasion due to rainy weather but as soon as it cleared his crews were back working again. It was definitely worth the wait as we were immediately impressed with our results. The patio areas look great and we would not hesitate to recommend CJ and his company to anyone looking for stamped concrete.

We called to get an estimate they scheduled a time to come out - they are so busy they couldn't come out for 2 weeks. Then 2 days prior to the scheduled time we were advised we lived too far to provide an estimate and "the distance is impractical for the crew." Apparently they are so busy as to not need our business.

They were pleasant to work with. They were prompt and thorough. There were no problems with the job. that they do. And the appearance is great. And they give us 250.00 discount for being an Angie's list member. And this is the second time that we use them and we had them recommend to our neighbors and our church for work. And they gave the lowest price for the work.
